They were extremely efficient in moving our furniture out of the old apartment and into the new apartment. I forgot to include a few items when I initially detailed the items that needed to be moved, however, Kosta (and his colleagues Victor and John) were extremely accommodating and willing to move these items for no additional charge. I ended up paying exactly what was quoted in the initial estimate (a very reasonable price for the service we received!!) I had to scramble to find another storage space last minute. When I called the next day, they told me to return the keys and promised a refund from the manager since I never moved in. After two weeks of following up and being lied to, they finally said the manager didn't approve the refund. So they took my money, weren't open when I needed them, and forced me to pay for another storage unit elsewhere. Avoid this place at all costs. Dishonest, unprofessional, and completely unreliable.

You communicate via text with various people there who say different things. You get a code to access a location for a visit. They claim all spaces are taken when spaces are vacant. Since they don't have a current list and unknown people are squatting in empty spaces-this leads to excess texts and more confusion. I just left a space in Hells Kitchen due to water damage. It took 4 days of texts to get a response from them. The place was dirty; smelled like mold and the food commissary above it was noisy. Go to a legitimate storage. Save your sanity!
