Very disappointing experience. I ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad, and the chicken tasted like frozen strips that were undercooked, cold, chewy, and lacked flavor. When I brought it to the waitress's attention, she actually said she knew because she had the same thing earlier. If the staff already knows the food is bad, it shouldn't be served to customers. Service was also slow throughout the meal. We constantly had to ask for drink refills, and when it came time to pay, we eventually had to walk over to the bar area ourselves to try to cash out because no one came by. For the prices Red Lobster charges, customers deserve better food and better service. This visit was a complete disappointment, and I won't be returning. read more

No excuse for not following basic health and safety protocols of all restaurants: Cleaning and Sanitation: Regular, documented cleaning schedules for kitchens, equipment, and dining areas, including sanitizing, not just cleaning, surfaces. I came in having one of those tough days, and when I tell you her personality, warmth, and kindness turned everything around--I mean it. We decided to go for the endless shrimp and never received a single order refill. The food was good so that is why it is a 2 star and not a 1 star. We were informed they were understaffed when we were sat and decided since we weren't in a rush it would be fine. We gave grace to the server for the kitchens short comings until our drinks stayed emptied and the server was intentionally avoiding eye contact for the night. My husband received his meal an entire 15-20 minutes after my daughter and I received ours. He received one tea refill but me and my daughter never received a refill after asking twice for water. I've been a server and I know what it's like to be in the weeds. You keep your tables informed and when it's been a terribly long wait you send a manager to help smooth the bumps. We never saw a manager on the floor. We did see more and more tables being sat, while they knew they couldn't feed the tables they had. It was Valentines day and the crowd was relatively small. The service was horrible. After being seated, our waitress came over to get our order. This was the last time we saw her. 30 minutes later my cocktail came, but the order was wrong. Soon after other waitresses were arguing and the manager kept walking around looking around. Did not appear to help except at the cash register. 45 minutes in, I was told there was a 90 minute wait. I observed other tables looking to be upset. It took 15 more minutes to flag a waitress (same on who told me about the wait), to ask for the bill for the cocktail. A few minutes later she came back and nothing was owed. This place is going downhill... It used to be pretty good, with lots of people, good staff, and good food.. not anymore. Under staffed.. tons of open seats, but only 2 waiters/waitresses are working, so I initially expected 1 hour of waiting. I made the app waiting list but still waited about 30 minutes. I felt very sorry for our waitress. He had to take care of all 7-8 tables by herself. That was why now it is prolonged service, food was not fresh as they came out, and dirty tables. I haven't been to a Red Lobster location since I was a child and stop here for a to go order since we were on a road trip and was close to our hotel late at night. I was pleasantly surprised with our order. We shared a build your own feast dinner with steak, grilled shrimp, garlic shrimp, lobster, broccoli, Mac and cheese with bacon. It we served with 4 biscuits too. Everything was delicious. The staff was pleasant and place seemed pretty clean when picking up and checking out the order. Cheddar biscuits were the best thing we had. The food was decent but not great. My wife had one of the Asian inspired dishes and it was just a strange combination of food and flavors on one plate; somewhat stereotypical. I had a shrimp pasta dish that was pretty good. The waitress was super nice, but just a somewhat inattentive even though it wasn't very busy. She did send us home with extra cheddar biscuits, so that was pretty cool. Don't do it, we are local and empty nesters so we eat out a lot. Had not been here in a while because the lady visit they were out of multiple things including ketchup. Decided to order takeout tonight for something different. I ordered the Choose 3 option and immediately discovered they were out of catfish so i got trout instead. I hate to disparage shoe leather and compare it to what i got but the trout was so tough it was almost impossible to eat. I also got skewered scallops and they gave me 4, 4 whole scallops on order. WOW. Terrible customer service, terrible management. I called in an order, I showed up when it was supposed to be ready. I pulled into the curbside to go spot and called. The employee, Haley, told me she would send my order out. After waiting 20 minutes I decide to go in. My food is sitting there getting cold. I talked to the manager to let her know. She touched the bottom of the bag and had the nerve to say "as you can see it's still warm". It was barely warm and that's just where it was sitting on the counter. No "I'm sorry" no offer to remake the order. Awful attitudes and you can see why the employees don't care when the manager acts like that. read more

Pretty disappointed. Went back in 2/8 because me daughter picked it for after dance meal. Service was so-so, food was shockingly bad. I ordered the lobster lovers thing, which both tails were tiny, dried up and absolutely flavorless. The biscuits were old and hard, I just don't get it. Driving back from Florida, we stopped in for a quick lunch. Both T and I ordered stuffed flounder. We were served a disappointing piece of fish, topped with a dollop of bland stuffing. (More filler than crab and reminiscent of a frozen microwave meal.) I think they expect patrons to fill up on their delicious garlic biscuits -- you can get as many as you'd like -- though I have to say, my side of broccoli was surprisingly good: crisp (as I requested) and nicely seasoned. Every so often a chain restaurant delivers (i.e. Carrabas.) But Red Lobster? I'm giving up on this place.
