I placed an order for delivery, it was extremely late! I called the restaurant an hour after and they had not received my order but the owner immediately started working on my order. He was super polite and very apologetic. He assured me our order will be delivered in 25 minutes. My food did arrived as promised, but the owner hooked it up with an extra pizza with all toppings an extra 2 liters of soda and extra jalapeño poppers. He made up the time we waited with food. I am definitely coming back and support small businesses. Food was delicious! Wings are evenly fried and very flavorful! Jalapeño poppers are huge and flavorful as well! Pizza is delicious! One of the best taste like home made pizza and not just like e rest of the normal pizza place

I came across this place because I wanted something different for my coworkers. Saw the menu and immediately, the "Loco Pizza" caught attention. Some people were skeptical but when I told them, it has cilantro in it, what could go wrong? Well, it did, it forever changed our taste buds, this pizza was pretty damn spot-on, just the right kick with jalapeños and that touch of cilantro! It's is very unfortunate that this place would deny a delivery to my house being 17 mins away at 8:00pm at night. Their excuse was the traffic was bad going up Paris Blvd. The main problem I have with this is that they have delivered to my address before...the only thing they could tell me is they could not deliver to my place tonight. Very unfortunate you guys had us as the pizza place we Order from and that is no longer the case. We offered to wait longer if needed when we were told they can't deliver this far....even after they have done that. Offered to tip more. I can't say I have ever eaten pizza from Moreno Valley, so I have nothing to compare my experience to from this community. After my one experience with this business we were very pleased with the food we received, with one minor exception, which leads me to give a 4 star rating (I'm a fan / good) and would buy from here again if the situation presents itself. We met up with friends to watch stock car races at the Perris Auto Raceway. We arrived a couple hours early to tailgate and hang out. My buddy ordered from Red Maple for delivery to the parking lot. My wife and I ordered their Bacon BBQ Ranch Pizza (Pepperoni, bacon, chicken, ranch & BBQ) and an order of french fries. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time. We were pleasantly surprised (because it was a delivery order) that both items arrived still warm. The fries were still crispy, even though they were in a styrofoam container. They were not oily and were fluffy inside. As for the pizza - we both really liked it (maybe myself more than the wife). The flavors were really good, the crust cooked through, not greasy at the bottom, and it was loaded with the all the good stuff listed - except the BBQ sauce. Whether it was supposed to be below the fixings or drizzled on top, it was not present. I personally liked it the way it was and did not need the extra tang of the sauce. But, the wife was disappointed as she had the craving to have that taste. She still liked the pizza though, and she's not a big pizza eater. Our friends ordered a plain ol' cheese pizza, chicken tenders (they had their children with them) and an order of hot chicken wings. Although I did not sample any of their item they both stated they enjoyed their selections. I, like some other reviewers, would recommend this business if you are craving pizza. I am not sure if this may have been a one time instance, but I am just blown by how unprofessional the owner was. Back on Dec 30th, we placed an order. Over an hour later, called to see why our order has not arrived yet. Apparently, they started working on our order when we called and said something along the lines of, "Sorry about that, it should be done within 15-20 mins." About 5 minutes later, we decided to just cancel the order because we had to leave the house soon. After cancelling the order, we were told we were going to be refunded. I understand that places get busy and backed up, but that was not my issue here. My issue was with the workers. Few days later, we were NOT refunded and were charged. Called the store, explained the reason for the call, and the owner then proceeded to tell me that they were closed that day. I tried to explain my situation to him more and he would not let me speak for a single second constantly repeating that they were closed and was not interested in what I had to say at all. Likeee WHAT?! I hung up and had to call "Slice," the app in which I placed my order, to finally get a refund. I am sure the food is good, but the way the OWNER was treating a customer was NOT okay. read more
