Let's start off with i called before going and told them what i want they told me 50$ got their the service was ok everybody is different it was nice looking other then that i got a BASIC DRY PEDI with only acrylic on the toe it came out so chunky and ugly they ended up charging me 65$. Almost 3 weeks later i start having issues my toe starts to hurt so bad i look closely n see a thick piece of skin under the acrylic and it it's a blister ends up popping and the acrylic was lifting already ends up coming off and my nail is half way off you can see thru my nail and the insides of my nail i never had this problem only with this salon so right now im stuck with a open toe very disgusting & disappointed ASF. Came in to have a dip and pedicure , paid 130 and when I got home I notice my gel was peeling off of my hands and feet. Went back and let them know. I asked if they could just remove the product as it was coming off and I had just had them done. I asked if they could refund me the difference. I didn't mind pay for the manicure or the pedicure but I didn't feel it was fair that I was still being charged . I did not raise my voice nor did I blame the people who did my nails as it was product issue. They refunded me and I walked out but left my key on the counter so I went back in and when I walked in the employee who didn't even help me was bad mouthing me to the customer. She stated that I had a bad attitude and that was not the case I never once yelled ,cuss or disrespected anyone there. I guess the owner Kelly is ok with hiring people that are unprofessional like this . She is a shorter light completed girl who sat there the whole time bad mouthing the shop to every customer she was helping yet she wasn't any better than what she was complaining. Kelly you should really speak to both her and the young lady who runs the front desk. The moment you left all she did was sit on her phone. I'm sure you can run the footage of your camera! The lady who's the manager does not know how to run business. Overbooked close to 6 people! Which they walked out after waiting with no service. Had an appointment at 12:30 pm for pedi and acrylics, had to wait until 12:47 pm for service and even then waited an hour after pedi for acrylics just for them to say I would have to wait another 45 mins-1 hr or to go somewhere else... already have waited the first hour and booked since Friday! Ended up booking with Posh Nails last minute for today and they did a great job! Worth the drive to Riverside CA instead of Riverside Ave Rialto. The ladies who do the nails/pedis are great, they even apologized, not the manager who hid in the back, I think her name is Kelly. read more

I'm giving this place a 3 star because it can definitely improve. I do like that's its clean and the staff I've encountered are always very nice and they do a great job. However, they can definitely improve on prices. A basic gel pedicure is $50 +7 for French tip. You get a short little massage. It's makes it hard to go as often as you need. Also, the color options are not up to date. Their DND selection is very outdated. If you charge high prices then keep up with color trends and options for all brands. Their OPI selection is also outdated. If you take your own polish they charge you the same. Please just update your selections and give longer/more luxurious experience if you're charging that much. read more

I went yesterday for a pedicure and I do not recommend. The girl did not clean my toes at all nor scrub my foot. Literally just removed the polish and painted them. Also as they were closing I was one of the last ones there and they started talking about another client as soon as she left and I just believe that professionalism is such a big factor in a business and talking bad about a client in front of other clients is not okay. read more

Very unprofessional, and even after informing the girl of what they previously used for the exact SAME NAILS I previously gotten done at the SAME EXACT LOCATION she refused to listen to me or even acknowledge me and she cut my fingers so deep I had to use skin glue to stop the bleeding. She gave me the wrong nail width, size, and color! Literally sat there for almost 2 hours while getting ignored and just got cut multiple times and my nails were sideways. I asked for a removal and they still wanted to charge me $17! First the woman said it's $60 because I gave you a discount, a discount for wasting my time and literally sitting there while she just cut my fingers and gave me NOTHING that I requested and then she ended up charging me a total of $78.50 and I just paid due to the lack of patience I had left. I did not get the service I was forced to pay for and I just felt humiliated. Update: I decide to call and now they want me to go in for a removal, but what about the amount of time and the 78.50 I paid !?!? Did I pay to sit there and let this woman cut my fingers and destroy my natural nails? Even if they redo my entire set (because they are hideous) my actual nails will hurt due to the amount of sanding she did on my real nails! I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK . My daughter and I stopped in for a pedicure today. We were greeted when we first walked in and advised the wait would be about 45 minutes. The girl at the desk offered to schedule us an appointment so we could do some shopping and come back. When we went back they were a little delayed, but they allowed us to sit in the pedicure chairs and enjoy a little massage while we waited. We enjoyed passing the time that way. The girls we had did a great job and our toes look and feel amazing. The salon was clean and everyone was very friendly. read more

