    Seaside Shrimp Trio
    Melissa L.

I came in for lunch on what was clearly a slow day--the restaurant was nearly empty--yet it still took over five minutes to be seated. What struck me most was that the host insisted on sitting every guest in the same tight section. There was a man with a crying baby, a group of girls, two older couples, and myself--all seated side by side in an otherwise empty dining room. It didn't make for a relaxing experience. I ordered the Seaside Trio and waited over 30 minutes for it, only to receive it room temperature and completely lacking flavor. It was honestly disappointing. The group next to me ordered the new seafood boil and even told the waitress they didn't want to take any of it home because the food was that bad. The biscuits, which are usually a Red Lobster highlight, were overcooked--crispy and not even warm or soft like they should be. And to top it off, prices have clearly gone up, yet now a simple side salad isn't even included anymore? It's frustrating to pay more and get less--especially when the quality just isn't there. I hope this location can make some improvements, because this experience missed the mark.

Review for Red Lobster - Service & Ambiance Jason was an excellent server--very attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our visit. He made sure our table had everything we needed without us having to ask, and he checked in at the perfect moments. His warm attitude and great service added to the relaxed and welcoming ambiance of the restaurant. Dining at Red Lobster felt comfortable and pleasant, and Jason truly made the experience feel more personal and enjoyable. Great service like his makes a big difference--thank you, Jason and Lyle for making our meal memorable!

Horrid service. Takeout was 20 mins late. The smart mouthed waiter at the register told me he can't control how fast the food is made.

The server was great! It has been a while since I have been served by a genuine server. Her name was Kal, as an example she never made it seemed we were asking for too much, we all got the unlimited shrimp she made it us feel right at home. We had a bossy toddler with us who is becoming more outspoken but the server was so patient and understanding while we work on our toddlers manners. This is our place to come to when we would love to get great food and great service. The ambience of red lobster is very beachy and takes you back to trying good consistent fish food. For a corporate restaurant you can't go wrong, I know there are better places but it's the consistency they bring.

What a great night at this restaurant. The server was awesome he answered all my questions and served me a yummy mango Martini. Carlos, the bartender, was so sweet and polite and stayed talking to us for a bit. His father was from where I was born, Cuba. My wife ordered a mixture of sea food, coconut shrimp, shrimp scampi, and scalops, with rice all very yummy. I ordered the sea and earth dish that was super good, lobster tail, mash potatoes, and broccoli with filet mignon. The place was clean, cozy and very nice. I highly recommend this location and please go see Carlos for yummy drinks and service what a nice person.

Mother's Day was approaching with less than 2 weeks into the holiday. I had to make reservations fast and with my mother's current dietary restrictions, we sought an all-seafood option. We looked at several spots. Most places we considered were solid seafood joints however all other options were too casual with limited dining space. We wanted a restaurant that was convenient, had ample parking, comfy seating and most of all is seafood heavy. Red Lobster fit the bill and I was able to snag a reservation with under a week left until Mother's Day. Years passed since my last visit to this location. Compared to our last experience, the service and the majority of the food we ordered remained consistent with minor hiccups. We started off with their signature cheddar biscuits and a calamari appetizer. Both starters were as good as I remember them however sadly those cheddar biscuits seem to be shrinking. We arrived for lunch and by 12:30, a good section of the restaurant was at capacity thus placing us in the overflow section near the bar. As requested, they got our party of 4 in a booth and we ordered the following mains: *Ultimate Seafood Feast (mom and dad split this) - It was a huge meal where you can pick 2 premium and 2 classic main dishes. The parents decided on a lobster tail, grilled scallops over rice, Walt's shrimp and shrimp fettucine with sides of baked potato and coleslaw. It was plenty and they had leftovers afterwards. *Ben got the Maine Lobster Tail duo with side of fries - He said the lobster was to his expectations, but the fries were terribly cold and hard. *I ordered Surf and Turf - It was a Maine Lobster Tail paired with a 7 oz sirloin. My sides of baked potato and broccoli were just right. Sirloin was cooked to my liking (medium) and the Lobster was tender. No complaints here. Our server was good albeit a tad slow. It's probably due to juggling the volume of customers over Mother's Day weekend but we were in no rush. Having to wait around gave us the opportunity to talk over a yummy meal. We had a fantastic time here. Score one for Red Lobster to come through when we need them!

