No offense but small town Mexican restaurant that's a chain...it is what it is. Sometimes you luck up...most times you don't. So we ordered the guacamole with pico de gallo and that was pretty good. Salsa was ok...I prefer a chunkier salsa and this was pretty watery. The issue came with our entrees. We ordered fajitas and off rip I was like why are they not sizzling? If fajitas come and I can touch the plate...that's a problem. I didn't really say anything initially because who knows...maybe this is the norm for this restaurant. The problem came when I could hear the fajita orders of all the other tables as they passed by. My steak and chicken were dry...I ate a few bites but some pieces were just unbearable. The onions were the best part of the plate. Few bites of beans and rice but I just couldn't do it. Service was fine. I mentioned to my server the issue as he asked if we needed a box. I didn't, because I wasn't going to eat it. He said sorry and that was that. I asked to speak to a manager because I try not to leave a bad review without addressing it first with a manager. I could tell the server's hesitation in wanting to get the manager so I just called it a wash. So here we are. Won't be back but you know...maybe it was just unfortunate that...yea idk. No excuse really. You live and you learn.

His meal included plenty of shrimp and veggies. Our son had the Texas fajitas and also enjoyed his meal. They both had enough left over to eat the next day. So much potential at this location but they need to just tear the whole thing out and start completely over. Change the overall traffic flow to support the local walk in customer who wants a to go order. Spend some money on a qualified chef to revamp the menu and hire some competent wait staff.
