Dr. Reeves and the whole Reeves Eye Clinic staff are the best in the area, as far as I'm concerned. I'd been to another local ophthalmologist before switching to Dr Reeves and, by comparison, the two doctors were like night and day. The other doc was abrupt and impatient and he didn't want me to ask any questions. His demeanor indicated that he just wanted to check my eyes and get on to his next patient. Afterwards, I felt like I'd been on an eye assembly line! Next!!! For this visit, Dr. Reeves came in, looked at my "chart" and looked at my eyes and he talked. He patiently answered all of my questions. He also took the time to discuss a genetic eye disease that I just found out that I have. From beginning to end, I was treated like a special patient and when I left the clinic I was totally at peace with the care I'd just received. I've already recommended Dr Reeves to a friend, who's already made an appointment to see him. My eyesight is very important to me, as is my time and the specialist care I need to keep my eyes healthy. I highly recommend Dr. Reeves. read more

I think Dr Reeves is okay, but the business office that runs the place is horrible. I've been called in for apppointments and then cancelled on. Yes I have missed an appointment and I get chaged 36 bucks! I have had to wait long periods of time, and when it comes to paying the bill - they make it very difficult to do so as their on-line payment portal never seems to work correctly. I'm definintely going to hope I can find a different place to go to. read more

every time I have appointment I have to wait hours to be seen, they don't care about their patients at all. all the tell me is I'm sorry, their not sorry are they would fix. read more

Don't go. You'll wait forever. No excuse for an eye doc to be 3 HOURS past appointment before you are seen. So disrespectful of patients.

Cataract surgery and after care...very pleasant people. The doctor is good about putting you at ease. I love seeing Romeo. I think more do tors should have a dog in the office. Anyone that cares for an animal is a caring person. Thank you Doctor Reeves and staff and door greeter. read more

I had cataract surgery on both eyes at the Johnson City Office. The surgical staff were great, but after a couple months my eyes were worse than before the surgery. I went back in for another procedure which did not help. I was told that my eyes were just dry. After many bottles of drops I still can not see as well as I did before the surgery. I can't see with my glasses or without. My biggest complaint is the billing dept. I argued with billing for months that all my copays were paid but they still sent me bills. I even had the insurance co. talk to them. I finally paid the extra just to keep it was going to collections. They took some of the money I paid for the surgery and used it to cover a regular visit which confused everyone. I will never go back to this facility again. I worked in Ins. billing for years and have never come across something like this before. I should have just never had the original surgery and I would have been able to see better. read more

I'd expressed my concern of wanting to proceed until I'd consulted with a neurologist and I only used this office originally for the cheap next day X ray when no real doctors were able to get me in quickly. Turns out that because I did not agree to go forward and continue with my proposed treatment plan that what I was told and under the assumption was part of my "zero cost today consultation" was billed for $125 dollars. I called to pay my balance and express my concern that this felt like I was duped and I had to sign my agreement after the services were already done, though I did not actually want or need chiro work as I'm dealing with an AI issue and now moving out of state for treatment of that. Had I not been spoken to the way that Dr Michael just spoke to me I'd have paid my balance and gone on with my day but I feel that the attitude and blaming me for not understanding their procedure warranted writing this review. If you're not 100% certain you want or need to go forward with chiro work, be wary going forward with Integral wellness or you'll get yelled at for being confused by their procedure and have to pay anyway. Balance is paid, I wasn't seeking free work I couldn't afford, I wanted to explain my concern and was basically told "too bad, you got it wrong not us, now pay up" I hope you're extra $125 dollars is worth this 1* review.

I feel like they are true partners in not only helping people get but, but also on the prevention side. I feel good, but discovered few things that I need help with. They are on it. We have a plan and are going to work that plan so I can feel even better. My husband has been seeing Dr Michael for nearly a year and his health has improved drastically! I never imagined he would feel this good. His neuropathy is gone. His diabetes is in hand. We can almost say it is completely reversed. Something his regular doctor said could never happen. Dr Michael personally greets everyone at the door, and even calls them by name. The environment is welcoming, clean and you are ALWAYS greeted with a happy staff. I would highly recommend Dr.Reeves for any eye care you need. Their care has been wonderful. I have had two procedures done with no problems. i just had to have laser treatment on my eyes. I was very impressed with the professional staff. Everyone is so friendly and kind. Dr.Reeves is such a caring doctor and takes his time with you and answers any questions you have. Their offices are so convenient as they do everything there at the same location. I have been totally satisfied with my experiences with this practice. I recently saw Dr Gentry for a minor eye problem. He was very compassionate, gentle and friendly. He is straightforward and plain spoken. He made suggestions as to future care that I might need but did not try to push anything on me. He allowed me time To make my own decision. The entire staff that I personally had contact with was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The wait time was minimal. The waiting areas are comfortable and the entire facility is very clean and pleasant to be in. read more

I always feel my eye exam is thorough by Dr. Reeves and his staff. Dr. Reeves keeps a watchful eye for any emerging eye disorders and if disorders occur he is very responsive to have them addressed.
