After receiving an appointment reminder, I confirmed and requested that the technician bring shoe covers for the indoor service. My message was ignored for hours. When I followed up multiple times, the owner finally replied but offered nothing but excuses when I pointed out the lack of communication. This is a recurring issue. The exact same thing happened last month: my messages were ignored, and the technician showed up without shoe covers. When I presented screenshot proof of this pattern, the owner continued to make excuses instead of taking accountability. I immediately canceled my appointment. I felt like he was honest in his recommendations and I felt comfortable with the product that he chose to use would be safe for my young family and pet. Incredible customer service -- and I appreciate that in between visits they will come back out if needed for free to reinspect if you see any bugs. Our first visit was less than $100 so I feel like that's a great value, considering that he walked the entire perimeter of our home with a broom and checked every nook and cranny luckily he only found two spider webs. Rob has worked harder than any other company to remedy the problem. He is very thorough and extremely nice. He really knows his stuff and if there's something he's not familiar with he'll make the extra effort to find out everything he can.
