As some at the table learned, a good rule of thumb is that all the seafood is cooked when it arrives so get it off your hot stone quick or it will keep cooking. You can always reheat it on the stone off it gets cold while eating steak and sides. But I stick to the steak. I put the carrots, mushrooms, and french fries on my hot stone to reheat and add some nice char to the mushrooms, just perfect. Only thing I wasn't really impressed with was the fries, they were ok but lacked the flavor profiles of the other sides. Didn't have room for dessert but the pound cake sounded great.
