This was Sooo good! Everything went perfectly here. Drinks were delicious. Crispy potatoes were so flavorful,could be a meal on their own! Garlic bread cheese curds were awesome. I got salmon piccata. Again tasted do good with the lemon sauce. Waiter was good and attentive, and the space had nice mellow lighting snd good space between other tables
Finally was able to pop in and try the viral "Girl Dinner". It was the perfect portion for me and the perfect mix of pasta, salad and fries along with a hugo spritz we enjoyed it on the patio and had fab service from the staff. Would come back with more friends for a nice time. Parking available in the lot behind the restaurant and ample seating inside and out!
I have always loved going to Red Rabbit! They have the best happy hour (in my opinion). The parking is incredibly convenient and they have a wide range of options that are sure to please everyone!

Our server was phenomenal. She was attentive and speedy, during a very busy early evening. Can't wait to come back for the patio! There is parking in the back, but it fills quickly. Have a back up plan for street parking.

Came in to try the "Girl dinner" special for $20, available after 8pm Sun-Thur. It was an excellent deal! Includes Caesar salad, pasta, fries, and a spritz cocktail. All very tasty. My favorites were the spritz which was super refreshing and the tangy salad. Definitely worth checking out.

Also arguably the best gourmet cheese curds in the city??? It was the day before valentines and it was pretty packed by the time we were leaving, but pretty open for happy hour.

We had a lot of fun with their spritz menu and many of us ordered a different type of spritz from the menu. We were served very quickly and had lots of attentive staff who ensured we had everything we needed! I had the mostaccioli pasta and it was incredible. I tend to shy away from pastas with a white sauce but im so glad that I gave this a shot! The noodles are lathered in a goat cheese sauce and on top of the noodles, they have a delicious marinara blend. The dish was the perfect blend of rich and savory and the portions were perfect! The restaurant is open and spacious with lots of great natural lighting. I believe there is a parking lot but also plenty of street parking. I can't wait to come back and try more of their menu items!!

The food is always well prepared, but I do wish they would refresh or add to their vegetarian and vegan items. I rarely go there on my own or seek it out because I end up ordering the same thing every time. It's good, but I'd love to have a few more choices. I do think if you haven't been there, you really should check it out.

All of the wood tones add a nice backdrop to a the meal, and they had the holiday decorations in place. Our server was warm and friendly, and attentive at appropriate times. We tried some new (to us) items from the menu this time, rather than familiar favorites, and I'm glad we did! APPETIZER : Focaccia (3/5 I've had this before, and it's normally better. The edges were a little burned this time.) ENTREES: Butternut Squash Ravioli with added protein of Italian Sausage (5/5) and Lasagna (5/5) SIDE: Broccolini (3/5 I wanted to like this better...but it was hard and tough in texture, so undercooked I think) DESSERT: Sticky Toffee Cake (5/5)

I love red rabbit and highly recommend!! There pizzas, apps and pastas are overall amazing with my favorites being the Bianca pizza and crispy potato's. The spritz drinks are delicious and perfect for summer. The star of the show which I tell everyone to order 2 desserts are the sticky toffee cake and affogato. It'll make your night!! The Minneapolis location is nicer and bigger than Saint Paul but are great. The only app I don't recommend are the wings, they just aren't high quality chicken it seems and soggy sadly! I underestimated how busy Red Rabbit would be on a weeknight. Our party of 5 arrived without a reservation and was able to be seated in 30 minutes - WHEW! It was everyone's first time dining here and the service we received was hands down 100% A+++. Our server was beyond patient with the group's questions and prolonged spacing between drinks, appetizers, main entree and dessert. Our multiple drink orders were replenished throughout the evening and we never felt rushed (although I did feel quite bad that we occupied a booth for that long). If I could give all the yelp stars in the world for the service we received, our server deserved it. My overall sentiment about Red Rabbit is while I enjoyed the ambiance, I found the food overall to be very salt forward - almost to the point of excessive saltiness. The burrata appetizer (a refreshing palate opener) fortunately balanced out the meatball appetizer (salt bomb). The vodka rigatoni is rich as a standalone entree - I added shrimp as a protein - it was cooked to perfection and was definitely needed to balance out the heaviness of the dish. The cavatelli was extremely salty and surprisingly packed a spicy kick. We enjoyed the spice, not the sodium. It was hard to eat more than 3 bites because it was so salty. The salmon piccata was the one entree that seemed to escape the salt shaker. Dessert was a bright spot when our server recommended the zeppole. It reminded me of beignets but better because there's a nice layer of lemon curd on the bottom. I didn't expect this pairing but it was delightful and a nice way to end a salt heavy meal with sweet and sour accents. read more

