We had an issue where the supplier sent tile that was completely off color to the provided sample - this tile was completely installed in our vanity area before we saw it and picked up on the issue. Dave had it ripped out, sent back, and the correct tile installed all within a 24 hour period, no questions asked. I believe Dave's father was ill in hospital during this entire time yet he managed to provide a strong customer experience. All in all, a great local business and asset to the community. He listened intently and gave me a thoughtful recommendation -- and I chose a carpet that was very high quality without breaking the bank! He also gave me lots of great advice on maintaining the carpet, and walked me through other options that would be far less costly and far more costly so I could truly weigh all my options. From there, he ordered the carpet right away and kept me updated on its delivery. I also gave William my ideal time frame, and his colleague Miguel got the job done nearly a week early!
