While my wife ordered their soup and Caesar salad, my mom and I ordered their surf and turf! I had my baked potato loaded with lobster. The steaks were absolutely delicious and cooked to our order. Though the lobster tails were on the smaller side, I know the price of lobster is out of the roof now. That said it was still a good value! The asparagus my mom ordered could've been trimmed better as the ends were too stocky for her to eat. That said, we truly appreciated everything Sebastian did to make our day more enjoyable! When you are looking for a seafood fix, Red Lobster can hit the spot. I've frequented this location many times and have always had a good experience. Some of the booths are a little small, so sometimes it's best to request a table. There's usually little to no wait and the service is pretty good. On one visit, the crab legs were a bit overcooked and we had to send our plates back. Our server was profusely apologetic and had new plates out to us quickly, which were much better quality. Recently, we've been enjoying their daily deals, particularly the steak and lobster Wednesdays. Honestly not a bad deal for under $30. And you can't forget about the Cheddar Bay Biscuits, which always hit the spot! Their clam chowder is a nice addition to any meal as well. read more

Our order arrived at the table with several unopened shells. They were set aside and we asked the server for properly cooked. She brought some more out for us but about half of tham also had unopened shells. The Cajun Shrimp trio was mediocre at best and bland. Food was good, we both got all u can eat shrimp. The only problem was it took so long for a re-order of shrimp it took for ever to finish dinner. It was towards the end of the busy time but we got online and was on waitlist said fourth minutes wait and to let them know when we have arrived. We arrived 20 minutes later to find out the web page was an inaccurate time and it would be even longer before we were sat to eat. Well it took an extra 40 minutes after the original 40 Minutes quoted on web site. The place was clean besides the mess recent diners made before they left and the food was good but the other factors of time was the reason for only 3 stars. Stopped in today for the first time in years, now I remember why we don't go. Entered to find hostess on the phone, did not acknowledge us but not a deal breaker as another host / manager saw us and were seated quickly. Then the weirdness began. After being seated, no less than 2 servers and 1 other staff passed our table, tended to other guests already eating, and never even made eye contact. Patient as we are, assumed our server may be on break and would be our soon. 5 minutes later, nothing but further snubs. So, quietly stood up and left through the dining room with not even a "thanks for coming in!" ... nothing. I get it, staffing is difficult these days but this was crazy. Went to red lobster which I have not been to for a while but I got an email saying new things on the menu so we decided to try it I love sea scallops but I see they are wrapping with bacon so I asked if I could have them fried which they have done before our server quickly said there is no way they will change the order in a ruff voice. I asked to see a supervisor and at first, said no but then said yes and when she came back she said they will do this only one time for me and to NOT to ask again. I also pointed out on the menu that the fish fry was 3 dollars more and asked why. She tells me it has cold salad I asked if it was made. I told her I did not want it my dinner came of course it was with the salad I again called her over to take my salad away and again asked for the supervisor and to adjust the bill. finally, after she stormed off finally the super came over and I told her I need the bill adjusted she wants to fight about this when I told her I was done fighting and our server did not wear her mask it was not over her nose. This was over all very delightful and entertaining. My family and I visited on a Saturday night at dinner time.... the wait was not bad at all. We were seated righted away and the food had a little wait by nothing that wasn't expected. Our waitress was extremely on point and got our orders correct and drinks were filled. My son got to pick a lobster out, and I love that the staff made it very special for him. It came out delicious, my daughters' crab legs were perfect and our ultimate feast was great. This restaurant chain saturates television channels with their "Endless Shrimp" ads stating "Get all the shrimp you want ANYWAY you want it". Well, don't Fall for that ruse!! Once you get seated (and that can take quite a while) they hand you the menu which lists (as I can recall) about six different ways you can order the Endless Shrimp. If you want shrimp any other way than those limited versions you are promptly told those aren't on the Endless Shrimp deal. When you go to a chain resturant like this you walk in with certain expectations. These expectations were met and exceed on my last visit to this location. My girlfriend and I went here for a late dinner on a Tuesday night. We were greeted instantly and seated right away. Our waitress was an absolute delight! She knew the menu frontwards and backwards. She was able to recite from memory what an item was, and where it was located in the menu book. My girlfriend ordered the endless shrimp and I ordered the new york strip and crablegs. The steak was cooked to my exact specifications and was juicy tender and seasoned great. The crab legs were good too, although it doesn't seem hard to get those right. However, my broccoli delicious. My girlfriend picked the shrimp alfredo and the garlic shrimp for her first round. Both of which she said was delightful. Next she ordered the sweet habanero coconut shrimp. I tasted that sauce and I told her that it was one of the best sauces I've tasted, and I wish they sold it by itself. When we requested the check the waitressed asked if my girlfriend wanted to order more shrimp to go (as part of the endless shrimp). I thought this was awesome!
