My car isn't new and has a good amount of miles but it feels new. The Easterling Bros maintain my car and i worry about nothing. We just took a 1600 mile round trip with no issues at all in my older vehicle. Next month i will get new tires from them and aside from general maintenance including oil change, i have a "like new" car. Making an appointment is super easy. The prices are great and visiting them feels like visiting family. They did a great job inspecting the car for our trip. I wish i could put ten stars up there. They deserve all of them.

I drove to Fuerst and with my cane hobbled to the front door to find that it was closed. As I got into my car to leave, Mike came out the front door to ask what kind of help I needed. I was in tears due to circumstances, apologized and explained. Mike offered condolences and even though they were closed, he told me to pull up and he would check my tires. Mike was so gracious, patient and kind. He properly inflated all 4 tires and said if the warning light returns to come back on Monday. As a family owned business, Fuerst Automotive continues to prove how much it values its customers and cares about the community. Mike is a prime example of that excellence. They said that they fixed the radio slot because the radio was loose, they folded 2 pieces of foam rubber and put it on each side with no front plate because they broke it. We had asked them to do a lot of little things and they did none of them. They had our car for two weeks and did basically nothing. But you get charged for hours and somehow they claim to have spent a lot of time on it, I really don't know how.
