I had the Garden Omelette with sausage and pepper jack cheese and sprouts, the avocado toast on sourdough with eggs and bacon and sprouts, and the butternut squash soup. Everything tasted wonderful to be honest. It was all served hot and ready, the bacon was crispy, the butternut squash soup tasted really good, not too coconuty as other soups had tasted in the past. The sliced avocado tasted real good and fresh. It takes them a bit of time to make it just letting you know but that is because they make it fresh so worth it. I've been drinking exclusively Redmond raw milk for years now and I love it. My kids have been raised exclusively on raw milk since they were old enough. The cafe is delicious and their house ranch is delightful. Friendly staff. Ambiance is a bit more intimate than your typical health food store which I like. I also love their selection of products and food in the store and the cafe. Their kombucha is a great deal especially when you get a big tumbler to keep refilling. read more

Ok, I love grass fed beef and real cheese. I'm not American so my taste is more for real food. When I mean real food, I mean you taste the cow, you taste the detail in every bite of cheese, you taste the lettuce because it's green and organic, you taste the tomato because it's red and juicy and almost from a garden type taste, you taste the bun because it doesn't have all the crap preservatives and you taste the ketchup because it's actual tomato not the hienz fake crap. If you also like and remember what real food taste like, you will LOVE this burger! This is my favorite in Utah. The ladies put extra effort into making it as well. Just really love that we can eat here without having to check ingredients...amazing options for people avoiding sugar, bad oils, and fake food. The meat is all their own, grass-fed, pasture raised and so juicy and flavorful. The burgers are amazing. Chicken pesto panini had a ton of flavor. Kids devoured the French fries (coconut oil!), loved the spiced cider kombucha (they gave us a free one because the accidentally poured an extra, super nice). Also, the buttermilk ranch on the house side salad was so good. The kids were actually fighting over the salad...so that's kind of awesome. read more

This place is half farm store half farm to table restaurant. We went to the restaurant for lunch and ordered the spicy avocado burger (with onions added) and a side of the garlic herb fries. The fries came out in about 10 minutes and we're a little too fried for my liking, and they seemed to have cooled off - not cold but not hot. The flavor of the fries and their fry sauce were incredible - definitely the highlight. The burgers were good - not great. The patties were well cooked - still slightly pink and were moist and well seasoned, but the rest was just okay. They are a bit stingy on toppings, and the patty itself definitely could have been thicker. All in all, it's a cute place with a great concept but a less than great execution. read more

I used to come more, but now not so much. It's not because it's changed. I don't use what they have as often. The draw for me is the raw milk. I love it, but drink milk so slow it tends to go bad before I finish it. This trip was because I was making fresh mozzarella. There's nothing like raw milk for that. When I used to come more often is was Real Food. I reviewed it in the day. These days, the general feel is the same, but there are differences. They obviously found they can't carry a full product section. Too much goes bad too quick. It's just a few longer term staples now. They carry a lot of the "health" stuff that I find pretty fringe. However, they do have a number of excellent specialty items that may get me back more often. They used to make a bigger deal with cheese supplies. This time is was a real effort, even with help, to find the rennet. At least it was there. I'm not a typical customer, but I'm thrilled there are enough of them to be the bread and butter here so I can jump in when I need something only they carry. read more

Redmond's is one of my all time favorite restaurants. Their ingredients and menu is so clean. I know I can always feel good after I eat which is a big deal for me (I have a lot of food allergies and sensitivities). Their staff is always helpful and pleasant whenever we go in. It's a relaxed restaurant so don't expect anything too fancy. I recommend Redmond's to everyone I know. It's delicious. Their omelet is my favorite meal. read more

We were really excited for this lunch, but after waiting for over a half hour for our food, we weren't so pumped anymore. Although the taste and quality of the meal was great, it wasn't the best experience. When they brought my food to the table, I said we were waiting for more food, and the server just nodded and walked away without any explanation. I didn't eat until everyone at our table had food, and by then, mine was cold. I've worked in the food service industry and a big rule is to bring all the food to,the table at the same time. The service was absolutely atrocious. Burger was slapped together with way too much ketchup and mayo. The food quality was good but for the amount of money they charge they should have someone who is trained to cook and wait tables not a store clerk who just happens to make food. Way to pricey for the terrible service and almost an hour wait for food. They also gave me the wrong food three times before my food came out. We had an avo burger and salad. It was so good! Highlight of the salad was the bacon and poached egg. Amazing! Grass fed beef is usually kind of dry, regardless of where you get it. A great place but very over priced. Trader Joe's offers many of the same products at a significantly lower price point. The cafe looks amazing but sadly, they have zero vegetarian options! Never the less I was super excited to try their kombucha and paid for a 64oz growler full. SUPER-DE-DOOPER... I attend a lot of lunch meeting appointments and if I get to choose, I always pick Redmond Heritage Farm Cafe. It's located inside the store. The food is high quality and the flavor is great. Every ingredient is either grass-fed or organic. They also make home-made kombucha which is a must...have with your meal . Lately, I have been ordering the farm salad with an extra strip of bacon and no onions. The yoke from the egg has a nice creamy texture that compliments the house dressing. The price is a bit high for your standard lunch menu price. I average about $20 a meal (i.e., salad, soup and a 24 oz of kombucha). I would rather pay an extra $5 or so to eat quality food. I'm definitely satisfied and full when I'm done eating. Stop in and say hello to the twins (Julie and Wendy). I bet you can't guess which one is who? I can.
