He went above and beyond to take care of her. He saw she had difficulty getting out of the chair and got her a cushion to make it easier for her to get up. He suggested shoes, got her peds since she doesn't wear socks, put them on her scary feet. He went above and beyond to help her. Although she didn't find any shoes I wouldn't hesitate to go back there again if Jason was there to help. Footprints is lucky to have an employee like him! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

He even cleaned up the boots with a little polish free of charge to finish the look. The repair was also extremely affordable. I try to talk with the manager to ask if they could at all even until opening tomorrow and just kept coldly saying no. They told me I can come tomorrow and just buy it again as if it was so obvious. I explained how I don't know what the item was. My mother bought it and returned it and I never saw her try it on. So they said I could have it "described" to me so I could find it after. I ended up having to ask someone to drive me back out just for these pants because I wanted to do something kind for my mom. So from a business perspective 10/10 upholding a policy. As a person trying to do a nice thing where it result in a purchase and communicating with a business 4/10. Tact from manager and delivery of words chosen 1/10. It was such an amazing experience to use the mobile showroom, which is absolutely stunning and such a creative idea! We even had our final fitting the week of the wedding with the mobile showroom! John went above and beyond for us and we could not have asked for a better experience! My husband loves looking back at the pictures and seeing how well his tux fit him. He especially loved the vest/ bowtie combo that John suggested for him. Even the groomsmen told us after the wedding that they have never felt so good/comfortable in a rental before using Modern Formals! We'll be attending a Charity Banquet and Ball in a few weeks, and she was looking for a dress to wear. She found a beauty - a nice red Calvin Klein dress stickered at $134 but tagged at just $49.97. That's 62% off. Customer service was great. When we went to the register to pay, we saw a minor stitching defect at the back of the dress. Our cashier arranged for a runner to head back to the rack with us and we found the exact same dress in perfect condition. No complaints at all.
