They lied to get me to sign up, then were completely unavailable even during posted business hours on my move-in day. I showed up with a mover and no one was there. I had to scramble to find another storage space last minute. When I called the next day, they told me to return the keys and promised a refund from the manager since I never moved in. After two weeks of following up and being lied to, they finally said the manager didn't approve the refund. So they took my money, weren't open when I needed them, and forced me to pay for another storage unit elsewhere. Avoid this place at all costs. Dishonest, unprofessional, and completely unreliable.
