I was referred to Esteam Carpet Care by a neighbor. I called Esteam and spoke with Yvonne. She explained the cleaning process, and based on the information I gave her, she gave me the approx. price to clean a family room, living room, small hallway, and an entry way rug. The appointment to clean the carpets was within 3 days. The technician, Kyle arrived exactly on time. Kyle was warm, friendly, considerate, and very professional, as though he owned the company. Kyle explained what he was going to do, and after a walk through the rooms to be cleaned, Kyle gave me the price to do the job. Well, to my surprise the cost was extremely reasonable, and below what I had estimated the cost would be. Kyle was meticulous in cleaning the carpets, and did an extra step of going back over the carpets with the vacuum in the cleaning tool to extract any more moisture, and help speed the drying process. I have used California Steam Clean for several years now. I live in a rental that had badly stained carpets. They came out and made the carpets, which didn't look like they'd been cleaned in years, look brand new. The house is in the country, and I have indoor/outdoor animals. There's lots of dirt that gets blown in or brought in on people's feet. California Steam Clean comes twice a year, and every time they come the carpets look like new. Our carpets had not been cleaned in about 8 years and I didn't expect much considering how bad they were. I just wanted them better. I was speechless at how well they turned out. We bought a house and wanted the carpets cleaned before we moved in any of our furniture. I contacted Brian and he was very responsive in setting up an appointment and giving me an estimate when I didn't know much about the condition of the carpet or the square footage of the carpets in the new house. We recently purchased a vacation rental on the Russian River to live in as a permanent home. The home came complete with 1980's tile, furniture and bedding. Although I often consult Yelp, this will be my first review. I hired Esteam Carpet Care and was delighted with the cleaning of a hallway rug and two chairs. Our hallway carpet had been stained when we moved in, and although it had been professionally cleaned, the stains reappeared after only a few days. Esteam was able to remove the stains. Our chairs look brand new as well. The owner offered to come back out to Bodega Bay if the stains reappeared. He also followed up with a polite email and wanted to make sure we were happy. This is the second time I've used Esteam and am just as pleased as the first time! They called to let me know they would be arriving about 10 minutes prior to the appointment, and showed up on time.They cleaned my tile and sealed the grout. The tile doesn't have a flat surface and isn't glossy so there were places where the dirt had gotten trapped and the tiles were looking dingy. The grout had also darkened over time.
