She made thoughtful recommendations, checked on us appropriately without hovering, and made us feel very welcome. She really elevated the entire experience. We ordered the ribeye and a salad. The salad was fresh, nicely presented, and honestly one of the better parts of the meal. The ribeye itself was okay, perfectly decent, though not especially memorable for us personally. To be fair, we are probably a little spoiled when it comes to steak because we are used to very high-quality grass-fed organic beef, so our standards may not be entirely fair to a small-town steakhouse in the middle of southern Utah. Still, the meal was enjoyable, the biscuits served beforehand was a nice touch, and overall the experience felt comfortable and pleasant after long days exploring Capitol Reef National Park.
