Over the summer I went into Reflections to get a stone set into a ring. Honestly, I had no idea what I wanted. The people there were extremely wonderful. They gave me some idea and gave me some direction. But never pushed. Their direction was what I needed. Plus I learned a bit while I was there. After a while I finally figured out what I wanted. I ended up going home and bring back a horrible picture. They were able to create something from my ideas and a picture. What I actually got was so much better that I could have imagined. The quality and detail they put into the ring was phenomenal. The whole experience was wonderful. One thing that I truly appreciated as well was keeping me informed of the process as well as choices. My experience with Keith and Reflections was atrocious. I purchased an engagement ring from him online. Little did I know I was in for a five month ordeal. Keith sent me one incorrect setting, one defective ring, and the final ring was absolutely the incorrect model. Before the final ring was mailed to me Keith confirmed everything was correct. Once I received it he told me it was their "new model". This should have never been sent to me. Keith's response was "Listen we're just doing a full refund of this order sorry it did not happen to your liking". I never got what I paid for, of course it was not to my liking. Now we're without a ring and have to start the process over. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR JEWELRY HERE! I brought my ring here for a replacement stone. When I got it back, another stone was missing and had been replaced! No explanation. They hoped I wouldn't notice? Now they've "found" the stone (lost in the bottom of the cleaner???) AFTER we came back to demand an explanation WITH PHOTOGRAPHS, and replaced it. The prongs are covering half of the stone. No care was taken. If you want honesty and quality, go ANYWHERE ELSE. I was never offered a refund or apology. They have my phone number. There is no excuse. UPDATE 6/15 Liz returned my call and offered to send me a refund, but stopped short of apologizing. read more

I met Keith and Liz, the owners, when my girlfriend had a ring designed for me. While being in the store I was greatly impressed with their selection and quality of jewelry. I was also pleased with their prices because I expect retail to be greatly inflated, but definitely not the case at Reflections. Well my ring turned out excellent and the service matched the quality of the ring. I had been in the market for an engagement ring and I saw a fabulous setting at Reflections but I figured that I might get the ring from my contacts in the business. To start I could not find a setting that compared to the setting at Reflections and then after visiting two contacts and viewing their diamonds, I went back to Keith to see what he could do for me. He had a nice selection for me to view and when I came across one of the diamonds I immediately felt that was the one for me to buy. What was most impressive is that Keith had the same high quality diamonds to show me that matched the quality within the setting. I informed one of my jewelry buddies of the price and gave him the GIA information and he informed me that I was getting an excellent stone at a very reasonable price. The bottom line I bought the ring and I MUST tell you it was the best thing I could have done. The ring looks incredible and everyone finds it stunning and they ask me where I bought it. The best part is that my fiancé cannot stop looking at it and to see how happy she is, makes me feel like I am on top of the world because I made my Love happier than I could imagine. After over 14 years, everyone's like family, but what kept me coming back is their honesty and trustworthiness, which is hard to find. The owners and staff are so welcoming, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. (Never any pushy salespersons). They get new jewelry designs in every week or so and can also place special orders. (They recently helped me special order a watch for my husband's birthday and did a beautiful custom engraving on the back). They have STUNNING selections of all jewelry, especially engagement and wedding bands and they'll work with your budget. The jeweler is a true craftsman. He has repaired and re-designed many things for me over the years.
