This involved very intricate cuts and piecing together in several locations. Once again, Victor (our installer) came through with meticulous craftmanship and attention to detail on every level. He was easygoing, clear and upfront with pricing, and gave us good recommendations and advice. He is admittedly very busy and needed to be followed up with at times, but this is the sign of a successful business. Ramon and Cesar were always on time, polite and professional. They did great work. We had an issue where the supplier sent tile that was completely off color to the provided sample - this tile was completely installed in our vanity area before we saw it and picked up on the issue. Dave had it ripped out, sent back, and the correct tile installed all within a 24 hour period, no questions asked. I believe Dave's father was ill in hospital during this entire time yet he managed to provide a strong customer experience. All in all, a great local business and asset to the community. Sergio Rosas was hired to provide an independent review of the flooring we had installed so we…read morecould pursue and enforce the warranty for faulty flooring materials. The inspection was performed on 11/18/2025. During the inspection, Mr. Rosas informed us verbally of many areas in the house where the floor was lifting. This was in addition to the worst areas that we were initially unhappy with. He took many pictures. For some reason, Mr. Rosas's final report was delayed, and my flooring contractor had to follow up multiple times. We received the report 12/20/2025. The report we received addressed one of the two worst areas and made no mention of the many other problems he discovered and informed us about. In fact, there are pictures of faulty flooring areas, but the report makes no comment. One of the most obvious and egregious areas of couplings was not even included at all. On 12/31/2025, I emailed Mr. Rosas regarding discrepancies and omissions in the inspection report. I told him we needed accurate reporting to enforce the flooring warranty and asked that he resubmit a more thorough report, as that is what he was paid for. To date, Mr. Rosas has not responded. Considering adding a complaint with the BBB. Sergio Rosas's lack of business ethics should be considered before doing any business with this company.
