    Red Phoenix Nail spa is really a spa! The shop has really nice decor really chic and elegant! Everything is super clean. They offer extended services, they have a great selection of nail colors. My favorite is the Deluxe pedicure. The deluxe pedi comes with an alcoholic or non alcoholic drink. You can also order a drink from Mochihut which is next door. all the girls are very sweet and very personable! They also have a private room for you to book private small parties! I highly recommend this nail shop you will walk out feeling like a million bucks!

    They have a lot of people working, for the price point I personally don't think I'll be coming back, I got medium almond nails with French it was 78.09 paying with card cause they charge extra for card. Not the worst but not the best there is not apex very flat, shape and French are very nice. My mistake was not asking for price before hand. But I had read the reviews about being expensive and that should have been a read flag. For almost 80 I should have just gone to a private nail tech. I came in with my cuticles already cleaned up fyi shape I like and French but they are super flat no apex, for professional nail salon why do customers have to to tell the professionals to add a apex ? Called to see if they can make it right they said I should have said something right then and there I explained I had an appointment to get to and didn't have time to tell them to fix them. So I definitely won't be coming back or recommend giving your money to this establishment. Tried to tell me apex is for looks not necessarily needed in nail structure.

    Horrible French tip

    Took my daughter to get a manicure French tip on her own nails they did a horrible job nail polish bubbled french tip did not look good at all and beside that price was high. Called the next day and they said to come in to get them fixed . went back the next day and wanted to charge me $40 to redo nails with a different tech . That is in sane when I just payed to get them done yesterday.

    I am sad to say service was decent, but when I was ready to pay, the bill did not add up I asked for an itemized statement they gave me the prices, and when I got home, I saw that my card was overcharged the young lady who did my nails did a decent job but no lotion or oil massage for the manicure that usually comes with it I had to ask and she basically patted my hand with lotion. when I asked about the oil she said "she ran out", guessing she couldnt ask a coworker or owner? No basic massage with manicure? I will not be going back.

    Prices are high, card payments have a 3.00 fee. Poor quality of services for the price.

    My girlfriend got her nails curated and polished and everything came out stunning. The front desk was helpful and nice. 100% will come again

    I have been a longtime European Wax Center customer and previously purchased my wax passes through…read morea Downtown Los Angeles location. After moving to San Bernardino, I used my remaining services at the Renaissance Marketplace location in Rialto. When my wax pass ended, I was offered a new promotional wax pass. Due to unexpected expenses from my move and family wedding events, I decided I could not financially commit to the program and canceled it within the timeframe I was instructed to follow. Despite canceling within the required period and receiving confirmation by text that the membership would be canceled, I was charged again the following month. I contacted the location multiple times and was repeatedly told that a manager would contact me. Unfortunately, I never received a call or follow-up. Because the issue remained unresolved and the charges continued, I ultimately had to dispute the charges through my bank. Several months later, after my financial situation improved, I scheduled a waxing appointment online. My appointment was confirmed without issue. On the day of the appointment, I arrived early and asked whether there was any availability before my scheduled time. After reviewing my account, the receptionist informed me that the location could not service me because there was a hold on my account due to the previous dispute. I was then told I would need to pay both a cancellation fee and a dispute fee before receiving services. When I explained that I had canceled my wax pass within the required timeframe, the receptionist reviewed the account and acknowledged that I had, in fact, canceled correctly. She agreed the cancellation fee should not apply but stated that a dispute fee remained and that only a manager could address it. Once again, I was told a manager would contact me. Once again, I never received a call. My frustration is not with the estheticians, the cleanliness of the facility, or the front desk staff, who were courteous throughout the interaction. My concern is with the lack of communication, lack of follow-through, and apparent disconnect between customer service, corporate systems, and the individual franchise location. What disappointed me most was that my appointment was allowed to be booked and confirmed despite the account hold. No one contacted me beforehand to explain there was an issue. Had I arrived at my scheduled appointment time instead of early, I would have wasted even more of my day only to be turned away. I understand businesses have policies regarding disputes. However, when a customer follows the cancellation guidelines, receives confirmation that a membership is canceled, is charged anyway, and cannot get a manager to return multiple requests for contact, it creates a very poor customer experience. European Wax Center offers a great service, but the wax pass cancellation process, communication between corporate and franchise locations, and customer issue resolution process need significant improvement. Unfortunately, this experience has left such a bad impression that I will likely seek services elsewhere in the future.
