I came in to pick up my order, they still did not even start to make it yet. The worker at the register told me to come back in 15 to 20 minutes. I was trying to inquire why the delay. We ordered delivery last night. Ordered at 5:40 pm and received confirmation at 5:48 with estimated delivery for 6:17. We finally received our order at 7:48. Multiple attempts to call restaurant but calls unanswered as "voicemail full". Uber delivery finally confirmed that although they had tried many times to call restaurant, when they finally got through they were told restaurant was "busy" and they never got to order. When food came, pizza pretty soggy and wings mildly warm and very soggy. So sad. We were limited to eating in due to recent surgery. Will not order again. read more

Sorry other pizza joints they've stole my stomach , my heart , and therefore they get the . The ratio from pizza to sauce to bread is perfect every time. Since the first time I've went I've been here four times and it's only been about three weeks. The price point is perfect The bread is nice, soft and fluffy, the toppings are generous, fresh and delicious. The cheese is just enough. AWFUL, GOT FOOD POISONING. I ordered the 1-topping pizza and the big cheese bread. I was violently ill afterward--like, within the hour. I had mild food poisoning for about 18 hours. The pizza had smelled off, but I thought maybe I was just imagining it or not used to the kind of bacon they use or something. But nope! Food poisoning. Do not recommend. It wasn't anything else I ate that day, since nothing else I ate had anything that could really go bad--just granola and plain bread and some apples and peanut butter. Also ordered 2 other specialty pizzas on the size and the total was around $200 bucks. Pretty good deal if you're looking to feed a huge group of people! If you look at the pictures on the Yelp page, that's exactly the way our pizza looked and it was delicious. The crust was fluffy, the sauce was tasty and generous. My husband and I order from Red Maple often as we live close by and their pizza is delicious. This past weekend we ordered from them online, via the Slice app. (which we have done a few times now). We ordered the #2 special and an order of French fries (our usual). When our order was delivered, we were missing our fries. The lady who delivered said it did not show on her order; however, it showed on the Slice app. I called the store and spoke to a gentleman (didn't get his name). He also said it did not show on his end, but he would send the fries our way regardless. Shortly after, the French fries were delivered. I had to leave a review because not all businesses would do this. It's costly to deliver twice to our home in this case, but he agreed to make it right for us, which we truly appreciated. Customer service seems to be a foreign concept for a lot of businesses these days, but Red Maple went above and beyond for us. Their food never disappoints and customer service is top notch. First time here at Red Maple after seeing so many great reviews. Honestly great pizza, friendly mom and pop staff very friendly. As for the pizza it was loaded with toppings and sauce. The only complaint I would say is the ranch ain't as good almost like a store bought ranch but decent and that the bottom of the pizza crust wasn't as crispy to our liking but the top was cooked perfectly. Great tasting pizza and great pricing considering the portions you receive. We definitely will be back to try more pizzas and their wings! read more
