Just amazing. The best seafood in Uniontown. I don't know how they do it. It is so fresh and the staff is incredibly professional.

Arrived around 2pm, restaurant had maybe 3 other tables, we were sat in the very back Of the dining room by ourselves except for a table employees were at. Took over 10 min to be greeted. Finally got Our beverages and our order taken. Got unlimited shrimp, had to pay 1.99 more to have a salad as the one side included. Took over 35 min to get our food, waitress ignored us for over 30 minutes. We finally had to flag her down to get another course of shrimp. Took another 25 min to get those and they were overcooked. Horrible experience. Horrible service. Manager gave us 10.00 off when we barely got any food to eat. $56.00 for shrimp That would have half the price if we ordered off the menu and didn't get refills. This review is regarding the staff. The hostess incorrectly ordered the wrong meal. I ordered the special shrimp deal, which includes french fries. And I ordered a side salad. When I received my meal, the fries were missing. The hostess then told me that I had ordered a different meal and fries were not included. NO, I know what I ordered. She told me I could not get the fries. I asked for the manager, Larry. He told me I could if I got the fries, I had to pay $4.95 for the side salad instead of $1.99. No where on menu did it say a side salad was full price with this meal. He got aggressive and refused to make it right. When I pointed out the menu did not explain that a side salad would be full price, if ordered. He finally refunded the side salad, but lost a very long-time customer for his behavior. He needs to be replaced or given additional training on resolving incidents like this. His behavior was repulsive and he clearly has anger management issues. GOOD JOB, LARRY! We had a really lovely meal here tonight - we were both hankering for seafood and this hit the spot! Our server was very friendly and attentive. We had the stuffed mushrooms, they were delicious! Six big mushrooms stuffed and covered with tons of cheese. My husband and I both ordered the pick two combo and our food was terrific. We both got fried shrimp and wood-fired scallops, both had rice and came with salads. I ordered a mixed drink, it was so good, too! All in all, very good dinner and prompt service. Yes three solid stars,why because I would go back for the lobster tacos they were actually pretty good like that may be my go to Thing at red lobster from now on. The overall atmosphere was very "red lobster" Esc. What I mean is very woody, like the pretty wood that you would see in a nice office. The smell when you walk in initially is a little funky, however It is a seafood restaurant. My Battle buddy and I decided to venture out today for lunch we both agreed hands down that RL would be perfect!! I was really happy to eat here because it has been so long and typically I don't eat out at places like this. I had a good time with my battle and our server checked on us very consistently. We both landed on the taco I had the lobster taco she had the shrimp. We also enjoyed the stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer pretty good. Visited Red lobster again this past Saturday 3-23. We went in the evening around 630 so we missed the dinner rush. My boyfriend ordered the ultimate feast and I order the bar harbor lobster bake. We also ordered two extra clusters of crab legs as we always do because we love crab. Service was super quick and great. Our waitresses name was Kayla and she was very polite and provided prompt service. Our food was great too. My dish was great no complaints. The portion size of my dish was rather large so I had enough to take home and eat later that evening and even some left for the next day. My boyfriend enjoyed his dish too although he did complain that his green beans weren't cooked all the way and were rubbery but he still ate them anyway. So a solid 4.5 visit. The best thing on my plate was the baked potato and it was barely done. I had the Walters Favorite Shrimp. It was definitely frozen not fresh. Shrimp was over cooked and the breading was doughy. The cheese biscuits Barely had any cheese, garlic or butter. Would not recommend this place. read more

My Aunt and I decided to have dinner here about 3 weeks ago . We were so excited since we haven't had red lobster in awhile. We order the combo lobster dinners with shrimp and broccoli . We were so disappointed when we received our food the lobster wasn't even half the size of what the picture displayed. It was the size of two pinky fingers. And the broccoli was way overdone. We went from being very excited to being very disappointed. We had a $57.00 bill and could of went elsewhere for cheaper and a way more satisfying meal. Red Lobster is my wife's favorite restaurant, well NO MORE. For our anniversary we went last night. Arrived at 7:45PM and they were not busy at all, yet had to wait ten minutes to be seated. Not a big deal, but after being seated 23 minutes without any acknowledgment and two children getting antsy we were left with no option but to leave. I know this is a franchise so 90% of the things are pretty standard all around. The main issue is the owner/management, they're always out of salmon. This has happened on many occasions and really sucks because it's a specialty franchise for seafood. Definitely call before you come! read more

