After communicating through the Yelp Services option, Marco showed up the morning of during the window of time to get a free consultation. Starting in the bathroom, instead of selling us his services, he told us honestly that we could fix it ourselves by purchasing a few items since they have a minimum charge that wasn't worth it for the bathroom fix. He took the time to walk us through how to fix it and why vinegar doesn't solve the root of the problem.
