I always come here for a shellac mani and a pedi however this time it was not a great experience. The owner or whoever he is was really rude, and this place isn't cheap. Not good! Went in for mani/pedi. Was told toes and nails have to be the same and when I tried to discuss it I was ignored. I could have painted my own toe nails and slapped on a tiny bit of lotion. No clauses removed, no dead skin and toe nails not trimmed after I asked to have them evened out. Nails, OMG. Dipped them 5 times, 2 times is all that is needed. Then attempted to grind off the excess, with no success. The girl is then told to do something (no english) that sounded very aggressive. Then the girl proceeded to come back and watch the new lady just put polish on, both laughing hysterically the entire time. Nails are horrible shaped and so ridiculously thick. Looks like a kid did my nails for me. Not that this mattered to me at that point, you can't tip with a card. You have to use the ATM they have in their lobby for a $3.50 fee to tip them! $95 was way more than they earned at that point anyways read more

My mom, friend, and I all got pedicures here today (in town from San Francisco). The experience was very good, nothing spectacular or extra luxurious, but good. Everything was clean and nice. The pedicurist was friendly and gave me a really great calf massage. He also did a good job on my toe polish. The price was also good, at $20 for a pedicure. This was my first time here and they set me up with James (who seemed to be inexperienced) He did a horrible job cleaning my cuticles and kept trying to up-sell me to get net-gen, gels or to add "extras" to my pedicure. I've spent the last couple of days using my cuticle nipper and the polish is already chipped. He did a good job cleaning the polish, but that's about the best I can say. read more

HAd a horrible experience there for the second times. I scheduled an appointment for one pm after explaining the person on the phone i will be in a rush. At 1 pm when i got there they said 15 minutes. I asked if i can step out and confirmed that in 15 min they will definitely have someone ready... You can tell where the story is going.. i got seated at 1:28 and have asked them to help match the nail colors of my feet and hands (was getting the shillack on my hands) after the colors were on i can see how different the color change was. had to leave it that way. and when i asked for a discount i was not provided with one. Jenny is super nice, gentle and a perfectionist nail tech. I made an appointment only because I heard she is there. This is a beautiful and well equipped place with the very best pedicure chairs. Price is competitive with local nail salons. Only thing to keep in mind: polish changes and simple manicure appointments are not taken on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. The very next day, I woke up akth a severely inflamed and swollen finger.... needless to say I ended up with an infection from this salon.
