Chicken parmigiana and penne pasta lunch special

I have been trying the lunch specials which are delicious! Chicken marsala was very tender chicken, delicious sauce and loved the fresh rolls. Highly recommend their lunch specials. Chicken parmigiana lunch special is also wonderful

Can someone say Friday Pizza night!? Our now go to spot almost every-every Friday. We love pizza but can't take too much carbs. So, we ask for thin crust and the folks make it just right to accommodate for a good soft and crispy crust without compromising all the cheese and toppings. Our Red Star adults favorites; chicken parmigiana pizza and pizza primavera. Then of course for those hungry nights, the meat lovers pizza. To top it off for the kids, their favorite white pie made just right. Every time it's just right!

We were driving around, hunger kicked in, and this place happened to be less than a mile away. We stopped right outside of the restaurant and there was an elderly man walking to his car carrying a pizza so we asked how the pizza is. He replied, best in town. We called and ordered a large cheese pizza for the kids, Saporito for me, and husband got the Chicken Marsala. What a disappointment. I'm giving it 2 stars because the pizza wasn't too bad. I'm all for supporting small businesses, but if the service isn't there, you must know. I must say, I've never had such water down, tasteless pasta in my life. The Saporito, I believe, was about $15. Not worth it. I don't live near that area so I know for a fact I won't be going back there again. But we paid 40 something dollars for tasteless food and some mediocre pizza.

I was hungry one day and just decided to try it. I ordered two whole pizzas for the family and it was good. Hard, thin crust. Very cheesy. Good amount of pepperoni. I also ordered a sausage parm sandwich and that was good. Since this place is very close to me I will probably be going back. Small clean pizza spot but the area they are in, I'm surprised they get enough business to stay open. It's not in a heavy traffic area. They must do a lot of takeout

The first thing I noticed walking in was the mask situation; or rather, the lack thereof. The employees had no masks, and even though the tables were separated, I'd say that there wasn't really any REAL regard for the Coronavirus here. I'd say that 8 out of the next 10 people that came in didn't wear masks either. Not as big an issue for the Misses and I, as we both are vaccinated, but it is worth noting that Covid protocols don't hold much weight here. On to the food: the misses got a slice of sausage pizza, and I got an italian hoagie, with a side of fries on the side. The pizza was "meh," and the hoagie looked good, and tasted fresh, but it was literally a ham sandwich with provolone cheese. It was the kind of sandwich you'd make at home, except it was $8, and came with NOTHING. The fries, much like everything else here, were just ok. The slice, sammie, fries, 2 iced teas and a water ran us $21. The proprietors were nice enough, if in a very, "whatt'll-it-be, mack?" kind of way, and everything came out quick and with no fuss. I'm not MAD at my meal, but I'd have to be pretty hard pressed before I would make a return trip here.

Not great, not terrible, but smack in the middle at decent. I am not sure how this is considered the best pizza in the area. My wife and I came here for a quick dinner a while back. And I've come for a slice a few times. I've also gotten Too Good Too Go a few times. We tried a few different things, a few specialty slices, regular slices, garlic knots. All are hovering at average. All though, the knots are a bit better than I expected! Plain slice is ok, nothing really special, kinda bland, but edible! Same with pepperoni, bland but edible. All the other specialty slices fall into a similar category, meat lovers, chicken parm slice are all bland. I think I came here about 5x in total. Mostly now for 2good2go to save a few bucks. It's more worth it! 5.99 for 2 slices and 2 knots. Still not a "deal" being worth $15 but still better than purchasing normally. Decor inside is interesting, counter area is nice but the rest looks industrial behind the counter and the seating area feels like an after thought. Service is eh, every time I come here, it's like they don't care to serve customers. I don't expect to be greeted when I walk in, but if you are in the front acknowledge me when you get a chance, not stare anywhere but at me... All in all there are better slices, especially across the street.

Your prices are slowly creeping up on Uber Eats prices which makes me wonder why I would ever order from you ever again.
