This place is under construction. They've done some of it and it looks much nicer inside that it does on the outside. Still, they are a work in progress, but at least they're working to upgrade a little bit. The service started out a little slow. I started to get annoyed because our drinks weren't being fulfilled, but I do admit that one of the members in our group was drinking LOTS of fluid... So, maybe we were a little demanding? The food was fine. I got the unlimited shrimp. The parmesan shrimp was very oily. Good, but oily. oh! The shrimps were pretty small, too! It looks much bigger on tv. The spicy and sweet shrimp was good, but the shrimp was also smaller. They weren't medium or large shrimp. The breaded shrimp were the largest shrimp, but its probably because the breaded shrimp was .... breaded! =P The shrimp linguine was actually good. They made it fresh, so the sauce was nice. Not overly strong or salty. It was quite good. I was absolutely full when I ate all this food, but for $15 or so, it was definitely steal of a deal. A manager standing near the front door was very interactive with the guests and was very friendly with my 3 yr old. Our food was great. I use to love red lobster but they just aren't the same anymore. Today I had the Wood Grilled Shrimp tacos. For $7.99 you get 3 tacos plus a side. The shrimp wasn't served hot, thrown on a bed of lettuce (supposed to be coleslaw I think), the tortillas were extremely dry. I ended up just taking the shrimp out, adding to my salad. When we entered around 1245pm we were told it would be a wait for a table. That baffled us bc it wasn't busy and we saw plenty tables open. The crab and mixed drinks here are fantastic. Red Lobster is my go-to place for crab in the Atl. I also absolutely love the cheese biscuits. You can also ask for butter to go with them, but they are warm and wonderful without it too. Tonight they had the regular crab, no special. It comes with one pound of steamed crab, corn (over cooked) and a side of potatoes. I upgraded my potatoes for the bourbon sweet potatoes but I did not like the flavor or texture. I should have ordered the potatoes. The crab now comes in a covered dish to keep the crabs warm. It worked perfectly. They were hot and delicious. I also ordered the mango strawberry blended drink and it was sweet and smooth. Unfortunately, you will be disappointed with their other options. My husband ordered the fish and chips but the fish was severely overcooked, it even stuck in his teeth it was so chewey. It is sad because if I do not find something satisfactory for him next time I might not be able to return for date night again. The server was pleasant and prompt. She did need some training since she did not bus the table as we finished our food and she brought us our check before asking if we wanted another drink or dessert. Came here for lunch with a friend. It wasn't crowded and I could see plenty of waiters standing around but for some reason the service from our waitress was super slow. It's pretty well known that everyone comes to Red Lobster for the cheddar biscuits and I'm used to waiters bringing that out immediately but we had to ask. I was watching the other waiters work quickly and bring things out to other customers in a timely manner. There was a "celebrity" sitting behind us so that may have played a part in our service. ((I use the term celebrity loosely)) I ordered 3 blackened fish tacos with a side salad for $9. The menu says it comes with rice but my waitress asked what side I wanted and said I could choose a side salad. My tacos didn't come with rice. Oh well. No big deal. The fish tacos came with jalapeno ranch/avocado slaw. The slaw was horrible. I ate one taco and decided I couldn't force myself to eat another. If I ever tell you I threw away something because I couldn't eat it- I lied. I always finish my food even if it isn't that good. But in this case I really didn't eat it. I love jalapenos, ranch, and avocados but I don't know what went wrong here. It left a horrible taste in my mouth- I just couldn't do it. My side salad was great though!! My friend ordered crab legs, scallops, lobster mashed potatoes and a side salad. She seemed to enjoy her food. But those tacos? Don't do it to yourself. Not such a great experience. Went there for a quick dinner and were there for roughly 2 hrs meanwhile the restaurant was relatively empty. Ordered a beer and wine upon being seated which took forever to arrive. Waiter was really nice but completely unfamiliar with the menu. Never got salads that were supposed to come with the meal. Steamed snow crab legs entrees took forever to arrive and one of the legs had the gills attached. There was bacon on my baked potato, asked for no bacon. Also, got broccoli as a side, didn't order broccoli ordered the caprese salad. Asked for a refill of our beer and wine, you can imagine how that went. We finished our entire meal before our daughter's boxed mac and cheese came out. Her side was a plain baked potato, we never got an option for a side. Oh and the add on lobster in butter sauce for my entree came out with our daughter's food. 2 hrs and $100 for an underwhelming dining experience is a hefty price to pay. read more

