The only bad thing about this experience was that I didn't buy a car…read more I came across this dealership online after seeing a car I really wanted. The reviews on line were great after I reached out so I decided to make the drive up from Maryland. A lot of the reviews mentioned out of state purchases and great service so I said why not. When I reached out the salesman was very forthcoming and we set up an appointment. He wasn't the person that helped me but they were prepared for me even with the traffic that I ran into. The reason that I didn't get the car was that it was missing a key feature due to a mis-print. Now what took this experience over the top was the fact that as a single woman I NEVER felt pressured to do anything. Casey my sales man could see my stress and actually walked away to give me time to think but was always available with any questions that I had. When we got to the finance team it was the same thing, I think his name was Anthony. They technically outnumbered me 2-1 and I didn't feel obligated to make a purchase and ultimately I didn't. They have become my new standard of care for all dealerships and I would rather patiently wait for them to get in the model I want instead of going to a local dealership.

Also the wheels had been swapped and weren't even the factory recommended size for the car. We found that out after the fact. My car was a manufacturer buy back. Even so the offer was low seeing that it was a pristine, low mileage ATS premium. I figured you would be less since it was a trade but not that much less than we buy any car paying me cash. We waited hours to get all the paperwork wrapped up since it was a very busy Saturday and ended up being there after close. No manager to be found which is why I immediately called and emailed. Didn't think I would be ignored. I no longer have the vehicle but do appreciate you leaving your contact info here tho I didn't see it until now. You had all of my info and could have responded to me after all the messages and emails I sent but it is what it is now. Learning experience on my part.

I have now utilized Car Concierge Plus for two cars and am elated with the quality of service…read morereceived. My first time using Car Concierge Plus was during Covid and I was in the market for an EV. I'm sure you can recall what the dealership experience was like during that time. Insane markups and lack of inventory made car shopping a nightmare. I reached out to to Tom and he went through a list of my needs and wants, helped me to narrow down some choices, and went to work. In no time Tom had located the exact car I wanted, arranged for a test drive, and once I gave him the green light, arranged for the car and all paperwork to be ready for me at the dealership. I was in and out with my new car in a fraction of time it would have normally taken and without any of the stress and aggravation of handling these things on my own. This alone makes his service worth it, but I ended up spending quite a bit less than any other dealer I talked to prior to hiring Tom. I recently used Car Concierge Plus to find a used Wrangler for my daughter. Tom was very patient as I pivoted a couple times on what year and trim I was looking for. Once we zeroed in on a short wheel base TJ, Tom sent me several choices and explained the pros and cons of each one. We eventually found a low mileage example in amazing condition. Again, super smooth transaction with Tom there to see me through it. My family currently has a lease that goes back in a little over a year and I'll absolutely be reaching out to Tom again to use his service.

I'm one of those people that say "I usually don't do this". Reviews that is, But I feel compelled…read moreto do so because I had such a great experience with Greg at JIA auto sales. I kind of expected a good experience because my Mechanic, who is one of the only mechanics in my life as a 57-year-old man that I have ever 1000% trusted suggested this place. He didn't even tell me that he knew the guy he just said, "try this place. He has great cars. He backs up his work and I know you'll like him." Let me tell you he was right on. I was looking for a first car for my Son. I took My trusted mechanics advice, and I went to JIA. I'm a veteran bartender for over 40 years and I think I can read people really well and from the handshake, I just liked the guy. Sometimes people love what they do and that passion comes through. It is evident when you speak to Him. I've been swindled a couple of times and both by dealerships so I was very wary this time. I bought the car in January and waited to post to see if there were any issues. There was ONE! The cd player did not work. Now, this is a cd player! Of course no one checked because no one uses Cd's, but my kid is a musician and an old soul and has 500 of my old CD's. When I relayed that to Greg- the guy found a cd player on line and INSTALLED it for my kid. Do yourself a favor if you are done with shady people and shitty business practices. If you want to buy a used car that you KNOW is reliable and backed up by just a decent man who is an extremely talented mechanic- go to JIA.
