We waited another 40 minutes for our food to come. Our 5 year old actually waited for it well, but my husband and I couldn't figure out what was taking so long. When we finally got our meal, our steaks were not medium rare. However, we did not send them back, because we had already been there an hour and we were hungry. My steak was more like medium well than medium rare. The steaks were not seasoned at all, so they were also bland. My sweet potato was not thoroughly cooked. Honestly, the saving grace was the rolls and the green beans. Luckily, we had a gift card, so we only ended up paying $6 and the tip. Our server was not overly friendly or helpful. We never got refills on our drinks, except my son, and it took at least 20 mins for her to bring it back to him once he asked for a refill. It was a fairly busy night, but we have been on nights that are busier and we've received better food and service. Simple order, bring the salads then the Tuna Tartare appetizer but when It was time for the Tuna Tartare this inept waiter brings some weird looking block of way under cooked Tuna claiming it was Tuna Tartare. I was obvious not Tuna Tartare. We were both really hungry so we made the stupid mistake of trying it and it wasn't good at all and knowing it was the wrong order. About half way through this block I noticed it tasted really salty and I asked my girlfriend and her reaction was bad. Really bad. She told me to stop immediately and suggested I go the restroom and try to puke it back up but we decided to just not deal with this place and the inept waiter anymore. The inept waiter had promised me a free slice of chocolate cake for my birthday but didn't bring it. I'm in fact waving my credit card around in an attempt to pay so we could the hell out of there. After another 10 minutes here he comes with the cake. What is wrong with this guy? You can't leave cake out in the open air. That piece of cake was dry, stale and getting a hard crust. I ate about a third of it and we walked. NEVER in my life have I experienced this low of service. Did your inept waiter think it was funny serving some weird Ahi Salt Brick? Did he think we were joking about my condition? We're pretty sure you have cameras so see for yourself. Do not asked us to return. Do the right thing and refund those ugly, nasty logs.
