Food was pretty good, service was excellent, but totally grossed out by all of the flies!

first off I called in a simple order of two pizzas for pickup. I told them what I wanted. First off the incompetent hostess said my name wrong. I get their to pick up my order they gave me one pizza and an order of meatloaf. I did not order meatloaf. The manager referred to me as hon. I am not your hon buddy. I have a name. Use it. The manager did take care of the mixup partially but I will not ever go back. They need to hire staff whom can do the job correctly and not talk down to patrons. Save your money and go elsewhere read more

Nice atmosphere, we waited 20 minutes to be seated on a Friday night, not bad. We ordered drinks and an appetizer. By the time our app was done we were out of drinks. The waiter did not come back, two other people delivered our food. they put it on the table and left before we could ask for a drink. My chicken pie tasted fine; however, it was barely Lukewarm. My wife enjoyed her chicken sandwich, my daughter found the fish tacos to be lacking any taste. The waiter finally came back to bring the bill, however he charged full price for a half price App. He did change the bill. We ate our entire meal and left without anything to drink including water for the entire main course and was never asked if we needed anything. On the way out there were 3 people at the hostess station talking and laughing, not one said thank you for coming or even acknowledged us leaving. I would say extreme lack of management skills and or employee training. I like reds in Peabody for breakfast, but it will be a while before we try Seabrook again. read more

We went on a Wednesday lunch. I understand it is new so being jam packed I get it. However we were greated and hastily seated at a dirty table not wiped (Covid) at least only 3 feet from the lady on the bench next to me. (Covid) Secondly I immediately noticed salt, peppers, sugar, syrup, and ketchup bottles were all placed on tables (Covid) and from what I observed not wiped between seatings. Our waitress was an older lady in fact I'd say every waitress was. She was pleasant but forgetful. She took our order wrote it down on a scrap of paper. The chicken tender we ordered sauce on side....about close to 10 mins. Later waitress comes back says she threw away slip that had our remainder of food items on it so we gave her the order a second time. Few mins later we're told cooks put sauce on tenders and those will take additional time to re cook and that manager will bring them out to us and we won't have to pay for them. Tenders came out with the rest of the food which is fine we didn't order them as an app anyhow. We gave the waitress our entire order all at once. Food was OK. I got chicken pot pie from a bag (I work in a restaurant and we get the exact same product) puff pastry was hard thin laid on top. Mashed potatoe was cold. Husband got pastrami sand. Lots of meat and we got a pepperoni pizza (buck cheaper than pot pie) which was small but good. Dessert was up at the hostess counter that lady was all over the place she sat 2 parties as I was standing there waiting for service apologized in between saying I'll be right there each time she sat someone. Tried my card a few times before realizing she hadn't rang in dessert....working out kinks I'd say but definitely no social distance going on... read more

I realize this restaurant just opened, however they need to up their game if they want to survive. Tried the Caesar chicken wrap for lunch. The chicken actually tasted undercooked and chewy and the dressing was bland with no flavor. (The fries were really good!) I'll give it another try in a few weeks but so far, I'm not impressed. read more

I just went out for a late lunch with a couple a my girlfriends and babies. First time I've ever written a review but service and food was horrible. We had an older lady that right from the start seemed annoyed to have us. Messed up our soups and took forever to come check on us to even realize we didn't get what we ordered. When the food came out it all was messed up had to ask for things we ordered - told us they were out of it..(wouldn't most servers tell you when you order it?) then 5 mins later came back with it? Never asked how things were. My friend didn't touch her food it was disgusting. The server didn't ask if we wanted to taken off. To took it away. When we got the bill we we charged for multiple things we didn't get. Never will I ever go there again. No managers even stopped by I'm beyond disappointed and disgusted. read more

We used to be regulars at Red's in Seabrook. Last night, May 7th, was our last visit. There was live music so we waited 30 minutes for a seat at the bar with several other couples. Since it is first come, first serve the 2 couples ahead of us took the first 2 pairs of seats. Then, to our disbelief, a new couple blew right past us and took the next pair of seats. Five minutes later another 2 guys walked in and went past us and started to make way to what might have been the next 2 seats. I walked up to one of the guys and explained that first come, first served had a line behind us. At first it was a nice conversation but after his buddy came to back him up he made the conversation hostile and offered to beat me up in the parking lot. The part that really disappointed me was the heated part of the conversation lasted about 3 to 5 minutes. This could not have been pleasant for the other patrons. My wife was standing at a distance and saw management and bar staff watching us. Yet, management did nothing to resolve the situation. I know many of the bar tenders. I am very disappointed they and management did nothing and let this get so out of control. In the future, all our business will go to safer establishments. read more

