I just moved into the apartment and did a walkthrough so I KNOW this was not there prior. I'm extremely unhappy having paid 230$ to have my doors damaged. Good marketing, poor service. For an one thousand job of 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms, they left leaving one room and one bathroom not cleaned, one loft area not dusted. I had to call them and they asked clean to come back to finish it. I had to stay there the whole afternoon to wait for them finishing the job so that I can move my chairs and baskets for carpet cleaning. In the second day their manager complained I asked their cleaner to come back, she also complained someone was in the house to move stuff when their carpet cleaner was there. Excuse me? It was me because their cleaner delayed our schedule. They said they took a video as proof. Is it legal to take a video without asking the owner in the house? They also complained there's other people in house, I told them the other people were working in kitchen, not cleaning area. There's no overlap. At the end they didn't clean my hallway because of that although I still pay them. The one thousand work quality is the same as the my maid who charges less than $500. read more

My house was torn apart to accommodate the process, so there was no going back. Tech did his job, but none of my stains were removed. He was personable, competent, knowledgeable - he even asked me if the coffee stains were regular or decaf! - I didn't know that a dye is added to decaf beans! Anyway, he called before he arrived to give me some notice, did the work for the quoted price and made the carpets look brand new (the decaf and regular coffee stains came out!). Original review 5/16/21: I must be one of the rare clients who did not have a clean house following this company's services. I paid almost $1000 for a deep clean prior to move-in of our empty house. The appliances and countertops were not cleaned, the floors were not mopped (dirt was all along the walls), the window sills were not dusted or cleaned, the cabinets still had food marks and dirt on the outside/handles, and debris was still in the fridge from prior owner. I am honestly not sure what they did exactly as they were in the house for four hours apparently. I called and asked for the crew to return the next day, which they did. I also emailed the company with photos of many issues but never heard back. I pointed out everything to the crew the next day that was still dirty and needed attention. They said they didn't mop the floors the prior day because they weren't sure if it would ruin the wood. If it's in the request and estimate, then it should be mopped and cleaned, especially if I'm paying for it... Unfortunately they only mopped the kitchen floor and not the rest of the house. I pointed out the dust on the oven/microwave but they didn't clean that either. I had to re-clean everything after their departure (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, cabinets, etc.) and the bottom of my swifter wet jet was disgusting. At the end of the day I would have saved the $900+ dollars spent and cleaned the house myself if I knew what the results were going to be. Very frustrated and disappointed in this service. read more

Our office was looking a little ragged and we decided that we needed to have the carpets cleaned. Since our office is fairly large we knew it could get pricey so we compared some rates with local carpet cleaning services. Esteem stopped by the building to offer to do a small area in a high traffic zone at a reduced rate and we got to talking with them. Paul was very quick going through each room and coming up with a final tally. They told us that they used environmentally friendly cleaner and that they were a local company and we agreed that they would be the best option for the job. They were very professional and friendly. They worked out scheduling the cleaning around our office hours and were very patient with us as we worked it all out. They gave me a courtesy call as soon as they had locked up the office and I was pleased to hear that they had finished earlier than expected. The next morning when the team arrived at the office we were excited to see the carpets looking amazing and all of the chairs, tables and such back where they were when the carpet cleaners had arrived the day before. Took about 5-6hrs for the carpet to dry, but our wool carpet is very dense with virtually no space between fibers so that was not unexpected. All the traffic areas and reappearing "ghost" stains are gone and have not come back 3weeks later. I am not sure if I will get the stain guard again as it has been triggering my air purifier (VOC warning). But will definitely use Esteam Carpet clean again! read more
