Zero flexibility and no common sense. And let's be real--it's overpriced for what you get. There are plenty of other gyms offering the same or better equipment and amenities without all these ridiculous restrictions. It's clear longtime members don't mean anything here anymore. Between the high cost, lack of benefits, and stupid policies, I'm done. Cancelling my membership and taking my business elsewhere. They try and make cancelling hard as well to detour you from doing so. Don't worry I'll comeback when whoever the "manager" is, is there to cancel. What a rip off.

They don't have showers here I don't believe but they have early morning 530am classes and evening classes. I believe they've only been open for a few months, so I cant wait to try more here!

The pink gloves for the good cause is what sold me! Everyone is soooo welcoming. From the moment you step inside, to the classes, and workouts. If you have never done kickboxing no worries. They provide modifications and step by step teaching which is helpful. What I love most about their classes is that you start with a quick warmup, which could range from light jogging, to squats, to burpees (yuck lol). From there you do some stretching to get you loosened up, and then the main event is the boxing and kicking where you can really blow some steam! Lastly you get some partner practice with others in class and more stretching. You get a nice variety which is what I really loved. Only downside is the pricing. They only offer 7 or 12 month memberships. I really liked the environment but I hope they'll consider shorter memberships in the future. They do have class by class pricing though as an option.

I moved across town and there was no gym available within a 25 minute drive when I attempted to cancel my contract they gave me a very difficult time. I called corporate and I tried dealing with this business myself and with corporate to get my contract canceled. they continued to charge me $40 for that month even though there was no gym with a certain mile radius to me that was reasonable. This turned to my $40 a month charge into $200 as they sent it to collections. They refuse to work fairly with me and just turned me over to collections and they're trying to now extort it over $200 from me over a $40 dollar payment!! It is not my fault that I moved and there was no gym within a certain reasonable amount of radius to my home. After the call from collections I've been very upset today. I would suggest choosing well when you get involved with them and God forbid if your gym closes near you...you will be driving to the next nearest one and it's not always close. They will not refund your money. They will extort more money from you.

I was welcome.Not only by the center managers, but by the people in the class. The Yoga is very different. It's almost like a restorative yoga.And they also have tai chi classes as well. And it is very different. I found that every time I do the class.I sweat and I feel great afterward, mentally and physically. Thank you so much for the class and the warm welcoming atmosphere.
