Went to see the sunrise New Year's Day and my car got towed :((( this was one of the only places open and the staff was so kind to let us stay as long as we needed to figure out our car situation. Back to the food, portions were surprisingly big. I had the Philly cheesesteak and it was delicious. The fries were some of the best fries I've ever had. I'm a sucker for frozen lemonade and tried theirs. It was good but not as lemony as I like it.

Just like the one back at home (Colombia). I was scared to come because I've heard mixed reviews but wow this did not disappoint.

On my recent trip to Miami, I took my boyfriend to have a little piece of my motherland. These sandwiches are absolutely delicious and very well prepared. We had a hawaiian sandwich with fries and a frozen limonada. Perfect for the heat. This is the only location in America so if you ever find yourself in MIA, make this a must have on your list. Do not forget the garlic sauce.

    Super special Sandwich

I went here for breakfast. The location is great its in South Beach but not the crowded annoying ocean drive. The shop serves a variety of cuban sandwhiches and I got the cuban sandwhich with ham and corn. It wws outstanding, so good I even tried to remake it in my house. The bread was cooked to a delicious crunch. They have great deals on combos on par with pricing the south beach shops. They have a beer and juice selection and fountain sodas. There is plenty of parking around and an outside seating if you want to eat your sandwhich with shades in the sun South Beach style. They hand you a buzzer so you don't have to wait at the counter and can have some conversation with your party. Overall best described as a tasty treat nice and to the point.

Unique and delicious sandwiches!!! I tried all of there subs and I conclude each one has there own creative twist. I love to come in here cause I never get bored of the food. They use fresh and high quality ingredients. The turkey sub, italian sub and thai chicken wrap are my favorites. The fries are always hot and crispy. Plus they have this unique garlic sauce that is great to dip your fries in. The coffee is always fresh and is only $1.25. The ladies make a great cortadito!! Don't forget to try a smoothie. My favortie was the strawberry and passion fruit, it's not on the menu but the staff recommends it as their favorite smoothie. Qbano is always clean and organized. The staff is so kind and helpful. I recommend this place for a quick and affordable lunch.

A Slice of Dominican New York... Right Here on Miami Beach…read more I've been coming to Ocean Deli since 2020, and I honestly can't believe it's taken me this long to write a review. Maybe because people from New York know one universal rule: when you find a great neighborhood spot, you keep your mouth shut. You don't want your hidden gem becoming the next place where people wait in line because somebody on social media "discovered" it. Ocean Deli is one of the last authentic neighborhood delis left on Miami Beach. In a city filled with luxury hotels, trendy brunch spots, and restaurants charging resort prices for breakfast, Ocean Deli quietly does what it's been doing all along--serving great food, quickly, and at prices that still make sense. This is where the people who actually keep Miami Beach running come to eat. Hotel employees, construction workers, delivery drivers, city workers, first responders, and the locals who somehow managed to survive Miami Beach's rising cost of living. If you want to know where the real locals eat, this is it. The owner is Dominican and from the Bronx, and that New York Dominican bodega culture is written all over this place--in the best possible way. Walk through the door and you'll swear you just landed in Washington Heights or the Bronx. Bachata and merengue are playing in the background. The smell of fresh café con leche fills the room. The grill is always working. Conversations bounce around the deli like you've walked into someone's neighborhood hangout instead of a business. The ladies behind the counter are unmistakably Dominican--friendly, hardworking, efficient, and they keep the line moving without ever losing that neighborhood feel. The sandwiches are outstanding. Fresh bread, generous portions, and made the way sandwiches are supposed to be made. No unnecessary gimmicks. No tiny portions with fancy names. The café con leche deserves its own mention. Strong, smooth, and exactly what coffee should taste like. If you've spent any time in New York's Dominican neighborhoods, you'll recognize it immediately. The Dominican breakfast and lunch plates are equally impressive. Simple, authentic, flavorful comfort food that fills you up instead of emptying your wallet. Speaking of wallets... Ocean Deli might be one of the best values left on Miami Beach. While restaurants a few blocks away are charging you like they flew the eggs in first class, Ocean Deli is quietly serving quality food at prices that remind you Miami Beach wasn't always built just for tourists. Just know what you're walking into......This isn't a sit-down restaurant. You walk in, place your order, take your receipt to the register and pay. Then you wait a few minutes while the grill works its magic. When they call your order, you grab your food and you're on your way. That's how it's done here. Fast, efficient, and without all the unnecessary fanfare. Ocean Deli isn't trying to sell you an "artisan culinary experience." It's selling great sandwiches, authentic Dominican food, excellent café con leche, fair prices, and a little piece of Dominican-York right here on Miami Beach. Some places sell an image....... Ocean Deli sells breakfast and lunch. After six years of coming here, I wouldn't have it any other way. Just do yourself one favor: when you find yourself surrounded by tourists paying resort prices for an average meal, remember there's still one place on Miami Beach where the locals go. Now You Know

Great place to stop for a quick bite on a beach day or when you're not feeling up for a full meal…read more Sandwiches are large and taste great! Plenty of customization options. A counter seat is hit or miss but nice to have available instead of only being a walk up window. Skip the smoothies. They're watery and thus not very filling or flavorful. You're better off getting a sandwich (again, as this was my 2nd visit) or going somewhere else for a smoothie.

Just one block away from South Beach on 14th Street, this place is a very popular fast food spot…read more Since South Beach restaurants are either expensive (20% gratuity even for a party of two) or extremely crowded, we walked one block inland and found this place. From a distance, it looks like a food truck, but it's actually a full setup designed to look that way. Even in the scorching heat, there was a line--but it moved quickly. Their menu has everything. Think of it as a Subway style setup, but with smoothies, tropical ingredients, and lots of fresh options. Now the main part...We ordered- Chicken Mix Baguette Tuna Baguette Am I the only one who found it just okay? At Subway, at least they toast the bread for a bit. Here, I genuinely struggled with the hard bread--it was tough to chew. Also, the meats were cold, which I'm not used to. I knew that beforehand, but still wanted to try this hyped spot. They have about 5-7 bar style stools for seating, but in the humidity, it's not the most comfortable experience. Freshness (smoothies & ingredients): 5/5 Overall taste & experience: 3/5 Or maybe we're just spoiled by the big fast food chains?
