I normally have the Red Rock Burger, but opted for the Turkey BBQ Burger. It was surprisingly good. Great flavor and moist meat. The spiral cut fries were thick and crispy and the jalapeño jack on the burger was amazing. Being that it is a brewery, I was astonished that I was not asked if I was interested in a beer - especially since I was looking at the beer menu. I wasn't particularly feeling a beer on a Friday afternoon, but that questioning might have made me consider one. It didn't seem busy at all, but the waiter didn't stop by much, or ask how things were. Outside of that, this place is always a great experience, and the food is really good. We have been here a few times. All of them pretty good visit. Our last visit was horrible and was for a birthday, the manager was amazing though and invited us back to try it again. That was this visit. Deet was our server, and he was amazing!! He was so attentive without being annoying and hovering. He just knew. He always had our drinks filled. He didn't rush us. Just had everything spot on. I would definitely request to sit in his section next time. We started off with the brushetta, which was perfect! I ordered the Halibut and chips, My favorite item here. With the Onion rings (first time) delisious!! My husband got the Cuban sandwich and sweet potato fries. He couldn't eat more then two bites of the sandwich. He said it pickles and onions had a very different taste then a traditional Cuban. The amazing Deet noticed this and removed it from our bill. He seriously made evening. This is our new spot! We went here when they first opened and haven't been back till recently. It has something for everyone on the menu! The food comes out well prepared, always hot and quick. The only downer... their wait staff is short handed or not focused. I've never been once when I haven't had to ask for refills on drinks. No they're still every other table from covid. The plus side - the service was great and the appetizers or "bites" were yummy (the best part of the meal) and not $9-$10 which some places do and I kind of hate. Long story short, This review is strictly based off the service i JUST received. (I'm still on hold as we speak). I have been on hold a this place for 12 minutes now. I called earlier n the exact same thing happened n i hung up: thought I'd try again but for the same thing. We stopped by here on a whim and are so pleased with the choice. The service and food was excellent. We started the meal splitting the super food salad, it was fabulous! Greens topped with delicious beets, blueberries, creamy goat cheese, pistachios, and a great vinaigrette. The best plate we ordered was the sweet potato cannelloni, the waiter recommended that I add chicken which was good but really, unless you must have a protein, the dish stands on its own very well and is not missing a thing. I have been going to the Red Rock Brewery in downtown, so I'm able to differentiate some of the items on the menu. I was surprised their avocado toast has only one at this location at the mall. And the turkey burger seemed plain (the only two items I was able to compare). Both restaurants have delicious saladas and appetizers; their entrees are very good too. Even though this place wasn't as a good as the one in DT, I am giving it 5 starts because of the customer service. Dave (my server) was outstanding! We will come back to give it another try! This joint has a reputation for one of the best breweries in town. Tell ya what it does not disappoint! I finished w/ a 25 years (maybe an anniversary?not sure) Belgium style quad which was rich w/flavors of cherry jam and malty awesomeness. At 10 bucks it's such a steal! Besides the beer two things stood out... 1- The Food- even the Mozzarella still we're made in house. Been hearing about Red Rock for a while and been wanting to go. Felt a little rushed by the waiter so I just jumped and chose the cod fish and chips. They were good. I was able to compare the halibut to the cod and honestly was glad I got the cod! It was much more moist and delicious than the halibut. The batter was great, very flavorful perfectly crispy. The fries are good too, I like the spiral type of fries. Their tarter sauce was really tasty, was the perfect complement to the fish. I'll have to try other options, my only reason for doing four stars was the waiter was pretty abrasive. He was just a little pushy and kept coming back. He said the chicken schnitzel wasn't good so if you come I would stay away from that. You know it's bad when the wait staff says it isn't good. read more

Went in for brunch on a Sunday. There were plenty of empty tables however, it took some time to get seated as they figured out where to place us. Plenty of variety on the menu as they not only offer the full menu but a select few brunch type options. My hubby got the eggs in purgatory while I got the goat cheese salad. It was all delicious. The two things that we were the best for me were fried pickle chips and the spicy ranch they came with. I also enjoyed the bottle service of mimosas. We were able to control the ratios and enjoyed a peaceful, leisurely afternoon while enjoying our meal + beverages. Called early for a group of 12 was told to come half hour early. More than an hour later they sat us. The restaurant was nearly empty. The hostess and host were very rude and we're not worried what so ever about our wait or the potential $$ we were spending. The restaurant was not busy. If they knew they couldn't accommodate us I wish they told me when I called earlier. The food was not good, lettuce was yellow and old in salads. We just discovered this gem a few months ago. Now it is one of our favorite places to eat. The fish and chips are the best I've had. They're made with halibut and are not greasy at all. The sandwich was very good and cooked to the proper doneness. The onion rings were okay but not the best I've had. They didn't have much flavor. My wife had their Mac and Cheese and a house salad with a cream soda to drink. The mac and cheese was the best I've had at any restaurant. The cream soda is also house made and very tasty. They brew their own root beer and cream soda it's one of the fun things about this place however they had no root beer and the cream soda was flat and watered down. Not a good look for a brewery. A friend of ours that use to live in Utah recommended this place to us as we were visiting the area. It was a wonderful experience! The wait we were told would be about 50-55 minutes on a Friday night (19th) so we went and sat in the bar area and were greeted fairly quickly by a staff member who took our drink order and gave quality descriptions of the best choices of brews they offer! My husband had their Russian Stout which was excellent. I had a vodka tonic with a slice of lime that is "pre measured" & packed with ice in a small juice glass. It's not worth the price, you'd be better off with their beer selection(s) with a higher alcohol volume per ounce whether you go glass or bottle for the cost! Our wait time was only about 20-25 minutes and we were paged to be seated. Server was Mike ; fabulous, super professional and accommodating with our requests. Started with the chicken wings: sauced to perfection and really good. Got a dinner salad with their house made dressing which is a basil/ garlic vinaigrette. One of the best dressings we've EVER had!! They need to bottle this one up and sell it, you gotta give it a try! My husband had the Cuban sandwich which was amazing in flavor. I had the spaghetti & homemade sausage. It was average in taste & portion. The sausage was dry- don't recommended this dish. Our daughter ordered the mussels which was an appetizer, but a perfect course for her! Our server was very shocked & impressed with her menu choice! LOL She also ordered a side of the horseradish mashed potatoes; comfort food that " hit the spot"! "Saved the best for last"; they had our favorite-Creme Brûlée which the featured flavor that evening was Chi Tea ( an added bonus in my book). It was incredible!!
