I hadn't been in a long time, and based on prior good experiences I went back. But this time wasn't good. I asked to make sure my nails weren't squared and ended up with square nails even though I told them several times what I wanted. So frustrating. Plus the owner kept getting up during my service to answer the phone and greet guests and serve people food and drink. I had informed them I had limited time which they said they could accommodate me, and it still took two hours. My peaceful time turned very stressful. They are not the least expensive in town and I expected much more. I hope they were just having a bad day, but I think I'll not go back. read more

I came in early Saturday morning. It was quite busy. But they totally took me right away for a full set. Nothing fancy just French tip. I got Tina as my nail lady. She was super nice. Super professional. And I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg. The place is super cute and clean. I totally had a great experience. I will prob make this my shop. Absolutely terrible experience. I made an appointment ahead of time because we wanted to go the day before Mother's Day and figured it would be busy. I don't get my nails done that often and scheduled this to share some time getting pampered with my 5 year old daughter for Mother's Day. Our appointment was for 1pm. By 2pm no one had helped us so we left. We saw multiple people come in (some saying they had appointments and some not) who were helped before us. I truly think they were helping other people just because they didn't want to help my 5 year old and could make more money on other people. I felt extremely disrespected and when I said something to the guy coordinating (owner?) he didn't even look up from what he was doing and muttered a pitiful and quiet "sorry" and nothing more. I get that you're busy, but why take appointments if you don't even acknowledge them? My daughter was so incredibly disappointed and I was fuming at the apparent disrespect. Great service and super friendly staff! They really take their time during your service. Few cons are they seem to not be able to keep up when it's busy or they have short staff. When they take you in they will have you pick out a color and they will start the tub for your pedicure and it was 30 minutes until someone was able to start my pedicure. Also they charge $15 extra for gel pedicure. That seems hefty just to add gel. So for a regular gel Mani/ pedi I paid $95.00.m, not including tip. The vibe is nice and relaxing and they give you a snack and a water. read more

Walked in for a basic gel manicure and regular pedicure. The girl doing the manicure seemed newer. I picked a very light pink and the manicure lasted 2 weeks. Not terrible. But it was very thick and lumpy looking. The pedicure has been looking great. The girl doing it seemed rushed and hurt me twice while doing it. I do not think I will return. The price tag on both was over $90 so based on the outcome of the product it just wasn't worth it in my belief. Gel manicures usually last me at least about 3 weeks. Would not go back here. I got my gel X nails done here 4-5 times and the first 3 times they did a decent job. The 4th time I had two nails pop off 4 days after I got them done. It didn't even hurt when they came off, it felt like a stick on nail coming off. I went back and told them. They rid did them and I paid FULL PRICE for a new set, 2 days later 1 more nails popped off and I went back and they fixed that one nail.Two days after that TWO MORE NAILS CAME OFF! I called them and they told me I needed to come back in and wouldn't refund me for even one of those sets. I had to go get them down elsewhere as I was out of town. Within 1.5 weeks I had spent 3.5 hours in a nail salon and $150 to this shitty nail salon and another $50 to get them redone correctly. I was very nice and gave them every opportunity to make this right but they couldn't care less. I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more