As soon as I heard that Red Lobster is doing unlimited shrimp for $20 as an ongoing promotion, I had to go. My friend and I went around 2 p.m. to avoid the dinner crowd. The place wasn't crowded at all and we were promptly seated. It took a moment for a server to come over and greet us. The restaurant was quiet since it was early in the day. Our server apologized when he did appear and from that point on, he was on top of everything. He took our orders, I ordered the garlic shrimp scampi and shrimp skewers and my drink was strawberry lemonade. He bought over our cheddar bay biscuits and drinks and shortly thereafter our food came out. I devoured my first order then order the Walt shrimp (fried breaded shrimp) and the shrimp fettuccini alfredo. Everything was hot and delicious as you can tell I almost forgot to take a picture of the food. The server was clearing the table from round one asked to leave the garlic butter, because I love to dip my biscuits in the garlic butter. Our server read my mind (overheard me telling my friend what I was going to order next.) As I was ready to order more garlic shrimp scampi, it was miraculously there in a flash. Our server was awesome and I hope I get him again. I don't go to Red Lobster often but it's nice to have specials that will bring me in more regularly.

Wow I love this places haven't been here for over 15 years and today I had a fantastic lunch! I'm so happy this place is still here after so many years! Service was excellent and food was way more delicious than I remember. I mean who doesn't like their cheddar biscuits?! Started with their grand patron margarita and stuffed lobster mushroom. Delicious! I had the shrimp trio of shrimp scampi, coconut shrimp and shrimp Alfredo pasta. Omg wtf it was sooo damn good. My partner had the cod sandwich. That was delicious too and let me tell u the fries were spot on good! This place gives me retro vibes and it was well worth it. Go!!

Food it's always good . Our favorite, favorite dish it's the ultimate feast , but today we tried the ultimate Endless Shrimp for $20 did not disappoint The service it's always good . The servers do take a long time to give you another drink but it's understandable they are so busy

we go there regularly was disappointed today when my maine lobster came out with flimsy shell cracker after getting frustrated trying to use shell cracker the waiter called cook out to crack it he was wise guy who said its easy with big knife he smacked it fir awhile snd it finally so i asked him why they dont send it out to customer cracked or with adequate tools to open and he said thats the way we do it so i paid for food i could not eat very dusappointing to get that type if attitude when dining out needless to say our red lobster dining days are over

It's the same concept as Boiling Crab or Kickin Crab in California. It is BYOB! So I walked across the street to Target, got some Seltzers and brought them to our table. This is prob the one thing that I love the most. Great service. The seafood boil is pretty good. They give you a bib and gloves to keep you relatively clean. You have to use your hands to eat your food and work for it. Go for the seafood Cajun sauce (garlic, butter, lemon pepper). It was super good flavor. Mild is the way to go. We asked for spicy sauce on the side for an extra dollar. I would skip the preset family meals. Order 1-2 lbs of your favorite seafood. They have prices per lb on the large chalk board. The shrimp, crawfish was cooked well. The crab legs were boiled before cooked, so the shell was soft and easy to cut with scissors. Next time, I'd get the shrimp, crawfish, clams, and mussels. The family feast ($145)- came with king crab, snow crab, option of 2 from shrimp, crawfish, mussels, clams. Also, a scoop of rice, green beans, garlic noodles, and fries. I would pass on the king crab and snow crab. Garlic noodles were average. Fries were average . They also sell boba drinks if you like that

First, the service itself was good, we were seated right away with no reservations, but upon entering the restaurant has a very strong almost mildew like smell. Our server let us know right away that they were short staffed in the kitchen and therefore orders were taking 45 minutes to an hour to come out. Not a problem, we understand and ordered some apps to get us by. The food is why I'm giving it 3 starts. We ordered the calamari, which was soooo overcooked it was tough and chewy, I couldn't even swallow it. We ordered the cajun fries too and they were okay. My partner and I both ordered king crab legs with the house cajun sauce. Let me just say the sauce itself was amazing! Super delicious and tasty, not too salty, very flavorful. But both of our king crab legs were way overcooked, to the point where the meat seemed shrunk, it was very firm and rubbery/gummy. Unfortunately for paying such a high price for 1lb, this was extremely disappointing. Being that 3 seperate dishes were overcooked, I personally wouldn't return for this reason alone. Very disappointed but I feel like this issue can easily be fixed! Hoping to return one day because the flavors were definitely there, but unfortunately not anytime soon.

The lobster roll was mostly bread and very little lobster. The lobster in it was very small, stringy pieces and nothing like the large chunks in their own Instagram images. Mussels were okay. A few that didn't open, but that's to be expected. I'm not sure how fresh they were since they had a bit of a fishier scent. They give you a head of garlic, a lemon, a baguette and a tub of compound butter. It's great in theory, but the butter was tasteless and I could just as easily used my own butter and other ingredients. The customer service was okay. We called ahead to make sure they had all of the elements of the mussels as part of the package and the person ringing me up still had no idea what I was talking about. In the end she made sure everything was there after I brought it up so it was fine. One other issue I had was that they just put the mussel mesh bag in my bag and they leaked mussel juice/water over everything else in the bag.
