Hours say until 7:00. Closed at 6:20 on a Monday. Son drove over there for a clean inside and outside of the car. Tried phone number and message is only in Spanish and I could not understand the message. I have the auto debit monthly deal, but may switch if they are now closing that early during the week. This car wash is nearby and my wife and I both signed up for the monthly package. We get unlimited $12 washes for $30 a month. First they personally wash your windows and back of your car. If you have sap or lots of insects on your car they'll spray those too. The wash is quick and uses chamois so it's safe for your paint. The dryers do an okay job, but I usually run a towel over my car when I get home. Great place! read more

Worst experience ever, I asked to shampoo my seats and carpet, they did not do so, and they was trying to convince me that they did, but the seats weren't even wet on a cold day.. and when I go to pick my truck up they refused to give me my key after I have paid for the detail, they said they was "closed" but they close at 7:00 and I was there at 6:30 I'm guessing the workers were just too lazy to go into the office and get my keys for no more than 5 second of their lives, but they was lounging smoking cigarettes outside.. and as for the "hand wax" my paint felt and looked worse then when I dropped it off.. read more

I've been going to Red Wave for almost a year and keep coming back. I love their free vacuums in the front of the wash to get all the dirt out of my car mats. I typically go for the $18 wash since it comes with a tire shine and hand dry. The employees are so friendly and do their best to make sure you're happy. We were visiting from Arizona and needed a wash after a long road trip! My dad suggested Red Wave and I'm so glad he did! Great prices and value!! I appreciate that they scrub the bugs off the car AND have free vacuums! Usually, it's one or the other. For newbies, I'd suggest taking a couple dollars for the tip jar. I'm pretty impressed with their cleaning job! The service is quick. However, it can be a bit confusing where to drive and what to do if you are a first time customer. The services menu is right before the carwash line, so quick decisions are to be made or else you hold the line up by asking a few questions. Other than that, the employees seem to know what they are doing and I trust them with cleaning my car well, inside and out. Also idk if this is recent or if it's included in all carwashes. However, if it rains within the next 48 hours, I am able to get a free carwash if I show them the barcode on a receipt they give me! Here's to hoping it will rain the next few days so I can have a free carwash for no reason!! XD read more

Buyer Beware! Took my car to this car wash on Coit Rd in Plano, TX. Paid extra for minor detailing. They damaged the carpet inside my car, disintegrated the carpet in 2 spots on the back side of the back seats, the seats were laying down when I arrived, the technician had moved the seats to the upright position when I picked up the car. I noticed the damage when I arrived home and lay the seats back down. There are 2 spots on the black carpet that are noticeable white ashy spots, the black carpet is completely burned or melted all the way to the carpet backing. I have a theory about how this happened, I saw the technician lay a tool in the back seat of my car that I believe caused the issue. When I returned to the car wash to try and speak with the asst mgr about it, he brushed me off claiming it's not possible that they caused it. We finally spoke with a mgr almost a week later, he was defiant, refused to even look at our car. If it was an accident, fess up, but they claimed no responsibility at all. Disappointed in this car wash, will not return. read more

This car wash provides free vacuuming which is a plus in my book! Everywhere else charges $5-7 dollars for a sub-par job.

