I like this Pacific Sales location. The selection of appliances is great, and the staff is friendly. When I can't find the appliances I need from Lowe's or Home Depot, I always check with Pacific Sales. They're a bit pricey, but the selection and service is always good here. When I ordered a trash compactor recently, it was delivered the following week. The installers were really nice. They even hauled off the broken one for free! Knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. The entire process was painless. We bought a Kitchenaid fridge and couldn't be happier. We checked other models and the same at Home Depot and Lowe's. The people their knew more about selling lumber than appliances, and they were more expensive!!! The worst part was, either store could not deliver for 3 weeks! Called to buy a Wolf microwave oven to replace my current one, which died after 13 years. I knew exactly the model that I needed/wanted to buy. Salesperson, Adriana answered the call and sold me the microwave oven and the trim kit, for an additional $400, which she knew I already had. Totally unnecessary as the old one was exactly the same. I feel she was just taking advantage of the situation and the whole thing was an easy sale for her. Not nice. After reaching out to Wolf and finding out that I didn't need to buy another trim kit, I called Pacific Sales multiple times and left messages for Adriana to no avail. So I spoke to another sales person, who cancelled the trim kit order. However, I was never refunded the $400 for for the trim kit which I never received and should not have been sold. Left another message for Adriana asking for my money back. No reply yet. Pacific Sales has been my go-to for appliances - Wolf oven, washer/dryers, etc... Not sure I trust them anymore. read more

We first went to the show room to chose our appliances back in Sept. 2021. We thought we did this too early, however, we are thankful we went that soon. Some of the appliances still never made it (May 2022). This is not the fault of Pacific Sales, just due to logistics since COVID, things have changed. Zeina was so helpful. If you want to go to a Pacific Sales, go the the Brea location. After my experiences there, I thought I would go to Irvine for something small since they were close by. There were at least 6 employees wandering around or talking with each other, but all of them refused to make eye contact with me. I finally tapped someone on the shoulder and she reluctantly agreed to help me. She got out a book to show me some options and WHILE I WAS LOOKING AT THE BOOK another employee leaned over and took the book - literally - right out from under my nose and when the employee who was 'helping' me at least said "hey!" the one who took the book wouldn't give it back. Redid my kitchen and bathroom almost 3 years ago now and unfortunately a shower head just broke. Walking in the girl at the front desk didn't leave me too hopeful that it could be fixed or replaced. When I walked into the plumbing section I met Josh Matua. He was a ray of sunshine and a tremendous help. Sure enough he reached out to the manufacturer and they were able to replace it. HORRIFIC - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY I purchased a washing machine and the installer from Best Buy broke a valve, said it was old, our house was repiped recently and the valve was new. I was without water and had to track down how to make a claim. The washing machine only fills about 3-4 inches on deep fill and has some other issues. Have to wait another 5 days to return the machine to get my money back. **Note: apparently you have only 15 hours to make a return claim, luckily I ran the machine and watched it and called immediately, documented it with American Express as well. I used to really like pacific sales but they have changed, this is the 3rd time I have had issues, last problem was with a refrigerator and I had to to get it returned because of issues with the pull out drawers. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS PLASE AGAIN, I SHOULD OF LOOKED AT ALL THE YELP REVIEWS. read more

Looking for a farm house sink for my kitchen remodel. Went to Lowe's and Home Depot and had to hunt down someone to help me. They didn't have anything in stock or on display and both places told me to go home and look/order online and would take 2-3 weeks for delivery. I needed it within a week. With farm house sinks being so trendy now I didn't think finding one would be so hard. So I called Pacific Sales and talked to Suzanne and in our one minute conversation I knew she could take care of me. She was professional and just knew her stuff. I like dealing with people like that. So I went in the store knowing what I was looking for, she showed me a few floor models and within 10 minutes she had my sink ordered that fit my budget. It would take 3 days to get it not 3 weeks!! I went in on a Saturday and would have it Tuesday their next business day open. (Closed Sunday & Monday) Would def recommend this place if your looking for anything for your kitchen & bath. Huge showroom, great customer service and price ranges. I'll stick to Home Depot for air filters and tools and go to Pacific Sales for their great customer service and products. This is an honest post, read my other reviews and you know I call things out if I don't like it. My washing machine broke a few days before i was going out of town. I ha been given Randy Acosta name by a good friend to call in the event i was in need of a washer and dryer. He did not disappoint. He called me back right away and was able to help me over the phone with a washer and dryer and it was installed within 3 days. He answered all my questions, researched it for me, and also handled installation. I cannot recommend him enough . He is the manager at Pacific Sales . I was not aware that Best Buy had purchased Pacific sales. I have had the most horrible experience with my delivery of over $4000.00 in appliances. I have received several different emails telling me that my delivery is arriving, and I have taken off work 3 times. I have paid three different times for my association to pad the elevator due to several different conflicting emails that I have received telling me that my appliances are arriving. The icing on the cake was when I received a call from Best Buy's today telling me that they would be coming today but only had the microwave. When they arrived I opened the box to make sure that the microwave was OK and they gave me a paper to initial. The gentleman then proceeded to tell me that he was just the delivery person they could not install it. This fiasco has been going on since last week beware of buying anything from Pacific sales/Best Buy. read more