What a nice surprise! The wait at 645pm on a Saturday night was 30 minutes. We decided to hang in there for a table. Instead of standing around in everyone's way, we sat in the car. 25 minutes later we got the text for our table. The service was excellent The food was excellent. There were 5 of us and our menu choices were all over the board. Everyone was pleasantly surprised by the quality, portions and taste. One person got the turkey dinner. It was traditional, delicious and the real deal. The herbed stuffing was fabulous. Another ordered candied bacon. It came with a side of Nutella! He said it was decadent and to die for! The salad as entree is big. Dressing is basic. Overall, very good. We will return during the week. The tab was shockingly low. read more

saw the harvest salad on their menu- and it looked perfect expect for the goat cheese (which i dislike). luckily, the wait staff said they would make it for me without any cheese. my salad comes out 15 minutes later slathered in goats cheese. i was really disappointed, especially because they told me it would have no cheese on it. read more

The worst dining experience of 2021..if I could give it a "0" I would!! Service was ok and the food was TERRIBLE !! The dinner music was club music and way too much socializing amongst the staff!! read more

I'm a huge fan of the Red's in Peabody. Always great food. I was so excited to see we had one coming to Seabrook but the food is just not the same. First of all menu is limited and they don't have the most popular items as the other Red's. But most importantly it's good one day and you go back 3 days later it isn't the same, at all. If your going there just for drinks I'd say do it. But as far as the menu goes, I can't say I'd recommend. Prices just went up (like every other place) but quality went way down. I've been here prob 15 times since they opened. Used to be a fan. Not anymore. read more

Came here last night for my birthday dinner and it was wonderful. It's a little more expensive but the food is so good it's totally worth it. The service was great and again the food was absolutely delicious. What stood out to me was that everything came out hot so you could tell the food was freshly cooked and not sitting under the lights. Their french fries are so tasty they don't even need ketchup. I will definitely come here again. If you want a quality night out with good food you should definitely try this place. read more

Food was fine - had our drinks spilled all over me. Large 16oz lemonade and water. Waitress embarrassed - understandable - we were moved - necessary - everyone in the place saw what happened - assume the manager did as well - didn't ask to see the manager - guess I thought the other waitress who served us might have told the manager to come to the table - maybe I'm just too old to expect decent customer service today. So I sat through lunch with wet jeans and a wet shirt - we weren't "locals" so I couldn't go home and change. Been to the Peabody location and had a fabulous experience. read more

This place is awesome. Live music, great food, friendly staff. What more could you want? We got the buffalo tenders, lamb chops and Brussels sprouts for apps and they were all amazing. They also have homemade pizzas that are all really good. The decor is also really cool. HUGE bar. Highly recommend! read more

The new location is amazing. With an incredible combination of indoor/outdoor space, the dining options are endless. The menu is diverse and everything my family tried was delicious. With a lot of chains in the area, I would 100% recommend this spot for a more personal experience. read more

Worst breakfast and experience ever! It doesn't even deserve the one star. From the moment my husband and I walked in the older unfriendly hostess woman yelled there's NO LUNCH ONLY BREAKFAST. Ok what a way to welcome customers into the restaurant. We were seated and I ordered cinnamon french toast. My husband ordered a grilled cheese tomato bacon and a side of kielbasa. Our food came out and I thought where was the heck was the cinnamon on the french toast but that wasn't even the worst of it, my husband's first sandwich came out with egg on it then the kielbasa came out burnt and not at all edible. After telling the waitress about the mistake the second sandwich came out and wasn't even grilled it's like they just took the egg out and slapped two slices of cheese on it... c'mon really! The cooks here don't even know how to grill up a sandwich! After informing the waitress again about our dissatisfaction we asked to speak to a manager but I guess he was too busy to come over to our table for a table check! Although we've been supportive of restaurants during covid this restaurant will not be getting anymore of our $$ or support. I would have much rather gone to the Old Salt, The Railpenny or The Foundry for breakfast than this place. read more
