When I contacted the business, the owner acknowledged that the comment had been entered into their POS/back-office system and stated that it was intended as an internal note. What concerned me most was not only that this was written about a customer at all, but that it was apparently stored in a way that could become customer-visible. The owner's response also focused heavily on defending the employee interaction rather than fully addressing the professionalism of the note itself. I understand businesses get busy and stressful situations happen, especially around holidays. But I do not believe customers should be described this way in company systems or accidentally sent those comments in emails. I am attaching screenshots so others can judge the situation for themselves.

Our reading was with Kristen. I believe she had 20+ years of experience and you can really tell that by the way she proceeded thru our individual readings. It seemed more like a private reading since we were the only 2 people there. For the aura reading, you basically just place your hands on this machine for a few seconds and then a color image of what is supposed to be your aura is displayed on the screen along with some statistical data. Kristen was right on point with her reading and interpretation as well as her guidance on behaviors and energies to welcome as well as ones to avoid. You can really tell she is super experienced with her gifts. I won't go into the specifics of my reading but I would say to come with an open mind and heart to receive the message your reader provides.