When planning a date night, we always think of Red Rabbjt first! On a Friday night, it was lively on Grand Avenue. Our server was very helpful and fun, giving us entree suggestions. We started with the focaccia and marinara as an appetizer, YUM! Very fluffy and garlicky, so delicious. I went with the cacio e pepe and my fiancé went with the pesto, both of us adding grilled chicken. The chicken had great flavor and so did the pasta! It was enough for both of us to need to go boxes. Squeezed into a place at the bar and just enjoyed thawing (-29 feeling outside and due to lack of parking, had to walk a block and miss happy hour, life's a bitch at times:) Anyway, oysters were good but one had shells - they'll mention it to the whomever... Wine was good Sav blanc. I chose Cavatelli, mmmm the noodle not good sent back with a smile to try it with tagliatelle noodle, I'll see. Wow, I'm really a snob! Anyway, sip wine here, it was so worth the wait. Linguine was their option and it's a better pasta for this dish as it really was so yummy! One of our favorite places to go to dinner. We've been here several times and are never disappointed. The charcuterie board is amazing. They even put the nuts on the side for my wife as I'm allergic. The ginger spritz NA cocktail is one of the best NA I've had in a while. The bolognese is one of my favorite pasta dishes anywhere and my wife loved the pear salad. Finally the sticky toffee cake is one of the best desserts I've ever had at a restaurant. Just can't go wrong here. Love the space itself, both the inside and outside seating spaces are great. Red Rabbit never disappoints. We love the Minneapolis location, but the Summit Hill spot has become our go-to thanks to the calmer vibe, extra space, incredible service, and consistently amazing food. From the crispy potatoes (no pancetta) to the fluffy focaccia, fettuccine alfredo, and classic margherita pizza- every bite hits the mark. We've even found our favorite server, John, who makes each visit feel extra special. Great Italian themed food at Red Rabbit. We started with the calamari which was very delicious, perfectly deep fried and crispy. Our main meals were also very tasty, but a tad bit on the salty side, especially the linguine and clams, but our amazing and very attentive waiter did warn me that it was salty. The whole restaurant is very nice, it's a packed place every night, plenty of room for seating. We did have to wait for a table, but the bar was open and had plenty of seats available. I came in just six minutes after happy hour ended but honestly, it didn't even matter. Full price was absolutely worth it! I sat at the bar and my bartender, Sean (shoutout to Sean!), recommended the PB&J pizza (Pineapple, Bacon, and Jalapeño )and I added chicken. Wild combo, but trust me, it was incredible: sweet, salty, spicy, and perfectly balanced on that chewy, wood-fired crust. To drink, I had the Spritz on the Beach (tropical twist on an Aperol Spritz) and after that... the rest was history. Great vibes, friendly staff, and seriously delicious food and drinks. Stopped in on a Tuesday night to have dinner with a friend. It wasn't too busy so we got seated right away. The service was great, our server was attentive and so were the other staff helping either bring our food or run our cards. I picked this location over the north loop location because there was a designated parking lot and plenty of street parking. Our waiter was friendly and recommended darn near everything on the menu. In hindsight I left with regrets of not ordering the meatballs but I guess I'll just have to come back. Started off with the garlic cheese curds. Not bad, but were creamy (not squeaky like you'd expect) and were served with a delicious marinara dipping sauce. Caesar salad was "the best I've ever had" stated our server. It was good. I liked how it was not served with romaine but overall just ok. 7/10. Hubby ordered a pizza and enjoyed it. My chicken parm came out with the wrong noodles, I ate the chicken while we waited for a new side of noodles. Due to the delay they remade the entire dish and I was able to enjoy this meal again the next day. Things happen, I get it. And they did a great job at service recovery. Parking can be tight, we did find a spot but plan ahead. Bar area was busy and restaurant nearly full on a Sunday. Enjoyed our experience and will be back. read more

My friends and I went to Red Rabbit for Happy Hour to celebrate my friend's birthday. It was hot out so we got a table on the patio. We all got happy hour spritz and they were amazing. I ordered the Cavatelli pasta and it was a little salty. I also got to try the Focaccia and that was delicious! It was a nice place to hangout for happy hour. This is a catastrophic event - as traumatic as when Ricky got shot in the alley in the movie Boyz In The Hood Anywho....This place has a nice ambiance without being super spendy. First time coming and it didn't disappoint! It was very packed and after eating I honestly see why. Very good pasta that was filling, but didn't feel heavy. All of us got something different and everyone's food was fun to try and enjoy. Definitely recommend making a reservation prior because we did have to wait about 30ish minutes on a Friday I believe before we could be seated. I'll be back!! read more