The people in the showroom couldn't be more helpful. It's the delivery service that is horrible. We ordered Jan. 27th. Expected both a week later and received only one. Then we were gone for a couple of weeks. I went by the store to see if they had more in (300) and scheduled for a delivery. They called and gave a window. My son was here and they never showed. They are closed on Sunday and Monday, so I have to wait two days to try and resolve the issue and canceling the plumber that was coming to put it in. read more

STAY AWAY!!!! So back in 2003 when I purchased my Condo in Irvine, I bought a refrigerator from Pacific Sales. The fridge is still working perfectly. But when the guys came to deliver the fridge, they had to bring it up two flights of stairs and they damaged my walls by taking drywall out and they scraped up the side of one other wall. I had a large business I was running at the time and I had called Pacific Sales to pay to fix this. They complained and said they didn't do it. When their own delivery guys admitted to it. Til this day, those marks are still on my walls! They refused to take responsibility for fixing this and it has been ruined in my home for 14 years!!! STAY AWAY From these guys. They dont take responsibility when they ruin your home! Same thing will happen to you! read more

This was my second experience purchasing appliances. The first time was through Home Depot. No problems there, but I wanted to get a better deal on better products so I tried Pacific Sales as a friend recommended it. It was a major headache and I felt like I was getting jerked around. I spent 4500 dollars on appliances and was treated as though I bought used junk. The sales associate was not willing to haggle at all, so don't waste your time if you want to at least feel like you're getting a deal. They have everything marked down but if you look online, there are several other stores who are offering it at the same "discounted" price. I spent 4500 and that was the price listed on everything. First visit: the guys say they can't install washer and dryer cause the gas is off and can't install fridge because the old water line is frozen to the tap. I had to call the landlord who came out and removed the "frozen" water line in ten seconds with a wrench. The delivery guys wouldn't even try. The gas was also already on. Second visit: they get the washer installed, say they can't install the dryer because I need another vent type that didn't come with the dryer, and say they can't install the fridge because it won't fit through any doorways. I go to buy the new vent myself and then have to go to their store again to pick a new fridge which is 500 more because they say I need counter depth. Third visit: the vent I bought doesn't work but the guy says the old one will work, so I apparently spent my time and money on getting the new vent for no reason. He also looks at the old fridge, measures it, measures the doorway, and says the old fridge would fit. So now after three installation visits, several trips to stores, and an extra 500 bucks, I find out they could have just installed all of it the first day. Avoid this store like the plague. The average discounts aren't worth the hassle. read more

Terrible terrible customer service regarding delivery. Somehow they are connected to Best Buy. They give you various phone numbers some are Best But some are Pacific Sales some are disconnected. The bottom line is NO ONE CAN HELP YOU! I was told I'd get a call for next day delivery the night before. They couldn't tell me if it would be AM or PM beforehand. I told them i couldn't accept AM delivery because new cabinets are still being installed. They said you could decline delivery time when you get the delivery phone call. The 8PM call was automated and no decline option or call back number. I just spent the last 50 minutes calling six different numbers I'd been given to cancel delivery with no luck. So frustrating and time consuming with no satisfaction. I'd like to cancel my $2400 order and will if I can. read more

I bought all of my kitchen appliances on Nov 4 2016 and I am still waiting for them. They delivered my hood before Thanksgiving and then my washing machine after Thanksgiving but there were suppose to deliver everything on Nov 25 2016. Set up a new date and nothing was delivered. Need my fridge, range and dishwasher so that they can go into my new kitchen. Most of all I need my fridge so I can keep my food cool. Had to delay my move since I have no fridge. Set up 4 different times for a delivery. Have to move in this week even though I have no fridge. Not happy. Paid in full for everything ..... read more