It's just a typical Red Lobster, an overpriced chain restaurant with ho hum food. When it comes to seafood, there aren't many choices this far inland. Personally, I'd rather cook my own seafood. It's cheaper, tastes better and you generally know if was farmed or not. read more

I went to pick up a large take-out order today and as I was waiting in the bar area, I was trying to get ahold of the manager or a server so I could get a beverage while I waited. They were in the back loudly horsing around all within eyesight, GM included. The one waitress was finally nice enough to come out 10 mins later and get me a beverage. On my way out, one of the asst managers, Cubby, was nice enough to help me out to my car with my $175.00 order, but not before the GM slammed the door in my face while my arms were full. Yeah, thanks for holding the door for me, buddy. Even the asst manager was surprised I think. I gave it two stars because the asst manager helped me to my car and every single time I've been to this location, the one bartender did a fantastic job assembling my to-go orders. In a city that seems where restaurants have to be a joint venture with a gas station OR is really just a front for a bar I was forced into the Denny's of seafood. We stopped here late last Sunday. Horrible experience! Upon first glance I thought this place was clean and going to be fantastic. 1st off we were seated at a table with a light that flashed and flickered the entire time. There must have been a problem with the electrical connection. It was SO annoying! Appetizer of stuffed mushrooms and salad were ok. We also got 10 oysters on the half shell. They looked sketchy and 2 of them were definitely rotten and you could tell by the smell. I should have known better. My daughter got lobster bisque that was cold and chunky. My son and I both ordered the steak with some seafood add ons. When our steaks came out even though they were the same, looked very different. My sons was thick juicy and cooked to a perfect medium. My steak on the other hand was super thin and over cooked. When I took it a bite it was mushy and a weird consistency. I hate to complain and send food back but it was terrible and noticeably extremely different. As a server myself, I would have never taken the 2 out because of the blatant difference. The server was reluctant to take it back but did and quickly arrived with a new steak. When I cut into it, it gushed with blood and filled my plate. At this point I'm super disappointed. I had just worked 10 hours then drove 4 only to stop for a good meal before getting home from traveling. Finally a manager made his way to my table. He was very apologetic and took the steak off of the bill. They were out of broccoli so had to upcharge for asparagus. On top of everything else, my server hovered over me to pay the bill. I was flustered, frustrated and couldn't think. I believe I ended up tipping him $30 by mistake rather than $15 for the worst meal ever and mediocre service. I didn't plan on writing a review until the next day when 2 out of 3 of us were violently ill and glued to the toilet for half of the day. Needless to say, I will never return. read more

The only complaints I have is that our server was busy and it took awhile for me to get my drink and at the end of our meal the manager came by and asked us to take a survey but told us how we needed to score the survey. This is a fairly new restaurant. I was told at the Olive Garden next door that it is a little over 4 years old. I was traveling from Pittsburgh, PA to see Fallingwater and decided to stop for supper around 8:00 pm on Wednesday, 09/07/2016. I give this detail only to state it was a normal supper time and mid-week and in the hope that someone in management for this particular store will know who was on duty this night. Myself and a friend waited UNGREETED at the hostess stand for 15 minutes. There was no one else waiting and the place was not busy at all. We debated leaving at this point when a very slovenly looking young women with long greasy hair in her 20's walks slowly towards us from the dining area and says "two of you?" We say "yes" and she turns and walks away back to the dining area again without saying another word. After about 7 minutes, I walk to the back and find her and ask "what's going on?" (since she never once properly greeted us or told us what she was doing when she left us standing up front - again, the place was not busy). She sighed and in a rude tone said "I've gotta clean a table" I walked back up to the hostess stand, and after another 5 min., she wandered back slowly and said "follow me" again very rudely. Once seated, again after 5 minutes the waitress stopped by and asked if she could take our drink order. We said "we are trying to decide...if we are going to stay.." She said "oh, well let me know when you decide" and she walks off. The place was freezing and the couple adjacent to us had complained about the temperature, so, we figured it was only going down hill and had wasted WAAAAY more time, and this Red Lobster, Uniontown, PA did not deserve our business. We got up and left in front of the hostess who was still not manning the desk and she never said a word to us as we were leaving. We went right next door to the Olive Garden, where the folks there could not have been friendlier or more efficient. This Red Lobster will not last with TERRIBLE service like this...Terrible manager hiring rude and lazy staff. read more
