Sydnee is the only groomer we trust our dog with in the PNW! We moved here from Las Vegas a few years ago and struggled finding a good groomer. Our dog has some fear aggression from being a rescue, but in Las Vegas, we never had issues with grooming. They always used a muzzle and took their time. Here, every groomer refused to use a muzzle and ended up getting bit, even when we begged them to use it. He got banned from multiple places. And then we found Sydnee and she didn't give up on him. She took things slow, took it one step at a time, and every groom he had he got a little more comfortable with her. We almost lost hope until we found her. Now, we are able to finally get the perfect cut we always hoped for again! She's pricier than most in the area, but she knows what she can offer you. Our spicy Buttercup received the "Sydnee Special" and i couldn't be more happier! We have always had trouble finding a groomer who can work with our little one since she has behavioral issues. Even after so much training, working with a behaviorist and on medication she can still be unpredictable and many groomers won't work with dogs like mine. There are a lot of reviews on here that do not reflect the actual service. But my dog was just seen by Sydnee today and I wanted to cry with happiness when my husband sent me a photo of our anxious dog with Sydnee. She is expensive and tough to book. That's no lie. She had to reschedule last minute because she ended up needing to stay with the previous dog because that previous dog needed extra love and care. We can *relate*. So, no, we weren't mad. It was just a testament to how caring Sydnee is of each dog. If you have an anxious dog and need the service, be persistent and follow up. Don't be surprised if she has to rebook. That just comes with having good service. Because once she gets to your dog, she will take the time needed to truly care for your dog. She ended up being late today but for good reason. We expected that. But once she got our dog, she worked her magic. He had to wear a muzzle but she took her time to wash him and safely shave him. By the time they were done, he was completely okay with her. She even walked him to our front door without a muzzle. We couldn't believe it. We are so immensely grateful for Sydnee and I don't want to gate keep her services because we know what it's like to have an anxious dog who you're scared to get groomed and are unable to groom yourself. We could keep her a secret if we wanted but she is too good to keep a secret. Everyone with the same problems we have deserves to know about her. Book her! Get that care for your dog. read more

I was excited to get my pup groomed by these peeps, but my experience in trying to schedule with them was disappointing, to say the least. I scheduled via their online booking page just a couple of days in advance and it said I would get a confirmation if the appointment was accepted. I never got one. I tried to call and text the number in the email I got, but it was disconnected. (It turns out they have the numbers switched around in the email so it's actually the incorrect phone number.) And no one showed up at my appointment time. So I emailed them and got a response a few hours later. This is where is got frustrating. The responses were so dismissive of the fact that their scheduling process isn't set up well. They said they hadn't even *seen* my booking until *after* I sent the email when no one showed up! They also kept saying that their phone number was the best way to reach them for scheduling. Well that's great to know now, but if you go to their site, it points to the online booking more than a phone number. Then they actually said this: "When you book online it states we will let you know if your appointment is approved. If you don't hear from us then your appointment was not approved." WHAT?! How in the world are you supposed to know if it's not approved? How long do you have to wait to know? The ridiculous thing is that about 10 minutes after I got that message, I got a text saying my appointment was declined. The one from a few hours before. So clearly they can just decline it - if they actually look at it. Why in the world would you have an online booking page if you don't even use it?! But what it really came down to is that there was never an apology - just excuses. It felt dismissive and that it was somehow my fault that it happened. Let me be clear - I am sure these groomers are amazing! I just wish I could have actually been able to work with them. read more

Online booking calendar does not reflect accurate availability. We had to wait over a week to be confirmed for an appointment a month out. Same day (4 hours prior to scheduled time) I texted confirming and received a response of Yes, appointment is still on. 30 minutes prior, I received a text that they would not be able to honor the appointment since a staff member tested positive for covid. They were supposed to let me know if another groomer could cover "I'll let you know within the hour", no response. I followed up via text, no response. I'll be booking elsewhere. - I never received a voicemail from this business with followup times and their "business line" was never communicated to us. Very quick to respond to this review yet very slow to respond everywhere else. Interesting. read more

Best decision we have ever made for our Babes! Aaron is a "kid glove" kind of human. Our big hippie boy Gus, got such tender loving care. After explaining to Aaron our heartbreaking news that he's approaching the rainbow bridge soon, the look of concern on his face put me at ease. Gus was a really good boy for Aaron, and returned to us smelling great, (not perfumie) and so spiffy, like a shiny new dime. With this intense heat, he instantly felt relief. My baby girl Ellie Mae, was an Angel for Aaron. I have never heard her called that, never from a groomer! She's cute as ever, and ran back to Aaron when I placed her on the ground after he handed her to me! That's insanely out of character for her. Wish we found Aaron years ago! What a delightful day we all had! Like some other folks we had some scheduling issues but honestly still worth it. They're one of the few mobile groomers in town even taking new clients. In less than 90 minutes my extremely fluffy 85lb dog was shampooed, deshedded, blow dried, nails trimmed, ears clean, she trimmed his hind lends and his paw pads. (UPDATED) Booked an appt for my Cavalier for the first time with Reese's Rainbow mobile groomer. The groomer did a nice job. But this small business needs a lesson in customer service. OMG I have never been treated so poorly. Since I liked the cut, I texted the groomer to let me know a date 8 weeks out that I could book. She replied that she would check and get back to me. I didn't hear back from her for a week. So I texted her again. Didn't hear back and got the feeling maybe she wanted me to go to the website to schedule it. So thats what i did, but i didn't remember her name. then, a little bit later, she responded to me on that same number when she saw my original yelp review which mentioned that I was confused by their booking process. She said she never got my text (not true since she replied to it last week). then she went into a tyrade and I quote : "This is regarding an appointment 8 weeks away. We don't normally book that far in advance, however I was trying to accommodate you. I run 2 businesses and the whole company is a 4 man show. This isn't a corporate company like petsmart with employees around the clock." My dog got groomed here once and although I loved the way my dog was groomed I will no longer be booking with them. The response time is just absolutely ridiculous! I sent the first text sep 18th and got a response back the following day but after that I never heard back for an entire week. I had to send another text which they did reply to with a date and time and I texted back asking for a different date. It's been 3 days and I highly doubt they will respond to my most recent text. This upcoming Monday (Oct 2nd) will be 2 weeks since I've reached out to book an appointment. I get that they are busy but it should not take almost 2 weeks of waiting for a text just to secure an appointment. I also had some issues when booking the very first time. Looking at the rest of the reviews it seems like booking is an issue with lots of other clients as well. Get it together and find a better way to manage your time to actually respond to the customers. This is a waste of my time as I could've already found a different groomer and secured my appointment elsewhere. Such a bummer as I did like how my dog was groomed. We used Reese's Rainbow Mobile Pet Salon for the first time yesterday and oh my gosh!! Could not be happier with how beautiful my 2 Goldens look. I have a 10 year old golden who recently had to go through ACL surgery and cannot stand very well. They listened to everything I told them about him and made him as comfortable as possible. He's never had a groom this good. Our 18 month old Golden puppy gets nervous in the groomer van but they had him looking so good and calm. His hair is so soft and they smell beautiful. No complaints at all. Sydnee was soooo professional and they were so quick and got so much done in so little time. Will not be switching groomers anytime soon. They were amazing!!!! Our 11 year old labradoodle is going through a battle with cancer and I didn't want to take her to a grooming salon and leave her. So I found Reese's Rainbow Mobile and called. They were able to come to us without a weeks wait and Aaron was fabulous with our girl. She came out looking like her old self, not the shaggy, rather bedraggled girl that went into the van.
