Parsley minced, so my father thought it was onions, it is not. Cheddar biscuits have shredded cheese and dusted with seasoning.

We went on Veterans Day, the Normal place we would went I have say aloud might require reservations to get in. This place and Denny was available and had plenty of seating to spare. Busy because of big groups, my father and I went as a pair. Food was hot and cooked. Lamps were there, and it was not dim areas, and clean. However, Booths might be not advisable for those who want more legroom. Prices for food: 60 per person if you are getting those bucket meals, other meals maybe lesser. Next time, I am definitely getting crab meal. But I think they need to add more sides depending on availability and seasonal foods, and trending crops. https://tatnuckmeatandsea.com/fresh-meat/crustaceans/crab/what-is-a-good-side-dish-with-crab/ I hate say you need more sides. My meal is fish + chips and my father meal is Waltz shrimps + chips Drinks were: Cranberry ice tea + Pepsi & water Appetizer: Cup of clam chowder (we got bowl, it was upgrade for wait) 2 rounds of cheddar biscuits. Red Lobster, where do you get that cranberry ice tea? No complaints, it was wonderful. This soup should exist at Red Lobster: Low-Carb Cauliflower Crab Chowder https://thecortezkitchen.com/crab-chowder-recipes/ Because it be healthy alternative. However, onion free is said you can replace onion with celery or another herb. I found fish chowder is rarely used, in our area. https://handmaderecipe.com/old-fashioned-fish-chowder-recipe/ Thank you to service staff who tried to help get our food and drinks, I am not very good with names.

Experience here reminded me why I haven't visited a Red Lobster for more than ten years. ........ Had to ask for biscuits. (In the past as soon as you were seated waitress would show up to table hot biscuits and menus in hand.) And had to ask as we Weren't automatically provided with bread plates, butter nor napkins. Had to ask for a glass of water two times. Ordered Bahama Mama with alcohol but was served the virgin version - no alcohol, no umbrella, no cherry, no pineapple just a slice of orange with its seed $14.99!!! Asked for a la carte grilled salmon medium, moist. Nothing else on plate. She said sure no problem. Asked for a la carte lobster baked potato by itself. Sure. No problem. She then said the potato comes with a salad. Sure. With blue cheese please Food arrived hot off the grill! Excellent. BUT the salmon and potato were served on the same plate. The lobster baked potato was smaller than my fist. Lobster is claw meat so don't think it's a lobster tail. lol It lacked flavor. The Grilled salmon, about 6 oz. was grilled and flavored excellent! I did ask for each item a la carte but the cook decided to pair them on one plate. The huge salad arrived filled to the rim with cheap iceburg lettuce. I pulled half of it out of the bowl and placed it on half of my napkin that I split in two. I then poured what I thought, blue cheese dressing, but it was dressing with no blue cheese flavor. It was a mystery dressing. Ending up putting iceburg back into bowl because the entire salad did not taste so crispy, clean, flavorful. The check arrived and I questioned: why was my a la carte salmon $27.99? The lobster baked potato $6.99 ok that's what I was expecting. BUT it was the smallest baked potato I've seen in a long time. Why was I charged $2.99 for a salad I didn't ask for but was offered? AND I couldn't eat it because it didn't taste right Why was the $14.99 Bahama Mama a virgin with no style to it. Waitress response, let me go make adjustments..... She came back and comp'd the potato -$6.99 Still charged me $27.99 for a 6 oz piece of salmon, $2.99 for a salad I didn't enjoy, and $14.99 for a drink incorrectly served. I didn't question the check the second time, paid, left and decided my money was not well spent here and noted to self to never return. I know I'm probably going to receive a response from management saying sorry please call to discuss further. That's just a waste of time because even if you offer a free meal I won't go back. BUT if you offer me a few Bahama Mamas with alcohol you just might get me to your tiny 4 seater bar!!

Pleasantly surprised. We heard that red lobster received a new CEO that did a lot of revamping to the menu as in in quality of food and service in the restaurants so we wanted to check it out. There are a lot of new options on the menu from what we can remember, the last time we had patronized The red lobster was a few years ago, but I did feel that the food was definitely elevated this round. I would like to mention that our server Angel was extremely friendly and very helpful with the choices and recommendations. He communicated amazingly he let us know he was checking on our food and kept checking on us and you can just overall tell he enjoyed his job. I think this local red lobster needs to communicate that they're still open a lot of people in our area under the impression that it had closed but if you're gonna have these improvements with Service like Angels, you need to let the community know you're still here ready for business. I had a lobster roll- man that little baby was packed to the max with lobster and I really enjoyed how they put the butter on the side instead of drenching it with it. Fries are fries but they were cooked perfection. My Hubby had the lobster feast with the lobster mac & cheese, and the lobster and shrimp linguine he really liked it (so did I lol because sharing is caring) He also decided to go all out with the lobster and had his baked potato smothered with lobster sauce and surprisingly was a delicious combo that neither one of us were anticipating.. broccoli from red lobster is always delicious and this was no exception. Clean tables and restrooms, happy looking staff- With all this being said we will definitely be back

With all the talk of the new CEO and menu changes I decided to give Red Lobster a try. I was greeted and sat by one of the kindest hostesses (believe her name was Nima). She actually continued to walk the restaurant and help me as well as other guests there, my entire visit. I was very pleasantly surprised to see that the crab on the menu was wild caught and reasonably priced considering the cost of crab nowadays. I ordered the Crab Your Way option that came with a side and crispy potatoes. I paid more to be able to try all 3 sauces. This is where it goes down hill a bit. Crab came out and was 2 leg clusters but the knuckle part was still frozen. So I had to send my plate back. They must have just put the entire plate back in the oven because as you can see from the picture the potatoes came back out burnt and inedible. They also brought back my plate with a whole cluster missing but when I pointed it out they brought it out to me (very odd). The crab was pretty good though. Don't waste your time on the sauces, stick to butter and garlic. I chose broccoli as my side and it was pretty overcooked and mushy with no seasoning on it whatsoever. The restaurant was very clean and not too busy. The service by the wait staff was alright. Not super attentive as demonstrated by my burnt potatoes but overall helpful. It's better than it was but still not great. For the price I expect better. For wild caught crab, delicious CB biscuits and the hostess I would go back and try again....maybe just order a different side and ask for steamed potatoes

I also received the same message from red lobster. I think they just want to make it look like they are concerned about the review on Google, where other people can see it. There is NO link to go to!! How sad.

When it finally was, both the bartender and several patrons openly complained about it being on. That reaction was not only unnecessary, but it created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. No one should feel like a burden for simply wanting to watch a game in a restaurant setting--especially while seated at the bar, where that's a pretty common expectation. Because of how awkward the situation became, he ended up just ordering a soda and leaving instead of staying for the meal he had planned. It's unfortunate, because we've had better experiences in the past, but this interaction really left a negative impression. I hope management takes this kind of situation seriously and reminds staff that basic courtesy and hospitality go a long way in making guests feel comfortable.
