Kudos to Red Pepper Pizza in Duvall. ordered my fav pizza, was given 55 min time frame (my experience is they always deliver earlier than expected) an hour after expected time, no pizza so I called to check status of order. jack helped me, told me their log showed it had been delivered, but driver had ret'd, logged out and gone home so he couldn't ask him about it; suggested maybe it was left on porch...(I'd benn sewing in front of window 2 ft from porch & had seen or heard nothing) I checked porch & there it was!! I was happy it was there..Jack said "I'm sure it's cold by now, let me see how I can help you" and he refunded the price of my pizza...(I wouldn't have asked for a refund as I was holding my pizza) I would like to say thank you!! Updating my review as we frequent this place as busy working parents. Everytime we order a paid pizza it's usually great, crispy crust, and done perfect. Now whenever we redeem our FREE pizza, (ordering over 10 pizzas) it's always terrible. Please educate your staff that just because the pizza is being redeemed as free, doesn't mean it shouldn't be done properly. Great tasting pizza with lots of pizzas to choose from plus build your own. Many free additional toppings too. You can split one pizza up by specifying what you want on the whole, the left side or the right side. Here's where things went wrong. I've ordered the same pizza many times with no errors. I ordered meat on the whole pizza, but no cheese on one side and artichoke hearts on the same side. The restaurant did not put any meat on the no cheese side but did for the rest of the pizza. Since I'd ordered the same pizza many times I didn't bother checking it when I picked it up. Needless to say we were very disappointed when we got home. read more

We've ordered take out from here a few times and are happy with their service and food! The pizzas are fresh and ready within 20 minutes of ordering. Loved the sweet and spicy wings as well. The service is really bad. When I came in the guy at the cashier was on the phone, and I was like ok I'll just wait for him to finish, but when he did he went into the kitchen and took forever, so then I got tired of waiting and went to sit down and wait, and then I heard a baby crying in the kitchen but it was just him and his friends joking around and laughing, then they were being very loud and laughing and talking, they acted like I wasn't there when they very clearly saw me. So I got tired and left without any pizza, and they had the audacity to say "have a nice day" after they just had the worst service, I hate this place never come. read more

They really know how to cook pizza. Yaay because gluten free can get very crusty or hard to say so. But this one was very tasty. Regulars like cheese and the one with pineapple are so good that we have one every other week at least. They offer a very fast and friendly delivery. I looked at the Red Pepper website and found the "deal" in the attached photo. I was asked which two pizzas I wanted, to which I replied 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese. The "deal" which I specified I was ordering when I called, was $48 when I picked it up. So, unless Pepperoni is considered a "premium topping" this place continues to take advantage of the community with false marketing and pull-the-wool-over-your-eyes deceptive pricing. This is my kid's favorite pizza place in all of Woodinville/duvall area. My mom even comes up from Puyallup requesting it. We always get the garlic chicken, and it's always amazing. The crust is perfectly chewy and fluffy, and surprisingly reheats really well in the microwave. We've had the Supreme and the BBQ chicken, both good, but their garlic white sauce is the best in the business. Prices are standard for pizzas these days, and they do deliver to duvall and east Woodinville of you're on WD rd. Tip: If you order 2 pizzas, get their combo deals as you're pretty much getting the pop and breadstocks (or cinnasticks) for free. Their large pizzas feed about 2 adults or 3 kids. read more

There are a few times in life when a meal is perfectly crafted, genius. This is not one of those times. Basically, Red Pepper Pizzeria is mediocre pizza. As another reviewer wrote here: "it's edible" and if you have absolutely no other option and you want pizza then yes, this place will scratch your itch. But I would much rather spend my hard earned money on tasty food, which this is not. For me, the bar is set by Zeeks Pizza. Zeeks is tasty, generous toppings and consistently good customer service. I would suggest to owner of Red Pepper Pizza to completely overhaul their menu top to bottom. For instance, why is it that when we order breadsticks they are drenched in a quart of oil. Like WTF? Seriously my family looked at that and was like that's gross. We didn't touch it. Then there's the dough. As another person said here "it's slightly better than Dominos" which isn't saying much. Please invest time and money on a new pizza dough. Yours needs to change. Experiment. Research better dough mixes. And finally, use better ingredients. When I bite in a Zeeks pizza slice my mouth goes "wow". You can feel how fresh the tomatoes are. You can feel how fresh the ham or mushrooms are. Red Pepper? Not so much. I am sad about this but I think I'm going to mark this small, family-owned pizzeria off my list of GOTO places. The last two times I've ordered from them have just been a tragedy. First, I ordered for pickup on their really strange online service. Apparently, there was a second submit button. So, waiting 45 minutes to find out they had no record of my order. Tonight, I ordered pizza delivery over two hours ago. 30 minutes ago, they were "waiting for their driver". I literally live less than 3 minutes away. I called back, 15 minutes later to cancel. They said - but he's on his way now. Here it is, now a total of two+ hours and still no pizza. Not staffed well enough. Not attentive. And now, I feel, dishonest. Really horrible experience when I called with an issue: I just spoke to Mary (which I don't think was her name) at the Duvall location and she was extremely rude. I ordered half Hawaiian/pepperoni and somehow it went through with no pineapple or ham. Anyway, her response of "not my fault" with an attitude was a horrible customer service experience. I wouldn't have ever order Hawaiian when I meant cheese. Why didn't they call to clarify? Morale of the story - if that's how I'm treated when I call I won't be ordering from you again. I'm not out to try to get free pizza here and won't be a patron of any place when talked to that way. There are many variety of pizza combinations on the menu, surprisingly my favorite was Red Wolf Special with spicy BBQ sauce. I was watching a young man fold pizza boxes. After he unbundled them from the plastic wrapper he stood the boxes up on their end and leaned them against a table. I looked at the floor and it was kind of disgusting and noticed the edges of the boxes are sitting on the floor. The same edges that get folded into the box that the pizza goes into.
