Shortly after installation, we questioned some areas of concern and he said he would come check it out "this week". Never heard from him. About a year later, the floor was coming up in one area and he ignored our texts. Now it is coming apart in three areas and when I spoke to him, he said that he had a lot of issues with this specific vinyl flooring and knew what was happening. He said that the flooring was not under any type of warranty. He said, "I'll come out by the end of the week and see what I can do." That was well over a month ago and we never heard from him. The floor was installed late 2021 and now it's only February of 2024 and we must get all new flooring installed. Hopefully, we will find a more reputable and qualified company. If you read the other 1 star comments, you will see consistency with Casey ghosting his customers or not standing behind his work when there's an issue.
