We'll be attending a Charity Banquet and Ball in a few weeks, and she was looking for a dress to wear. She found a beauty - a nice red Calvin Klein dress stickered at $134 but tagged at just $49.97. That's 62% off. Customer service was great. When we went to the register to pay, we saw a minor stitching defect at the back of the dress. Our cashier arranged for a runner to head back to the rack with us and we found the exact same dress in perfect condition. No complaints at all.

Some of the things were belts, purses, handbags, men's & women's clothing, shoes, boots, sandals, some high end sneakers, kitchen and household goods, small furniture, luggage, and plenty more. Here you'll find a large assortment of shoes, clothing and purses. There's a substantial amount of designer premium brands, such as Chanel, Prada, YSL, Gucci, Burberry, Celine, Luis Vuitton and more. Some are behind the glass, others are not. The store is well organized and most items look to be in good shape. They also sell contemporary branded items. I personally feel they are a bit overpriced. For instance I found the same exact purse at Nordstrom Rack and at Uptown Consignment. At Nordstrom Rack it is $39.99 and at Uptown Consignment it is $66.00. Some items are marked with, if it hasn't sold by a certain date then it'll be discounted by half price. I found a pair of Lululemon Leggings for $24.00 but decided against them because they were cropped. There was a stunning Celine purse, made of the loveliest, most delicate leather for $300. Let's see how long it'll stay on my mind. If you're looking to treat yourself to a fine luxury item, it might be worthwhile to check out Uptown Consignment. Be smart about knowing what things cost.

I like going here to see the way things can be styled, for inspiration, or for an odd time that something might be on a nice sale. I've purchased items here a few times that were on sale that I really like. I have to note the girls who work here aren't the most pleasant, I see them having private conversations and not at all noticing the customers, unless I'm making a purchase then they're ready to say something. Basic customer service skills would be appreciated in such a beautiful and costly store. I do have to bring my rating down to three stars, because of the very high cost and unfriendly associates.

It's kinda like an LL bean, but what I love most is that there's a Doro restaurant nearby and that's usually where we always end up after shopping. I also wrote a separate review on Doro, and it is definitely worth the 5 minute drive from the mall. As far as malls go, this is one that has something for everyone.

The mugs, glasses, dish towels, aprons, and candles are all great examples of those gift giving appropriate items. With holidays or seasons you'll find the fitting decor. I've always been impressed with the wide variety of Christmas ornaments, and the intricate detail that adorns each one. The one big drawback is the cost. Anthropologie is high end.
