There are plenty of stores along with a food court. There are some name brand stores and some stores not tied to name brands. There are deals regularly, especially around times like Black Friday and before and after any holiday. My wife really enjoys visiting the Outlets North Phoenix, and we'll plan in advance to spend a chunk of a day in the area visiting stores. I sometimes go in with her, and I sometimes take a book and read it outside while waiting for her. There are more than twenty shops at the Outlets North Phoenix. My wife's favorite is the Ann Taylor Factory Store. We also recently visited Under Armour and Rack Room Shoes. There is also a Coach Outlet, Gap Factory, Michael Kors Outlet, and so much more. The Outlets North Phoenix also has its own Cafes at Anthem Food Court, which includes Ruby's Express, Auntie Anne's, Charley's, Famous Wok, Fresca's Mexican Grill, Auto Boba, Pupetto's Gelato, and Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. There are other restaurants a short drive from the Outlets if more sit-down restaurants are desired. There are plenty of sales, discounts, and deals. Each day, different sales are listed on their website at https://www.northphoenixoutlets.com/sales. There are also military, senior, teacher, and student discounts (all published on their website). Be prepared to share IDs accordingly when taking advantage of the discounts. The teacher and student discounts range from 10 to 25% off depending on the store or restaurant. Each store has its own hours though the general hours at 10 AM to 8 PM daily except Sunday when it is open 10 AM to 7 PM. When I contacted the business, the owner acknowledged that the comment had been entered into their POS/back-office system and stated that it was intended as an internal note. What concerned me most was not only that this was written about a customer at all, but that it was apparently stored in a way that could become customer-visible. The owner's response also focused heavily on defending the employee interaction rather than fully addressing the professionalism of the note itself. I understand businesses get busy and stressful situations happen, especially around holidays. But I do not believe customers should be described this way in company systems or accidentally sent those comments in emails. A couple weeks ago I go back to have him give me an offer on a 1.10ct VS1 G color diamond in a platinum setting. Real mined diamond. And the cost to mount a single lab diamond in an earring setting. The moment I hand him the lab diamond... again with his unsolicited opinions... "I hope you don't pay anymore than about $175 to 200 for this... lab diamonds are sooo cheap blah blah blah" DUDE... I don't ask your opinion. I asked what you'd charge me to mount it. If you want unsolicited advice/opinions.... HES YOUR GUY!! PS his offer on that diamond set in platinum was $700. Interesting how you thought a 25 year old ring was a lab diamond (lab diamonds didn't exist 25 years ago) that you offered $700 for set in platinum but in the same visit you told me you rendered your opinion on what I should have paid for the lab diamond I had. Save it. My message remains the same. I went there twice thinking you went out of business and there was a new jeweler but you merely moved around the corner. (PS another jeweler offered 200% of what you offered.) Maybe if someone asks you "do you think this is fake?" Or "what should I pay for a lab diamond..." You answer them.
