Excellent breakfast/brunch experience! Real coffee drinks! Lattes, espressos, etc. My vanilla latte was on point. Each entree was perfectly cooked and presented with care. Huevos Rancheros was just the right size. My over-east eggs were spot on, covering crisply baked tortillas accompanied by diced potatoes also cooked to perfection. Avocado was ripe and fanned out beautifully. Our two commuter breakfast sandwiches were delicious and BIG! The commuter sandwiches had freshly baked torta bread, light and airy. The bacon slices were generous and meaty. The ricotta lemon pancakes tasted fresh and lemony. Texture was light and fluffy. Our server Angelika could not have been better. Attentive, helpful and friendly. We've bookmarked this place to return next time in Midland/Odessa.

Visited here to celebrate Friendsgiving for a party of 4 guests. Always easy to make a reservation and the food is always so delicious. We dined upstairs and the ambiance is always on point. Our server was so polite and made sure we were taken care of. Always a good dining experience when I visit Red Oak Kitchen. Will be back soon.

Is a mirror image of Cork & Pig (located next door). Same food, but has better brunch selection.

About 3 years…read more Had to take someone to the Midland Airport, from the Pecos area, so I stopped here for lunch on my way back. Arrived a little before noon. Got greeted and sat right away. Maybe had to wait, at the most, 2 minutes, before the server addressed me. She was friendly. I got an unsweet tea and an order of chips and salsa. The chips are supposed to be warm, unfortunately these were not. And they were covered in oil/grease. Perhaps they tried to fry them and the oil wasnt hot enough? I asked for a replacement, and while there was less oil, they were still cold. The salsa was warmer than the chips. I think TP has some of the best chips, but not this time around. For my main meal I got the Philly Cheesesteak. This isnt your typical Philly style, as it comes with an italian seasoning. The sandwich, and the fries, came out hot. The roll was nice and soft, and the sandwich maintained it's heat throughout. I havent had a cheesesteak from TP in a few years. And this one did not disappoint. It's a good size and they didnt skimp on the filling. The last time I was here, which was for an evening service, was almost a disaster. The service was terrible. But this time around made up for that experience.

Great spot for lunch. Get there around 11-11:30 not busy yet no wait. Im always by myself so I sit…read moreat the bar. Quick attentive staff, place is always clean! Food is great I enjoy their salads. Can't beat the value in this town. I'll definitely be back
