My experience w/ RedBin has been entirely positive. Made my stressful move SO much easier, and their staff is so friendly and helpful. Writing this review after my first time retrieving 3 of my bins from their storage--originally tried scheduling a drop-off through their website, but the date I wanted was blocked. The site directs existing to send an email in this instance, requesting my desired drop-off day and time. Received a response almost immediately, informing me that they could come out during the 2-hour window I requested. Score :) Jassir was amazing--I had initially scheduled a pick-up date a few days later, but since I knew what I needed from the bins, he offered to stay and wait while I picked through and rearranged/consolidated my 3 bins down to 1. He told me he'd remove the 2 empty bins from my account so they wouldn't show up on future bills, would enter my new bin into the system and cancel the pick-up for me since it would be unnecessary. He rocks. This service couldn't be more convenient or awesome--recommend to anyone living in the city!!! read more

RedBin has saved my sanity! I've been trying to get our apartment straightened up, but sadly if there's no where to put things, there's only so much you can do. I consider myself to be a pro when it comes to organization, but lately, there's just too much stuff stacking up that we really only use for a few months out of the year (seasonal clothes, beach stuff, ski equipment and so on). We thought about getting a bigger place, but with rents being so high basically everywhere now, it's just not worth it to move (not to mention every time we move it costs us at least $1000!). Enter RedBin..... We ordered a bunch of bins and within a few days, all of our stuff was packed up in the bins, picked up and out of my apartment!!! The best part is, it was a breeze to get a bin back (I accidentally packed away some stuff that I needed and I was freaking out!). They just brought me back the bin I needed, the delivery guy waited while I pulled out the few things I wanted from the bin, and then he took it right back. I was so impressed! This may be one of the best experiences I have ever had with a storage company (including their competitor)! First of all, kudos to RedBin for truth-in-advertising--the serve works as advertised. They bring you empty bins (and the bins are large for what they are charging), you schedule a pick-up and they come back at a later date and pick them up! The best part about this service for me is that they used the same person to drop off and deliver. Jassir explained the entire process to me (twice) and his professionalism exceeded his kindness. This all set me at ease and made the initial process just smooth for me. Everything was as he said it would be--I received the notifications in my email before he left my apartment. I've been using Red bin for my personal storage for over a year now. Simply put, they come pick your stuff up and deliver it back to you whenever you want. I already had 4 deliveries and they were always on time and have treated my belongings even better than I do. Their website and their app is really easy to use and they have some cool features such as track were the driver is on the delivery day. No need to call anyone to schedule a pickup or delivery everything can be made over their app or their website. The concept of Red Bin is great, I love it! My pick up of 20 bins was scheduled for today, Sunday, between 6-8pm. It's 7:45pm I still haven't received a text saying the driver is on their way so I'm looking for the number to call to make sure everything is still on schedule and *ding* there goes the text telling me the driver is coming at 7:47 just in the nick of time. Jassir and Hasani came and were very nice and they got the job done fast. They were patient considering my 3 year old son was trying to be nosey and get in their way lol. read more

Redbin has saved the day for me,my first time I had to rescheduled,and Jassir was more than helpful, he rescheduled me due to work. Then on my delivery date, Hasani dropped my bins off during my time slot and called me to let me know that my bins were delivered ( I had just ran out to the store real quick and let him know it was on to leave them in front of my door) They kept in full contact with me through out my whole experience. Incredibly positive experience with Redbin so far! Scheduling drop off online was super easy. I got a text when my drivers were on their way. Jassir and Ricardo were fabulous. Super friendly, helpful and patient as I loaded up my boxes. My three boxes were packed and out the door in under 10 minutes. Excellent service for $5/month including drop-off and pick-up. I saw the ads on subways and tried them for seasonal storage. Efficient, on time and inexpensive. The items were in the exact condition I packed them when they were picked up 6 months earlier.