Decided to try this place again because it's close to my house and a tree in my yard vomited all over my car. The line was so long I could not see the price board. I asked for the cheap drive-through wash and was told it would not clean my car or be guaranteed. The guy said I had to get the $20 wash. I asked what options were between the $20 wash and a six dollar wash and he said, "Only the $18." Since I still couldn't see the board, I said Ok. Once in viewing range I saw that $18 is the most expensive drive through wash and there were four other options, two that could have worked for me. He lied. I didn't want to deal with it so I just let the wash happen. And now I'm home AND THERE ARE STILL TREE VOMIT DROPS ON MY CAR. I was lied to AND got a bad wash. My bad for giving them another chance. I like going to this car wash because they're right next to my vet and my cat is on prescription food (yay) - anyhow, they've usually been pretty good - but I feel like maybe there's new owners or something? Today I needed bug guts off my car - so they recommended I pay the $3 extra for bug spray - which I did and I also paid for a $15 wash - second from the top of the line, so not the cheap wash ... anyhow, the bugs didn't come off the first wash, so I went back through and showed them - they sent me back through for free, but with the cheap wash that doesn't have the spot free rinse - so now there's still bug guts all over my windshield and water spots all over my car ... I gave them the opportunity to fix it and I get that some bug guts are harder to get off than others, but then don't advertise special bug gut spray and charge extra for it if it's not going to actually get the job done - and when I ask for a fix when I didn't get what I paid for, don't then give me a cheap wash which undoes all the wax and everything from the prior wash???? $150 for a full detail / handwash. A little expensive in my book, but then again, I'm cheap. ;-) I shopped around and pretty much everybody was comparable, but most didn't include a handwash..... really? How do you handwax after running a car through a carwash..... So, I came here. TV, WiFi, and the bathroom was actually clean. Benches outside.... wish they had a table. Was going to eat lunch & watch a movie while I worked a little outside and enjoyed this beautiful day. Not at all a detractor..... definitely a first world problem. Someone at the airport had decided to exchange some white paint on my Havana Brown car, and after he washed it I went to see if it had come off. He offered to buff it, and did. Most of it came off, so it was better..... but the fact that he took the extra time to do was a plus. Also, about an hour before I went, as I was approaching a turn to get on the road where he is, someone decided to cut me off, slam on his brakes, and then veer back into the other lane. This put about 31.5OZ of tea on the floor and some salsa and chips. He said he would take some extra time to get it during the shampoo, and at the end said it was pretty wet, but if it felt sticky or like they didn't get it all....to let him know and he would shampoo it again and get anything left behind tomorrow. Car looks as good as it did new..... except the airport paint exchanger, and the minor leather indents in the sear from my own carelessness.. i asked a few people in the waiting room if the place was good, and they all told me the same thing. It used to be, but now its new owners and thd proces had changed.....so thwy didnt know. This was like their first time too. Alll in all, the customer service was great, the people were friendly enough, and the car looks great. I'll reassess after it fully dries, and I see if there's streaks at night or in the early morning. I'll be back if it still seems as good as feels right now. read more

Recently bought a pre-owned car for my son and tried to find a right place to get window tinted. I googled and found this company as professional with decent price. I checked temperature inside of the car after got tinted. Wow! It is a day and night difference. So I decided to get wind shied protection(coating) as well because weather situation was terrible these days. Wow again! It was fun to see that rain on the wind shield was just going away while I was driving when it rained cats and dogs! I love this place! Sometimes the line is long, I see that as good, and it moves quickly. Always a great wash and the vacuums are free to use. Staff is ALWAYS kind and friendly. Completely destroyed my car after leaving the car wash my tires immediately blew and was stuck right across the street from this place in the middle of the road. It was not my fault, and it was not my car's fault. I drive a Mercedes Benz, which is a big deal when they rip your valve stem off your vehicle. They drove across the street to check it out because I wanted them to pay for the insurance to get it towed away. They told me, no but in that very same sentence admitted that it was their fault. If you love your car, do not come here because it will destroy and scrape and rip your valve stem off to the point where you're stuck in the middle of the road blocking traffic and need a police escort for a tow truck. read more

Got my car washed today through the express car was. I got charged $15 and last time I got my car washed it was $9 and I didn't ask for anything extra just a quick wash and I left, not even having someone dry my car with a towel. They charged $3 on lava air and don't know what that is. Other than that good service. I'm giving it three stars because of the price they made me pay. But I don't think I'll go back if they charge more than $10 on a simple car wash when I can go somewhere else for like $6. read more

I have been a member of this car wash establishment for almost 2 years now. Quick and convenient to quickly get a car wash anytime already paid. One major side note that they don't open on time. Anytime I need to get my car washed in the morning on my way into the office, they are not open at 7:30 like they're supposed to. read more

The worst carwash in Plano I've used. Overpriced car wash with very low quality and speed. After full wash (outside and inside) was done I had to wipe my car again to remove water and dirty spots. I got a regular exterior wash for $5.99, and was pleased to see my previously filthy rims almost perfectly clean after this wash. I didn't get any special treatments or anything extra. Business is also clean with plenty of area to sit either outside or inside with cool air and TV while your vehicle is being detailed. I have been a monthly customer at Redwave for 10 years. After my experience today I will NEVER go back to that business again. I paid $45 to have my car cleaned. After waiting for 25 minutes, they indicated my car was ready. As I approached my car I noticed there was dirt, grease, debris, and marks still on my car. I pointed it out and Oscar, the manager, came over to talk to me. He indicated I needed to spend $200 to have my car properly cleaned. He asked me in an insulting manner when was the last time I had my car waxed. I told him that the car was not properly cleaned and wiped off, and he continued to tell me I needed to spend a lot more money for that. I came home and my family asked why the car was dirty after the car wash. Oscar had an elitist attitude, and there was ZERO attempt at providing adequate customer service. I love this car wash, it is fast, clean and does a great job at cleaning my truck. I have the monthly pass which works out perfectly for me. My only concern is that I can not get a copy of my monthly bill for my expense report. Every month, I must call and email several times to get a copy. Can your company setup a website whereby a monthly pass owner can just logon and print their own monthly receipt?
