Yesterday, January 28th, 2022 I went to order food from the Red Lobster n Perry, GA. I had a gift certificate and ordered 3 Dozen Cheddar Biscuits which we love. Ordered Kung Poa Noodles with CHICKEN. with knowing my husband is allergic to certain fish. It was TERRIBLE! It tasted like fish. It smelled like fish. Pieces of chicken also tasted like fish. What happen here? I'm assuming they had fish already in with the noodles and took them out and ten put the pieces of chicken in. Granted no one with a fish allergy should go to Red Lobster but your staff, your Chef should be in full alet of not mixing meat with fish if the dish does not call for it. Major Law Suit would be in force easily. We threw it out! HORRIBLE. Staff were all cordial which was the only thing going in the restaurant. The restaurant is dingy, dirty and dark. Literally had the worst meal, the salmon was spoiled and the waitress didn't even take the plate back. I had to wait an extra 15 mins for the other fish and they charged me for a half portion, I didn't even eat the other piece of salmon. I had a very bad experience at this red lobster. It doesn't even deserve 1 star. I will not be returning at all ever. The service was horrible. The first waitress, yes first ran off because she got upset that someone at the table requested tacos as an appetizer. She told him he couldn't have them as an appetizer. When he ask why she got upset and ran off without saying anything else to us. Eventually another member of the wait staff came over to take our order because our waitress refused to come back. My appetizer that I ordered came out with my meal after the waiter constantly reassuring me that it was on its way out. I ordered curbside takeout tonight and ordered one of their new dishes. I order this same dish about 3 weeks ago. It was great then except for the crispy lettuce. It's served hot but has greens on the side. Both times the lettuce was literally crispy when I received it. The side dishes were Brussels sprouts and supposed to be quinoa rice. It was wild rice and hardly any Brussels spouts at all. Served also with edamame. I counted 7. This is unacceptable for the price. The manager brought my food out and was not very friendly at all. We started off really well but once we ordered our entrees waiter brought out wrong entree for my eife and daughter normally no big deal but we were traveling from florida and was our first food stop but we had alot more miles togo so we had to reject the plate and all share my ribeye. This is worse customer service. We called to reserve a table and got to the restaurant before our reservation. I was told it would be a few minutes but then found out that they sat another group at our table. We spoke to the manager but instead of taking control of the situation she stated "she had no idea what was going on". On top of being unprofessional the management still had us wait for an extended amount of time for a table. read more

I would have to say that the service hasn't been great recently.. I ate here with my parents at the beginning of the all you can eat shrimp event and we waited an hour to get our first round and than had to wait 30 minutes for our refills. The kitchen has not been able to get their act together.. we tried to go again a few weeks later and we were waiting for a table and a couple other customers walked out because of how long everyone was having to wait yet again for the food, even the servers felt bad for everyone. If you want sea food but you don't want to leave Perry city limits this is your best option. It has what you would expect from the red lobster chain. It's clean and the food is prepared well. The real treat is the server Sissy if you come out and want to have an great dinning experience and leave with a smile ask to sit in Sissy's section. My friend and I went to this location at about 3 in the afternoon on Friday, Nov. 23rd. We gave our names and sat since there were quite a few people there. The hostess skipped us, then the manager told us the computer skipped sometimes. We got seated, the people behind us got seated a few tables down and they got served first. We finally got our drinks and food ordered-got the iced tea, which tasted like it had sat for 3 days, ordered water, which we had to wait for. We had to wait a long time for our salads, didn't see the waitress anywhere, the manager had to bring it. Our food was brought out only minutes into the salad. She dropped our food on our table and then left and again, no waitress. We ate, sat for a while then we had to go find someone for our tickets. We complained to the manager about the horrible service-she didn't apologize but gave $5 off our meal. I have been going here since 2010 and this was the WORST experience there. read more

The sever was friendly but very slow. Our drinks came out after the first course despite the bartender making them a little bit ago. The drinks were spot on and tasted delicious. The New England clam chowder was good, the Cesar salad was mediocre, biscuits were a hit and a miss (some tasted fabulous and others were on the struggle bus), the shrimp linguini had WAAAAY too much butter and did not taste very well unless you bathed it in pepper/salt. The brownie with ice cream was probably the most delicious thing I have ever tasted. Ask for Brandi. She is a fantastic server with a great personality. My kids cleared their plates. They also had fun watching the lobsters in the tank. They seemed to enjoy dancing in their chairs to the upbeat music too. My husband an I both chose the make your own feast meals where you can choose 4 courses, soup, salad, entree, and deseert. It was $15.99 . I have to say for the price it was a lot of food. We couldn't finish all of it and had to bring some home in a take out box. We were seated immediately with friendly staff when we walked in. We also found the restaurant to be clean. I did not use the restrooms on this particular trip so I can not say much about that. My husband had the linguini and enjoyed it. He also made a comment that his clam chowder and salad was very good. He had the brownie for dessert and let me try a bite. It was moist and very good. I had the coconut shrimp and spicy pineapple shrimp,bacon potato soup, and the caramel cheesecake. They were all delicious!! The server was terrible I ask for water with lemon had to ask three separate times before I got the lemons. When she decided to take our order I mentioned to her that my mother in law had dementia her remark was okay. I said this so she would understand why I had ordered for her. It took forever getting our food and when we did it was cold she never brought any tea back for everyone. She brought out my mother in laws food last. My thought was WOW. On the other hand the other two tables on the other side of us got seated after us there order was taken and they had there food and as they were finishing up we received our food it was not hot. Back again for some Red Lobster. Requested Destiny but she was off. Ilysa ended up being our server. She did a great job. She took care of my son and I without being a nuisance. The food came out hot and it was delicious. I ordered an Apple Crostada for desert. Ilysa also recommended the cheesecake. Based on her description I'll be sure to try it the next time I'm here. I will not be visiting the Perry, GA location again in the near or distant future. Our service left a lot to be desired. It is my son's birthday and this was his place of choice. Tonight was a terrible experience. My wife and I walked in, asked to sit in the bar area and then proceeded to sit for 25 minutes without anyone speaking to us. No drinks, no biscuits, no order taken, nothing. We asked for a gluten free menu, which was a plastic folder (like you'd put a history report in) with a chart that you had to look up each dish individually. Worst experience at a Red Lobster ever. We got there very early. Just after 4. Thinking that would help since it was not crowded. Service was slow and waiter was very forgetful. The one star is for the one gentleman at your restaurant that actually cares. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, and also unfortunately, he was not our waiter. Our family of four stopped in at 6:00 and we were seated right away. We ordered two entrees and two children's meals and four drinks. By 6:20, we started to wonder where our drinks were, and at 6:30, I finally got my unsweetened iced tea and some biscuits. At 7:00, when the table who was seated 30 minutes after us got all of their food, and we had waited an hour for mac n cheese, we asked what was going on. At 7:15, our waitress asked "you still haven't gotten your food," to which we replied "no," but really wanted to say "is that your way of saying that you forgot to put in our order?" At 7:20, the gentleman brought us the wrong food, but we ate some of it because we had kept our 2 and 5 year old kids waiting long enough. At 7:25 the gentleman brought what we ordered. We honestly just didn't want it anymore. When he realized that we had waited an hour and a half for some mac n cheese, he said "I will bring out the GM." At 7:35, as we were leaving, he brought us a $50 gift card. When we were choosing a place to eat, I didn't understand why this Red Lobster couldn't carry 3 stars, and now I know why. The most disappointing part was how our waitress ignored us after she knew she had messed up and the GM blew off coming out to our table. I took the gift card, but you didn't "make it right."
