Ever since they switched owners we have had multiple issues with our service.. we used to get water every other Monday and never had one issue. They switch our delivery day to Thursday but after not receiving it for several Thursdays in a row they switched it again to Friday. Which is fine or whatever I just think they could have talked to us about it instead of just not showing up on Thursday ever again? We had to email them to figure out what was going on. My biggest issue is that they never even came today!? We are out of water.... They are closed over the weekend.. They even sent us an reminder email that today was our day and not to forget to put our water out?? We've been dealing with this for months now. We have been understanding with the whole switching owners being a big transition and all but I think it's been several months and they still haven't worked out the kinks. Also.. has anyone else noticed the water tastes different then it did previously?? Maybe it's just me but. Hope they can get it together this is truly disappointing:( read more

So, update to the latest services I've received from Red Rock Water. Customer service has been very helpful and responsive to my request for information and assistance. Delivery has been great as well. Highly recommend, especially if you're comparing them to Alhambra who did not meet the needs of one little customer, and they didn't even care about losing a customer who had been with the company for a while. read more

Red Rock Spring Water...Refreshing and Tasty My husband and I moved here nearly a year ago after being in Mexico for six years. We are used to drinking bottled water because the faucet water in Mexico has a huge bacteria content...nobody uses the faucet water for cooking without boiling the heck out of it first. So, when we moved to Sparks, NV, we were all excited to be able to drink direct from the faucet. I'm sure the water is just fine, but we noticed a strange metallic taste to it. The customer service leaves much to be desired. I pay for a water delivery service at my place of employment. At least four times this year, I have either been skipped on my scheduled delivery or forgotten, not sure which. Instead of meeting me with solutions, I am either met with ambivalence or defensiveness. In my opinion, that is just unacceptable but appears to be the norm these days. I will be looking for water elsewhere. As a side note, this never happened under the previous ownership. read more

I used to drink smart water for few years but since I don't want to add more plastic to nature, started looking for local natural water and I found Red Rock based on their online reviews, before subscription I asked for yearly water analysis report and I compared it to best waters in marmet like Smart, Fiji..and surprisingly the important minerals which too much of it are not good for body like radon and etc... Red Rock Spring Water is an awesome company. I love that they are a local small business, every time I stop in there is always a familiar face. I have had service for two months now and they have taken care of all my requests. My water is always delivered on time, the price is reasonable for the rental of the water machine and their spring water is delicious! I think I drink more water now just because it is so clean and refreshing. I love that if I forget to put my bottles out for pickup and I run out of water that I can stop by the office and pick up what I need. This makes a world of difference. having been spoiled by life overseas, drinking spring water in France, Italy, Switzerland and Greece, I was not looking forward to having to deal with a service in Carson City for water. And if I am bad, my wife is much worse. Lugging around supermarket water was just expensive and wasteful. SO i thought I would call around and see if there were any solutions out there. Dan, who is fantastic, answered the phone, offered a no long term commitment taste of the product. OH MY GOD! The water is incredible. It can compete with the bigs and in my opinion destroy them. This company is awesome! We have had a great experience with Red Rock water from signing up to delivery. The water tastes amazing and crisp and fresh too!! We like to support the local water company as opposed to some giant brand...at least we know we are getting fresh spring water and supporting our own economy at the same time. I was so tired of my chlorine smelling/tasting TMWA tap water and so one night after filling the dog bowl and watching him walk over, sniff, and then walk off I decided I had to do something. I really, really love the water from Red Rock! And so do my cat & dog! Both the pets now do not walk over and then walk off. Ultimately I did it for them but I've found that now I'm even drinking more water. Everyone there at the shop & office has been so nice even after I had some issues with the cooler.