Pedicure went great, was handled gently. Then went on to my manicure and the man who did my nails was rushing through it, it was quite scary how quickly and aggressively he was cutting my "cuticles" lol. And of course because of this disregard he cut my finger, and then said nothing about it. I feel as though that could all be avoided if they just didn't go ham on your fingers with that cutter. I had a great experience with the 2 men in here, i forgot to get their names, but they were so nice & patient. The only downfall is the prices, i paid $80 just for a full sent on my hands, they were short & french tip, now i get it french tip takes some time so I didn't complain but the acrylic they use is also different and seemed so bulky, my nails started lifting after a week, & the gel polish started chipping too, I don't mind paying that price if you're going to use the best quality material on me that'll actually last longer than a week. I went to the Red Pheonix Nail Spa today as they are a new nail salon in Rialto. I got a fill which was okay, however, when I went to pay my bill with my debit card (which was $55), I was told that in order to use my card it was an additional $3.50 fee. As I tried to use my debit card, I was told that they don't take Citibank. I was then directed to go to their atm machine inside their salon which also had fees. Basically, the moral of the story is, if you have a Citibank debit or credit card this establishment does not accept your card. read more

I gave this establishment four chances and I will never go back. The third time I went I got a very nice technician, but my manicure came out horrible. The paint was bubbling on several nails within just a few hours. I'm not sure if it was the paint or the fact that it seems that these technicians are in a rush to finish to take the next client. There seems to be no time spent on making sure the service is done with quality and care. I returned after my third visit to have the nails fixed and afterwards they were still bubbling and chipped within one day. I went back today to get a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The service again was terrible. I had an appointment and still had to wait over an hour. The male technician was rushed to finish, didn't include the massage in my pedicure. He continued to do my manicure not moving me to a table, even though my pedicure was finished. Which made the service awkward and uncomfortable. It seems that this establishment is only concerned with how many clients it can get in and not the service they're providing. Not to mention the prices do not meet the quality of the service. Front reception does not keep track of who arrives first or who's been sitting longer. It truly feels that it is directly toward me (a re-occurring customer) this is the 2nd time I had to wait longer than an hour and a half and takes in other guests before me when I have been waiting longest. This time arrived with my daughter and she was called back after waiting 45 minutes and she was basically done and I still hadn't been called back. The reception even asked for clarity on who sits down vs apts and walk ins and even the other colleagues said whoever has been waiting the longest. I heard all of this and even advised the receptionist that I was correct, she told me, "one minute please". This is the 2nd time this happens on a non busy time. This has ruined my entire experience with Red Phoenix Nail Shop. Not to mentioned that her and all the other girls were giggling and laughing behind the wall about it as if my daughter (who was still on the chair letting her nails dry) see. So I went to the Red Phoenix to make an appointment and I told the manager that I was looking for a new salon and if he could pair me with someone that was really good red flag #1 he said all of the technicians were very very good so I made a appointment for the following day I had also made a appointment for my mom she just needed a fill and I needed a full set gel are appointment were at 10 am the girl that did my nails was playing 21 the card game with 3 other techs well she was doing my nails she would stop and look at her cards and bet and then continue working on my nails and then stop again to look at her cards. red flag #2 I had told her that the last place I had gone to made my two hands looked like I ask for two different nail types and that some of my nails were thin on the right side of the nail and the left side of the same nail was thick she said that's terrible and she started working slower then she goes on to tell me that the reason she was having such a tough time with the gel because it was cold outside and that's why it was runny. Did she think I was stupid red flag #3 I ask for short coffin I know short coffin does not look as good as long coffin but I can't work with long coffins. She left my nails so sharp that I had to go back to her and tell her can you please file these down still sharp after I left, I had to come home and file them myself after paying $65 it's been a week all of my nails are loose and lifting. They hurt and some of the sides that she did were so thin that they chipped. My hair gets stuck underneath them when wash my hair I will not ever go back there it was a waste of money time. My moms just got a fill and they started at the same time I had to wait for her 10 minutes longer the shape was not here nor there and very thin 4 days after her first nail fell off 2 days more and 2 nails more fell off they charged her 55 dollars for a fill and it was ugly. The guy kept trying to fix the shape he did a horrible job. read more