My experience was HORRIBLE!! We started out with drinks and they came out on time thanks to the lovely Miss, soon to be MRS Ana.. Then the problems began, the lady bringing our food out (not ANA) had her wig that comes down to her tail bone, sitting in my food on her way out to us.. no type of regulations for employees pertaining to their hair, to help minimize these types of situations. Almost everything back there is frozen precooked, and all they do is reheat it in the microwaves. I hadn't been to Red Lobster this year (until today). My husband says I killed it on our Friday lunch outings, so we took a break from it. He had enough LOL Today, I decided to do an online To Go order. I'm always reluctant to do take out with sit down type restaurants but it did not disappoint. I even had to make a stop on my way home after picking up my order. I was thinking man, it is gonna be cold and not as good (which would have been due to the stop I had to make)... But when I tell you it was still SO GOOD (although not as hot as I prefer due in part to my stop), it was delicious!!! I was so impressed. And it reminded me why I would want to go to Red Lobster so much for Friday lunch. I'm not sure about the other locations, but this location, I can say: I have never recalled having a bad meal. Today, after this To Go order I felt compelled to give props. They had all the condiments needed and the plastic ware in the bag. Placed an order for pick up via phone so that I could give specific instructions on 1 of the salads (no field greens, romaine lettuce in place of field greens), which were taken down and repeated exactly by the order taker.Placed order at 11:18am, was told it would be 20 minutes.Arrived at 11:42,was finally given the order at 12:05.Drove back to the office to find the 1 salad requested with no field greens was field greens only, no croutons, no tomatoes, (not pictured) and the Caesar salad with just 12 pieces of brown wilted lettuce, nothing else, and no dressing (pictured).I spent my entire lunch hour driving there,waiting,and driving back so had to throw my lunch away. Worst Red Lobster ever!!!!!! My parents and I stopped here for lunch and I wish we would have kept going. It was slow..like maybe 4 other parties in there (with no more than 4 people). Usually when you go to Red Lobster you meet your waiter quickly, it took a good 5 minutes until he came around the corner. Then, he didn't bring us biscuits until 15 minutes after we met him. (And that was because my mother asked him where they were) Then, when we got our food it took him FOREVER to bring us our condiments, it was just tarter sauce and butter. Two other families got their food fast and they came after us. My dad is such a good person because he left a tip for our waiter, though he deserved absolutely nothing. This place is horrible! The snow crab legs were bigger than I normally get going to the other one that I normally frequent. As far as my lobster tail went, it was slightly overdone but it was still tasty. I had the potatoe soup which was amazing, nicely warmed up and it had tiny bits of bacon. Followed by a ceaser salad which as usual was a delish!! And for my entree I had the shrimp and scallops linguini, by this point you would think I'm already full but no, I had space for more greatness! I couldn't have been happier in that moment of exquisiteness!! I didn't finish my pasta on purpose because I wanted to leave space for dessert, yeah I know you must be thinking what a a PIG! no but seriously I had to try it! I had the chocolate brownie with ice-cream, no complains there although I must admit I've had better times where the brownie is fresh out the oven. Overall my experience was great, definitely will come back and also let me not forget to mention the warm buttery biscuits! Wow like reaching heaven and back! Service was so so, everything came out on time but towards the half end of the meal I felt ignored. Today , when I and my wife arrive red lobster at 7:08 pm , the restaurant is not busy at all , I been waiting 10 min to get seat and I wait another 10 min to my waiter to serve us , , and I give all my order to my waiter at once with the appetizer too , after we after 5 min he give us a appetizer and 1 salad ( should be 4 side but we get only 1 ) after we finish the appetizer and salad ( my wife doesn't get any side order ) and I can't even see my waiter for about 30 min , then I request the manager , the the manager bring out my order without my wife 's side order , and then we ask about the side order and complain about the order take tooooooo looooooooong , we are really upset about we still try to eat the order , BUT all my meal is COLD , how I gonna eat that , I told the manager I gonna cancel Al my order and I can pay what I eat , but she told me I don't need to pay anything , I walk out , I m not gonna come back this restaurant, that is ridiculous, never come to this restaurant if u wanna enjoy you meal , is not gonna happen . !!!! read more

Was here for a birthday dinner last week (my daughter's choice for her birthday). Food was good as always. Best part of the visit was our server JJ (Jemilia), who was smiling, professional and we could not have asked for better service. She visited the table often to check on us, we never needed to ask for refills - she just did everything right. Our food orders were all delivered promptly and everything was correct. Managers should recognize JJ for superior attitude and excellent service! We noticed the interior remodel, and restaurant appeared clean.
