    Initial service was good. But one switch wasn't done right. Now that I have a problem, they won't return calls.

    Back in 2020-+ I called Geiger out for services. They did a great job! Going on our past history…read moreand loyalty, I gave them a call recently to address another issue. I called on a Sunday which the service price was 2x the average price of service. They did not find what was causing the issue, i had to move items away from the outlets and he was here for a short amount of time which he seemed frustrated. (understood) I scheduled another date however, I had a family medical emergency, and my text did not go through. The bill came out to $380. I began paying it off in increments hoping that my past history showed that I was reliable and committed. I texted to ask if they had any payment plans or reduction for the missed appointment. No answer. Fast forward, and I get another bill with a late fee. I called and asked for a payment plan or a small reduction since I still had electrical issues. I was told they did not texted regarding billing and there was no payment plan nor reduction. The reason was because they did not receive the text to reschedule and their person drove all the way out. Gas prices are high, someone in the community didn't pay their whole bill and I was directed to Hands in the Community. In order to pay without the late fee, I had to pay all up in front which led me in a financial bind. I am disappointed and let down since I thought I built a customer relationship showing my commitment in paying and was treated as a fraud. I am currently looking into Hands in the Community and other companies and local community family-owned assistance and hopefully start a trusted relationship. I recommend this route for those who also have to pay for gas, rent, groceries or need to budget or get a payment plan and to maintain their own good financial integrity. thank you
