I've been coming to this place since it opened and they are just outstanding. I've eaten inside a few times but usually always get it to go. I love the decor and how clean it always is. i wish i had the time to eat inside more. I have never once had an issue with the service. I always get the crab, shrimp (no shell), mussels, and sausage. i get it extra hot with cajun and garlic butter. My daughter gets crab legs and sausage extra hot with lemon pepper. We both adore this place and try to get it 2-3 times a month or more if i can. The owner is so so nice and knows me by name and is so accommodating. i'm surprised to see some bad reviews on here. The people who own this place are so kind if you have an issue talk to them and they will be accommodating. If you live here and haven't been here yet please give it a shot. We have eaten here a few times food has been good but expensive still that would be fine if the service was good. The last couple of times we went the service wasn't very good and today it was the worst service we've had in any restaurant the young lady unfriendly checked on us only once and after we finished our food we looked for our waitress longer than we should have my wife finally saw her and said bay and motioned her over instead of asking what we needed she came over said don't shout at me and walked away (my wife didn't even raise her voice when she motioned her over) What made it worse is the owner was the one who finally brought us a to go bag and our check but never apologized for the waitress and service we've received We will not return to this place and will let everyone know what kind of service they can expect read more

This is a cute place. I tried it a few years ago and wasn't impressed so I thought I would give it another try. I asked the waitress if the crawfish were fresh and not frozen. She said they were live. I ordered 4 pounds of crawfish, and 1/2 pound of shrimp spicy and will all the seasonings. The crab was delicious. The potatoes were hard and undercooked with no spice to them. The corn was excellent. The crawfish were absolutely horrible. There is no way they are live and fresh. They were rubbery, overcooked and disgusting. I will not be going back. My bill was $107.00 for myself. Complete waste of money and a rip off. Don't waste your money or time. read more

I ordered the shrimp and crawfish boil and it was absolutely disgusting!!! It was rubbery and had no flavor. I told the manager how it was rubbery and she told me I should have told the server that I didn't want it over cooked. It's seafood! When you over cook seafood it becomes rubbery! It was ok for a seafood Resturant in Wichita falls I guess. I Had the mixed bag of crab legs, shrimp, corn, potato's, mussels. Flavors were good spice was good. The bad Was really bad though. The service was slow one girl working the whole floor. Crab legs were small and hardly had any meat in them. They didn't have small forks to get The meat out of the legs. I had to use a big fork totally awkward. I Didn't want the potato's they brought them anyway and not my extra corn. She forgot to put the mussels on the order which after trying the crab I was ok with that. The only good thing was the shrimp they were great but not good enough to offset all the other issues. My son and I came here for lunch after church. Pros: The food had a great amount of seasoning. I ordered mild with garlic lemon and Cajun flavor, so I could share with my kiddo. The decor is simple and nice. The lunch deals are a great price Bathrooms were basic, yet clean. One stall set up, one male and one female. Seems like a great place to order togo and/or pick up items. Cons: The crab boil was feeling, but for $30 seemed like it should be more. The booth seats, kept falling off and pop up on me.. not sturdy. The staff was inexperienced and didn't know how to ring up my food with a to-go meal. If you get a boil beware of reddish/yellow juice getting on your clothes Plastic/Styrofoam: plates, forks and cups. Would be easier to break crab legs with a metal fork. Silly plastic crab bib to protect your chest from juice. Sorry no kids meals, so order your little ones a lunch special. FYI: No military discount. 2 lunch menus, a boil and 2 drinks about $60. Crab legs and shrimp are great. Love the spices they come in, reminds me of Joe's crab shack. Sausage is gross, like boiled hot dogs. Broccoli was overcooked. But...this is just not a fun place to eat. Service is acceptable, but the owner walks around the place on the phone with personal calls, sitting at booths randomly. It's strange. Lots of TV's everywhere with random weird stuff, just why. Some not so kid friendly. They do provide one actual shell cracker now. Still no moist towelettes. For the price, I say not worth it sorry. This pretty darn good. For WIchita Falls, it's really good. I had the peeled shrimp and sausage boil with juicy sauce, hot, and it was excellent. Others at my table had fried fish w/ rice, fried crab w/ fried rice, and a shrimp and crayfish boil. They say the rice is not that good and the fried stuff is average. Me and my lunch date had heard mixed reviews about Crab Kingdom. We decided to try it ourselves. We tried their boils. I got the shrimp and sausage and it was out of this world. My lunch date got crawfish and shrimp and said the crawfish could've been a little bit more seasoned; maybe boiled a little longer in the seasoning. They have three different seasonings you can get. I got the juicy which is all three flavors. Next time I'm not going to get the lemon and pepper because that was a little too strong. I got the mild flavor which was just the right amount of spicy. Otherwise, the meal was delicious. We will definitely be back and will recommend to friends and family as well. read more

The crab at this restaurant is out of this world! I recommend going for the juicy seasoning which combines all three flavors that they offer. It is so good! I generally get it as takeout and they are super quick and it's very satisfying. I generally get the snow crab and it's some of the best I've ever had! The food in this place is excellent! Super casual and everything is served in a way that can be disposed of easily by the wait staff. I had the king crab as did my son. They were huge, they were delicious, and you get your choice of flavoring and spiciness. We both got the garlic flavoring and medium Heat. They were spicy but not overly so. Just about perfect. The legs were very hot in temperature which is unusual these days to find crab that is hot. Another person at our table chose to have shrimp and lobster and crab together, and she said the shrimp was excellent. That was her favorite part. Another person at our table got the shrimp and sausage, and he chose the hot spiciness. This is someone who eats foods spicier than most of us can tolerate. He said the food wasn't especially spicy. But you have to consider his palate! All of our dinners came with corn on the cob and new potatoes. Since we were eating crab, it was messy, very messy. They had little plastic gloves you could wear, and you could choose to keep your food all in the bag that is served on the plate. But plastic gloves when you need a grip didn't work very well for me. So I just dug right in, as did my son, and we cracked and pulled and ate through two huge plates. This is twice what you would get at Red Lobster if you order crab legs. And they were delicious. I didn't need to dip mine in butter in order to have flavor. Now for my suggestions. It would be nice if they had finger bowls or warm towels or at least those little tear off wipes for your hands. The bathrooms are only for one person, and there were three of us, two females and one male, who felt like they needed to go wash up. Luckily it wasn't crowded. My other suggestion would be to file the spikes down on the legs. Grabbing those legs with those spikes is pretty uncomfortable. There was a time when restaurants always had those filed down, but that of course when out with the butter warmers at your table. It sure be nice to bring that back at least. The prices seem high to some, but I just had this same amount of crab at a restaurant during a cruise, and it was the same price. The prices are also comparable to Red Lobster. My suggestion is give them a try! We're going back that's for sure. read more

Not sure how they normally serve people but we got a hot unopened bag on a tin pie plate. It was supposed to be a split to share but no separate plates brought to divide it into. When I asked for two plates, we got two more tin pie plates. Asked for seafood cocktail sauce she acted like I'd asked for green tree snake souffle. When I told her it's ingredients, she said, "we have horseradish" Shrimp and two tiny red potatoes could have cooked another minute. One half ear of corn okay. This place is new to Wichita Falls and I LOVE seafood so I had to try it. My family is from Louisiana so I grew up eating shrimp and crawfish. I got the combo that was 1/2 lb of crawfish and 1/2 lb of snow crab that came with melted butter corn and potatoes. I also got it with garlic butter and medium spice and it was SO GOOD. It was also a good price because all of that was just $19 plus a drink and I've been some places that charge way more than that. Service was good. I will be back soon! read more
