It's been 3 years, so I decided to treat myself, and made an appointment at Revive Nails!! The booking system is easy to work with, and I was able to get a confirmed appointment quickly. I appreciated the info texted to me to find the salon easily while they do renovations (excited to see what it looks like when they're done!) I've always been kind of wary of getting nail services again because I'm always worried that I'm going to have too much cuticles cut off or that I'll get a burn from the drill, but Kimmy made sure that I was comfortable the entire time and it was a completely painless and comfortable experience! She guided me through color choices, shapes, and explained all of the proper aftercare (how to make the best of my mani/tips for keeping things looking their best in between appointments, etc.) I really felt like she knew what she's doing and that she cares about your nail health and comfort! I was in and out in less than 2 hours, and didn't have to suffer the smell of acrylic that I was used to. I'll definitely be back in the future!!

The ladies are all fantastic, but please avoid him! My nails were uneven, paint on my toe skin, and lots of callus left. When I asked him to fix these issues he barely did, and then even wiped the sharp tool with crud on it off on the top of my foot causing a mark & pain. Seriously the worst pedicure ever. But the woman Lee is amazing & so are her female co workers. So hence give the male nail tech a zero, but the establishment as a whole a solid 4 out of 5 stars. Just going to make sure I don't get that dude ever again.

She was detailed and took her time and my nails looked absolutely perfect. The pricing is very reasonable for an e-file manicure. A couple weeks later I was bit by a dog, causing a nasty chip through the hard gel. I went in for a repair and was done in just a few minutes. They even rebuilt the nail to match the length of the rest of the set, so it looks as though the break never happened and all of my nails still match perfectly. Mon Cheri is a cozy studio with manicure stations on one side and pedicure stations on the other. Popular/top 40's tunes are playing in the background at a comfortable volume, and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Be sure to try the complimentary french chocolate and coffee!

Mary had taken a look at my nails and was so shocked by how much my nails outgrew and how bad my cuticles were everybody who came in seemed to be regulars and knew the nail techs and had their favorites, it seemed like a big ol family! I'm not much of a talker so I just sat there taking it in lol. I loved how gentle and fast Mary was. Review for customer service:…read more I walked in for my appointment right on time, 3 pm. After being asked what I was here for, it was brought to my attention that I booked my appointment "wrong". Ok. As a first time customer, I was confused but explained that it didn't allow me to book the combination I wanted. Told I probably missed it. I then ask if I could be shown so I can attempt to book properly in the future. Then I'm told well I can book the mani/pedi combo and they can change it to a spa pedi. How would I know that?! But fine. I pick my color and sit down. Get called to a pedicure chair only to have the water scalding hot. She doesn't fix it, just tells me that it will cool down. Spoiler alert : It didn't. So I just didn't get to soak my feet. So I sit awkwardly in the chair for another 15 min before my service even starts despite being on time for my appointment. This spoiled my self care experience. I get that maybe there was a better way to book but no need to jump all over the me the second I walk in. I felt called out as everyone looked up to stare at me. There are plenty of other nail salons where you will be treated nicely even if you did something "wrong" Review for nails: My nails look ok but after being treated like that, I only did a basic manicure so I could get out of there quickly. The spa pedicure was meh at best. A few minutes of massage and a little scrub was what qualified as spa. They didn't even wrap my feet up fully in a hurry. It was clear that there were favorite regulars in this salon which is great. People supporting your business should be treated nicely. However, I wasn't even given a chance to become one ‍
