I always come here at a good time especially on Sunday's after church. We get seated very quickly and beat the rush. The staff is always attentive and making sure we're satisfied during our time there. They make good recommendations if you can't decide what you want to eat. The menu prices are affordable. Some entrees might be more expensive than the other. Even if it's cheap or expensive anything on the menu is good. Tried the Cajun Chicken Pasta and it was delicious not too spicy just the right amount of seasoning. There could've been a little bit more sauce but other than that it was good. First and foremost, I don't leave reviews...but my girlfriend and I are really tired of being disappointed by restaurants in this area. Our server was doing her best but with the kitchen and the bar moving so slow, we sat there for an hour for nothing. It took 10 minutes to get water, another 5-10 for our apps. We ended telling them to pack our entrees to go, and when we FINALLY got those, we were told that the bar still hadn't made our drinks yet so we cancelled them, even though we had ordered those before anything else. Overall, our service was not great nor was the quality of anything we received. Honestly, we'll probably give our entrees away and go to Pappadeaux up the street. First off, compared to other Red Lobster locations, this place has some outstanding service. Hostess is quick to seat and waiters are very attentive. I've been here multiple times over the years and they never disappoint. Food is delicious and I've never had to send anything back. Love their Blackened Salmon! My favorite. Seafood has to be spot on, or alternatively it isn't. there's really no in between it's either on or off. In this time of shrink flation and inflation their menu has gotten really pricey. Very pricey versus the quality and quantity they serve. I would rather spend double the money, up to $50-$60 a plate add a fine dining restaurant to have my seafood spot on. Just one question? How old are the seats in this restaurant? Why do I always feel like a five year old at the grown ups table after sitting down and falling 6 inches into the bottom on the severely worn cushion? Geesh!! My latest visit to Red Lobster was inspired by a recent commercial touting their $15 4 course feast. What a deal indeed, especially considering I often spend close to if not at least that much for just one entree'. For $15 you get a bowl of soup AND salad (with and endless supply of their famous biscuits), your main course (a choice of 5 or 6 pre-selected options), and dessert. Like I said, what a deal! The food was good, although hubby had to send his salad back for something a little less wilted. The entree' was great, and the dessert went home with us since there was just no way we could embarrass ourselves further stuffing any more food into our well swollen bellies. The Bay Breeze was made to perfection, and was a nice addition to our meal. Overall the experience was enjoyable, you know, your typical Red Lobster outing. But most enjoyable was the value we got in what we spent on our meal. We'll probably make a trip back again ahead of schedule to take advantage of this one. I'm just not a fan of the chain. I don't care which one of them I eat in, the end result is always the same. Diarrhea. I bumped my rating up to a 3 star because of our waiter. He was funny and attempted to help me find an outlet to charge my phone after the hostess assured me there was not an outlet in the dining room, but he disappeared after our food was brought out, I think we saw him once and that was to ask for our check. They are currently featuring Lobster fest, and my cousin wanted to go. I was just glad we were there around lunch time because I didn't want to have a wait for Red Lobster, and was glad my meal was able to be purchased off the lunch menu which would make it relative cheap As we were leaving around 1pm, i noticed the restaurant getting full. I didn't realize people still ate a Red Lobster in paks. We sat near the bar area, and by the time we were leaving, there were no more seats left at the bar. I was amazed. ANYBODY who thinks this is decent seafood has never been to the coast of Georgia, FLorida or the carolinas. You can get better seafood at the local Kwickie-Mart than here. Last night, i made the terrible mistake of coming here against my better judgement (my out of town sister made the choice) but i went along with it. Even the biscuits were not up to par. I admit the salad was fine. But the ADMIRALS PLATTER for $20 was disgusting. The so called shrimp were frozen slabs from thailand (at best) in a extra thick coating of gummy breading. My mistake as that I was on St Simons Island yesterday and had FRESH GEORGIA SHRIMP fried in a very light batter, and there was simply NO COMPARISON. WHat they call BAY SCALLOPS were reject pencil erasers dipped in the shrimp batter, then fried. And the fish was a sliver of something buried under a sea of batter. IF YOU LIKE A large platter of FRIED BATTER, then get this platter. I can (and will) get better fresh salmon for less at OUTBACK and LONGHORN for less money next time I want seafood in ATLANTA. After a long day my family and I were hungry and decided to grab some food we were immediately greeted by the smell of sour mop water smell it was already late and we were already there so we decided to stay . We finally get our food my sisters food was watery and tasteless she had to send it back my daughters crab legs had a mountain of garlic on it . My food was not made properly either but after waiting so long I had to eat and feed my children . When my significant other treats me good, I take them out to Red Lobster. Not really, tho. They seem to run a lot of specials which is always good. One time, I got the shrimp trio, it was okay. I recommend their Lobster Pizza. Another time I came in with a coupon and there was confusion over how it should be applied, but this unfortunate situation was resolved well in the end (after a conversation with the manager) and that is what matters most.
