Came here yesterday at around 10 am and waited 40 minutes for a Cuban panini (which wasn't even a Cuban, it was a turkey sandwich with pickles & mustard) & a Miami pineapple. I saw multiple other customers come after me & get their orders before me so I asked one of the employees when my order would be ready and his response was "we had a lot of orders before you"?? No apology, no customer service at all. Also there were 3 people behind the counter & it seemed like nobody was doing much at all, it wasn't busy or else I would totally understand. No sense of urgency at all. Will not come back. Total waste of $28. read more

Where do I start? I had previously came into try their "amazingly fresh sandwiches" and left in utter disappointment. Upon walking in, no one greeted me, it did take me some time to order my meal as I was somewhat indecisive. I believe the guy that was taking my order was the owner. He was absolutely rude and impatient. As I was asking him questions on the menu as I do have food allergies, he was clueless and uneducated on his menu. Absolutely impatient and impolite. I do believe his name was Sammy as I did hear the other workers call his name. I ended up ordering the roast beef sandwich... one word, GROSS. The meat tasted old and the cuts were absolutely uneven. No flavor. Inedible. I would have been okay with the attitude given to me if the food was actually fresh and savory, but it wasn't... I truly felt cheated for the amount of money I spent here. I did order their crepe as well, it was okay, nothing out of this world, very standard. As I was here, I did hear about an altercation that had happened previously about the owner being a racist. My stomach turned, as I do not support businesses that don't serve individuals equally. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. THEY ARE RACIST AND ABUSING THEIR CUSTOMERS. POOR FOOD QUALITY. AIRHEAD OWNERS. Omg it took over half hour to receive one salad and one panini. The salad was literally thrown together with missing ingredients. As a family of 4 readheads, we HAD to check this place out while vacationing in Miami Beach. We ordered bagels and cream cheese topped with fresh strawberries for the kids, and a sub and croissant sandwich for the adults. Everything was delicious. I really enjoyed the fresh sliced avocado on my croissant! To top it all off, we received a discount for being redheads, and the lovely owner (I'm assuming, since he was a redhead ) gave the kids free Redhead Sandwich baseball caps. Terrible service, only like 7 different ice cream flavors to choose from. They give you attitude if you ask to try a flavor. And the ice cream tastes watered down and it was made with stale Oreos. You are much better walking up the street to a better place. read more

Sandwiches here are amazing. I wouldn't pick any other sandwich shop on Miami Beach over this one. You can pair your sandwich with one of the best milkshakes I've ever had. I am not one to leave a bad review unless it is really bad. The service here was beyond ridiculous. The food was supposed to be quick serve but it took 45 minutes. They said they did not have iced coffee (only hot?) or eggs (for breakfast) yet we saw someone get served both eggs and iced coffee at the table next to us. When I asked they said "it just takes too long to make."The tables were dirty and they had no idea who ordered what. The crepes were good but the waffles were chewy and the bagel was unimpressive. The worst part was employee masks not worn properly over and guy handling food with no gloves. It gave the whole place an icky vibe. Oh my..where do I start! We went to Redhead during our week long stay in Miami Beach and it was amazing. Omelettes, crepes, smoothies, coffee, fruit..all wonderful. The server knew us by name each time we went in, and recalled our order. Her son is the owner, and he is the Redhead behind the Sandwiches! He started the business in November 2019 and has has continued success through the pandemic. We saw him the last 2 times, and talked with us for 30 minutes getting to know us. The last day he gave us free t-shirts, hats, and masks with their logo on it! Whenever we are anywhere close to Miami Beach, we will make sure to come back here!!!! read more
